[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Technical issue with the AC bus 500CA

This is relating to bus no. KA01FA1384 (500CA)currently plying from Brookfield to banashankari. This is the second day where I pay Rs.85 and travel in an unhygienic bus i.e suffocation due to foul air. The conductor herself have to cover nose in order to reduce the smoky air from ac vents. Can you take action to stop such buses plying without fixing it.
