I have made the online payment to the bmtc pass on september 3rd, but i have not yet received any acknowledgement and the conductors are not allowing us (Students) without the acknowledgement because of your negligence we are spending too much of money for daily passes please issue the passes or at least accept the e-form and let the acknowledgement

Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] Customer Care's response Dear Sir,
BMTC Regrets the inconvenience caused we have given permission to travel in the bus by showing the old pass or fees receipt or acknowledgement copy till[protected], so soon you will get update on your pass until you can travel in the pass by showing above said document.
if any crew is not allowing do call to our customer care no[protected] and register complaint .
