[Resolved] Bangalore University — 3rd Year Correspondence Marks card not released From August 2014 | |||
Hi, I am a student of Bangalore University, my name is Arjun Kumar. Its going to be almost a Year now since the marks for 3rd Year BA correspondence course was released in the internet and i had written the exam on Dec 2013. I still have not received my Final year marks card. i have been calling up Bangalore University (Jnana Bharathi Campus, Distance education cell) but they always say ''call back after a week'' and so i did, its been almost 4 months now since i have been calling every week, now they talk to me very rudely and either say the same thing or just hang up. You must understand that i have worked hard to complete/pass my exams and now the final step i need to go forward in life is 'The Marks Card' which the university has to provide, without this i can not get a job or go for higher studies. After i put up this complaint, my marks card has been issued in a matter of days. i thank all those responsible for helping me in this matter. contact came from Jnana Bharathi campus, examination department. Bangalore University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Sir/ ma'am,
my complain is against the unorganized date schedules of the university. The exam schedules and datesheet are preponed or postponed at a sudden notice which is very unprofessional. It is a kind request to work on the issue and try to set schedule ablest release it one month prior to exams. It also a request to university that please give students vacations to complete their internships.
