I m not from India I came India to do bbm from Bangalore university.. but the colg I join is very worst I tried to college but they didn't provide my certificate of 10 12...only 4 student and 1 teacher in college.. any how I finished my degree but till the they didn't provide my marks card and they are asking extra money and m having back paper of 5the sem which I need to give this time but colgg closed and no one helping me to provide Hall ticket.. plg help me what to do

I, completed Bsc in Vivekananda degree College wanted to change my name in all 6sem marks cards. Sir could you just give me the procedure to change my name in my marks cards.

My name = RAJAMANIKAM R. and name mentioned in marks cards as RATAMANIKAM R.
