Hi, i have paid my examination fees in canara bank for meter reader in september 2018, but till now i am unable to download my exam application forum, it is showing examination fees not paid please help me kindly it is very important for me to write exam, am trying to download my application forum of bwssb but it is not happening even though i paid fees, bwssb exam may announce the exam date but without hall ticket and application forum i cant write my exam kindly help me soon has possible

We are residents of bangalore and we use cauvery water supply. Our monthly bill is always in the range of 500-700 rs. Past 3 months we have been getting unusually high bills. 2 months back it was 2600, last month it was 3900, and this month 7100! That's ridiculous. When we contacted bwssb, they said check the sump. We did that.in spite of that, the bills are only increasing. I have requested them to change my meter. Why are these public services...

Raised water bill without checking meter reading... And we checked actually there is deference in bill and actuall meter reading

Hi in my area irregular of water supply at least 15 days in a month they don't give supply and monthly twice they collect money by bluffing telling that motor is not working or need to put new motor. Our tenants fight with us due to this i kindly request to do the needful as we are suffering like hell. We are depending only on tanker water which costs 400 pls help us.

We are not getting water supply to the home. We are depending only on the water tankers. It will cost 400 to 500 rs. Cmc water supply will come only once in week only of one drum (25 litre).
If we ask about that. We cannot do. Borewells are not having enough water supply.

Hi my name is pavan,

I reside in mysore road, byatarayanapura, b cross. From past many days we are facing water problem in our area. Before we used to hv borewell (Which was put by politicians at the election time) nd now since its not working we completely depend on drinking water.

We get water on alternative days and they jst leave it for only 2 hrs which is not at all sufficient to maintain for 2days.

Hence i would request you to look into this matter and atleast make the water to leave for extra hours which can resolve this issue.

My name is Sanjiv Kumar and I reside in 12th cross, Kallappa layout, Basavanagar, Bangalore.

This is to inform you that there has been severe water crisis in Basavanagar from the past few days resulting in a lot of chaos and confusion among the residents of the area.

The water supply has been inconsistent from months together. This has caused a lot of crisis in the locality, to the students and everybody else.

Request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Hello sir, this is sudha here, living near vibgyor school harlur road, the critical issue is that the drainage got opened since a while back, many calls made but no use at all. The entire road is like a river, unfortunate but very true, v r unable to live due to snell. Morning time because o[censored]sage the watwr leakage happens in our house too.. The sewage line on 8th cross, 7th main, narayanangar 2nd block, dk sandra post, off kankapura road is blocked and complaints to bwssb is not helping. We have submitted letters to executive engineer, spoken to office staff - they always say will inspect. From last 15 days no one has turned up to inspect and no remedy assured.

Kindly help us to get some response form authority in this regard and instruct our local bwssb to do sewage collection and disposal fixed.

Krishna reddy Lane, jeevan bhima nagar, bengaluru 17 is getting water supply once in 4 days. The supply lasts one hour or maximum 2 hours only. This problem is for the last six months. When the concerned engineer is contacted the reply is sufficient supply is not there from the earlier points. Can any responsible BWSSB ANSWER. Please let us know the problem of jeevan bhima nagar. I'm writing this on behalf of residents of this area.

We live in vidyaranyapura. We often face water problems because the person who turns on the water demands money overtime. We pay water charges to bwssb but still this guy demands money and other stuffs like eatables and apparels. If we deny to give him, he doesn't turn on the water in our street. That person misbehaves with women because he is always drunk, even on duty. Strict action should be taken against him as soon as possible.

Sir, i would like to bring to your kind notice that the sewage pipeline near the manhole. At 1 c cross. Muneswara layout, opp. Btr garden, kudlu main road, has collapsed due to which a large hole has formed on the road and the sewage sludge from the said pipeline is overflowing from the chamber of our house and into the drain in front our house and the stink is really unbearable. Please replace the collapsed pipies and bring relief to our neighborhood. Thanking you.

For the past 7 days, there is no water supply in btm 2nd stage, 21st main. I have been living in this locality for the last 5 years and never faced this horrible situation. We completely depend on corporation water supply and except on a few occasions have received water every alternate day. But since 28th december 2018, there is absolutely no water supply. It wouldn't be possible for us to hire water tanker every day. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Let us know if we need to register a formal complaint.

Bwssb should inform the residents of the area before cutting off water supply for more than a day. It has been over 22 hours the water supply has been cut in kumaraswamy layout police station area. I live in 1st stage, 81st cross and have paid my bill before last date last month, still the water supply has been cut. I have senior citizens living in my house and myself going through medical treatment and need water 24*7 running through by all means. We've been patiently waiting for the water supply to come back but 22 hours is a long time to test one's patience. We as citizens understand the necessity to cut off water supply for a day but you as govt should also respect the right to be informed about such a situation before hand so we could prepare ourselves prior to the cut. I believe bwssb will take necessary action and attend to our grievances and not ignore any compaints made as such. I request you to please look into this matter asap.

Meter not working since two months, brought to notice of meter reader. We have been paying the regularly. We use tap water only for kitchen purposes, for others like wishing and toilet we use well water so we get a bill for rs200, however we do require tap water for drinking and cooking purposes, well water is hard water, the lineman today has blocked the meter and there is leakage as well please set right the faulty meter at the earliest

Bwssb staff have damaged the power supplying cable of bescom of our residence while installing water valve on 9th cross 6th block rajajinagar Bangalore 560010 on 31st Dec 2018 at 1.30pm. Called the bescom helpline and they visited and didn't help because the cable is damaged by bwssb no power supply for us request for replacing the cable as soon as possible

My house is in tavarekere, chocolate factory road there is no water supply from past three days, there is no water to drink or other facilities, this is happening frequently from past two weeks. Please check into this matter and solve it. Please release water soon. We have also spoken to the corporator of this area, please solve soon.

It has been notices that from past 1 year we are facing lot of issue related to water in
4th cross, kanakavinayaka street, shanthilayout, ramamurthy nagar.

There is a huge scarcity of water and line man is not leaving water until money is been given to him.

We have spoken many times to leave water but there is no use. Pls take some necessary steps. And instruct the concern to leave water.

A set of pgs and apartments in chinnappa reddy rd, chinnappa layout, mahadevapura (Near shubhameru convention hall) is pumping their raw sewage into adjacent layouts. A pool of sewage is created along the wall of the a layout and this is then allowed to seep in through the layout walls into the storm water drains of the layout.
This is leaving an unbearable stench and causing diseases to layout residents and their kids.
