Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — The behaviour of bus conductor

I had to travel from Banashankari to Jaynagar 4th block at 3.35 pm on 10th June, 2023. I was not aware that the ticket costs rs 5. I gave rs 10 and the conductor abused me with harsh kannada words just because I did not have the change. This was really offensive.
The conductor was half bald.
