[Resolved] Bangalore One — Discourteous staff | |||
I was at Bangalore one on New BEL road on 16 Apr 14, to pay my bills. There were 5 people waiting in 2 counters (3 in one and 2 in another). There are no clear directions of one queue bifurcating into 2. I accepted the error and the generous customers understood it. Despite me willing to get behind them, they asked me to proceed with the payment. The lady in the counter was hurling abuses and was extremely rude in her behaviour. Even words from the men in the queue against her harsh tone was of no avail. The lady had the audacity to tell that she could make me stand for hours in front of her without serving me. She further boasted of knowing some rowdies who could deal with me. Is this what is people friendly service in a cultured and educated city like bengaluru? Is this the way a lady converses with another. My husband serves in the Armed Forces. I at times am aghast that these are the kind of people for whom he and people of his kind work and toil for. If there is a possibility of acquiring the CCTV footage of the event of this date at 1700hrs the truth will unravel itself. Is there no scope in this sane world to take such people to task, regulate or maintain a system of check on their behaviour. Deeply saddened of course and annoyed that I am educated and cannot stoop to the level of the lady in question. I hope there is a way out through this forum to address this issue and reprimand the lady at the counter officially. Was this information helpful? | |||
