I boarded a bus bearing regn. No ka57f0449 mbs 8 from kammanahalli to maruthiseva nagar on 21 12 2018 around 18.35, the seat meant was senior citizen was occupied somebody else. I showed the senior citizen ticket and id card to the commuter and asked him vacate since the seat is meat for senior citizen. He refused to vacate and fought with me, i brought it to the notice of conductor and resolve the issue. The conductor refused to inter fear and was lethargic in his approach. There was negligence in his duty and casual approach towards senior citizens of this country. I request to initiate disciplinary action against the employee.

Updated by mgurunathan The explanation given by the BMTC is not acceptable, This is the standard reply by the BMTC .The seats reserved for Senior Citizen should by occupied only by senior citizen only .The action taken against the employee should be furnished .
