[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — student bus pass technical problem

Sir my student bus pass application is approved and I had received the SMS
But when I'm trying to schedule the appointment it's showing there is no application with this number. I'm attesting the screenshot of error. Please look into this matter as soon as possible as there is no other option to travel and the last date of pass issuing is about to end
