Bangalore One — Not giving appointment post coming multiple times for making Aadhar card | |||||
I have coming here multiple times for making an Aadhar card for which they make me go back saying token not available and have to come at 8.30 am to take and then again come back at 10am and wait for the entire day for ur turn. Today, I asked for token from the reception lady and i said if time permits allow me for Aadhar will come next time as crowd was less, who then directs me to soumya and she first makes me to talk to Satish in charge of Bangalore one hal office as said by her, post which Satish agrees, this lady soumya says talk to another coordinator as it is documented procedure that we will only issue token at 8.30am and post which nobody can do anything...when I ask for the mail or the document, they say we will not give...coordinator: Manjunatha asked Soumya to give token, after which they said server is down and come the next day...horrible experience...
