So much crowd but less ac, this happens everyday in bmtc volvo buses from silkboard to itpl. Today after kundanahalli, they switched off the ac and they did not listen to passengers. I request bmtc to look into this issue or travel one day in bmtc from silkboard to itpl. Bmtc charges more for volvo passes, atleast provide quality service. Date: 5th april 2016 Bus no: ka 01f 4377.
