[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — rude behaviour of the conductor | |||
I have been regularly using the BMTC Volvo pass with my license as proof for the past two months and there was no issue. All of a sudden when I boarded the 342F service from Agara to St.Johns the conductor was so ignorant to take my license as proof and he was insisting that I show a BMTC ID. This has never happened before and due to this, I had to get down from the bus midway. It was a hectic task walking back to the stop and getting onto another bus. The behavior of the conductor was so unprofessional that I would have lost my calm. Instead, I remained silent. The following bus accepted the Pass with License as proof.
