Due to failed transaction message alert, I have paid by cash also.
now my bankers are telling that amount has been settled with Bangalore one and it was successful.

kindly analyze and return my money back.

This is to inform the Government that the people working in the Bangalore One center near Chikka Devasandra road, near BVNHS school have been charging extra fees for the change of Adhaar Card adress where the fees is only 50rupees and the lady over there is charging 100 rupees that to for her personal UPI id and also there are other people informing that she is also charging fees for users coming to register for Gruhalakshmi Scheme

As a youth they are setting an bad example to the society. I watched little more time they have same behaviour with every citizen visit there. As per UDAI website for name change Mark sheet or certificate with photo from any recognised government educational institute is taken into consideration. The person Raju who is incharge in Horamavu Bangalore one, is not accepting the same, even after showing the mark sheet as well as certificate. Could you please help me

Hi I visited Bangalore One office in BHEL Layout Branch. My request was to change Adhar card number . As soon as I entered the staff right there told me to come tomorrow. I have visited in working hours post lunch at 3:30 pm and I can see there were no much people. When asked what’s the reason she told the other staff is absent and she cannot login . This is what she told . It’s very bad to hear such thing on working hours . I can see there were no proper seating arrangements in the office aswell.
Then later I visited BEML layout Branch and there were seven seats for staff where Harley three were on seat and only one person was handling adhar and tegre were around 20/25 people . Again they told the same thing to come tomorrow . The other staff was compektedly free and was using whatspp . My question is why can’t some two /3 people take up when the work load is more .
The only reason I visited this office is I couldn’t update online and in this I am loosing respect fr such places . Everyone’s time is valuable and important .Kindly take the appropriate action towards it as other people will be saved.

Had a Very bad experience with the services at Chokkasandra Bangalore one. I think they doesn't know how to handle the customers nor proper training is given always they will be on mobile by neglecting. If it's so easy for a person to get the job in Govt aided centers than many qualified people are jobless. Hope Govt will justify on this

The karnataka one centres in out locality charging huge amount from poor people for karnatkao one services, kindly requesting surprisingly visit these centre and ask common customer standing in que about the charges they pay to the operators for the various services...plz sir / mam your the ray of hope for these poor hungry stomach people..

They are asking cash after the service... Tht too need only cash... Online payments does not work itseems... What the hell in such a serive centre the upi does not work itseems...

We went to Bangalore one at 5pm.there was a lady by Name Rakshitha was sitting.We dint ask her to do any work.we requested her in a humble way to do check the status.for that she shouted at us in singular language in front of every one.she said me that I'm uneducated and started shouting.I'm MBA graduate and respect ed person in society but I never disclosed my identity with her just wanted to understand her attitude towards customers.she was completely behaving like mad and she wanted to put all her frustration on us.she started using singular language in front of every one and was acting like mad woman.please call me for any further clarification.please take appropriate action against the person.He thinks that she knows everything and other's are baffoon's.

Herohalli bangalore one, when we visited they asked to get the token by visiting next morning at 6:00 AM, they won't even provide the token properly. They keep changing the number of token given daily. One day they give 20 and other 25 and so on. How would the people know about it. It would be better if something is taken and considered here. Good evening, I visited Bangalore one which is in rajajinagar 4th block, 44th cross today to make a Bhagya Lakshmi yojana, the employee who was making this was so rude to the people over there and there is a lack of communication. This are not communicating properly with people and they are to arrogant with the people who visits there, I asked for the proper information with the employee she was like i[censored] want the information stand aside, she wasn't seeing the face and replying it made to annoyed and after that there was a other man who was like u told u will raise a complain ryt and y are u come, as that is his home ...

The karnataka one shop employees charges 50rs on gruhaLaxmi scheme we told him it's free but he don't care our words and he taken charges please take any action on it. May the guy name is Mahadev

This is regarding bangalore one kammanahalli lingarajapuram employees taking bribe from innocent public if they deny to give they treat them very badly

All the staff are rude and don't give a proper information regarding anything and all four of them ask for bribe

I can see women employee's watching serial with loud voice and asking a senior citizen wait for the service. she watched serial...

"Bangalore one" gottigere branch, near bannerughatta main road, person is charging high for the service, recently i approached this branch for aadhar address update of my wife through head of the family(we only husband and wife) with all necessary document, he checked document (marriage certificate and aadhar) he is said ok to change address to husbands aadhar address.
I asked the fee for update, he said 600rs, i asked him online it is showing 50rs why you charge that much, he asked how much will you pay, i said 50rs + 150 for applying, he said no.
So the service is not done.
This is what happened, kindly take necessary action on this, how will poor people afford this fee.
I also take this matter through mail to concerned head of the department.

The working hours is 9 to 5, but the worker telling that to take token, without token they will not update anything it seam. And token will be issue everyday 8.00 am, to take token people are coming 6 or 7 clock and waiting there its self, and they posted notification latter and that is not at all signed or there is no any title and subject...

The operators and the security, working in Bangalore one, Kammanahalli branch is treating customers in very aggressive manner.
The operators are very lazy and are not working, compared to other centers.

The Bangalore one employee is misbehave with costumer and. speaking with costumer rude 10:00 morning I'm standing for aadhar card .bur the employee is not attending the costumer with good service, she is full angry on costumer till 5: 00 clock she not did my work, WT is the government is doing how can com the costumer in Bangalore one, the employee will be rude mines

Hi, this is Deepthi i am following up with Srirampuram Bangalore one branch to update my AAdhar card details, but this staff are so rude and threatening
(so unprofessional), when i ask for documents required to update the same
they don't even respond and ask us to come tomorrow, from past one week i am going there to update but of no use, (such an worst service from this staffs) requested you to take necessary action against them.

they openly say that go and complain to anyone and do what ever you want
i don't no how come this staff will serve us...

At least hire some good staff who can assist the people who comes to Bangalore one

We came here to change our phone number linked to our AAdhar card, waited from 8 am to 11 am but nothing happened, when enquired when would you start the procedure the staff said to wait and they are unsure of the time taken and said it might take all day might happen or not, , , it's really frustrating to come sit here for hours and not get out work done
