Bwssb should inform the residents of the area before cutting off water supply for more than a day. It has been over 22 hours the water supply has been cut in kumaraswamy layout police station area. Meter not working since two months, brought to notice of meter reader. We have been paying the regularly. We use tap water only for kitchen purposes, for others like wishing and toilet we use well water so we get a bill for rs200, however we do require tap water for drinking and cooking purposes, well water is hard water, the lineman today has blocked the meter and there is leakage as well please set right the faulty meter at the earliest...

Bwssb staff have damaged the power supplying cable of bescom of our residence while installing water valve on 9th cross 6th block rajajinagar Bangalore 560010 on 31st Dec 2018 at 1.30pm. Called the bescom helpline and they visited and didn't help because the cable is damaged by bwssb no power supply for us request for replacing the cable as soon as possible...

My house is in tavarekere, chocolate factory road there is no water supply from past three days, there is no water to drink or other facilities, this is happening frequently from past two weeks. Please check into this matter and solve it. Please release water soon. We have also spoken to the corporator of this area, please solve soon.

It has been notices that from past 1 year we are facing lot of issue related to water in
4th cross, kanakavinayaka street, shanthilayout, ramamurthy nagar.

There is a huge scarcity of water and line man is not leaving water until money is been given to him.

We have spoken many times to leave water but there is no use. Pls take some necessary steps. And instruct the concern...

A set of pgs and apartments in chinnappa reddy rd, chinnappa layout, mahadevapura (Near shubhameru convention hall) is pumping their raw sewage into adjacent layouts. A pool of sewage is created along the wall of the a layout and this is then allowed to seep in through the layout walls into the storm water drains of the layout.
This is leaving an unbearable stench and causing diseases to layout residents and their kids.

I am resident of #40, 9th cross first main, prashanthanagar, bangalore 560079 (Near magadi road housing board colony). The sewerage line in front of my house is choked and not allowing the sewerage to go down and in turn it is getting a back flow into my house and filling itself around and making our life miserable. The manhole is overflowing and nobody cares about it. This is so unhygenic as the water is all over the road and street. The garbage is also all over the road. We have been complaining to our owner since 3 days but there is no movement. This will definitely spread sickness and people will be dead. This is like staying in drainage. Rm enterprises water supply is falsy disposing the waste water near residential area due to which many people are falling sick and they are also polluting the underground water by inserting a long pipe into the ground and then disposing the waste water into the pipe.. Due to this false disposal the farmers near by are also facing a lot of problems and even i am one of them.. The crops are getting spoilt due to air and water contamination......

Whenever the cauvery water supply is on, there is water leakage near our apartment. The exact spot is between no 2 & no 3 coles road and the water spills on to the road.
I have registered a complaint with bwssb ref no bwssb[protected].
However there has been no response till now. And the water leakage increases
By the day. Pl attend to it....

I am resident of kaggadasapura, having rr no: se 214894/cvr, i am receiving bill which is not matching the original meter reading, this is leading to excess bill in month nov 18, my id no 19674, the bill reading is showing as135000, where as the meter shows 10154.47, which reading is correct, please rectify and do the needful, request to intervene to my complaint, obireddy, c. There is no kaveri water supply to muneshwar temple street at kodihalli in hal 3 rd stage either from jb nagar or domlur. Even the borewell supply is also not available. Immediate supply of kaveri water to this area is solicited. Till then, water may be supplied through tankers. Please watch the uploaded video. An drinage water is supplied to us. Please let us survive for some more days. Please provide good water.

We the residents of the 19th main, btm layout, 2nd stage, opp to bbmp playground (House nos. 214 to 224) bring to your notice that there is so much of irregularity in supply of water. There is no water for the past 5 days. We are depending completely on corporation water, we never had this problem all these years. We have been residing in this area since 25 years. This irregularity is causing lot of problems. Repeated complaints to your office...

This is to bring to your notice that, our neighbours on 6 cross n r colony basavanagudi bangalore have placed an illegal valve in our water connection from the main line and are taking water from our main water line. They are also stopping the water for our apartment using the valve attached and the water pressure is reduced drastically, thus reducing the supply of water to our apartment. We have attached a picture of the same for your reference....

I have paid the water bill for the month of november 2018 for rs.216 through phonepe mobile app. Provider reference number - phnn[protected]. Bbps transaction id - bd[protected].
But i can see the arrears amount of rs.216 in the water bill of december.

There is drainage block in front of the house 124, 4th cross, cheluvadipalya, bangalore - 560053. Since from 1 month. By which it is resulting into bad smell, entering into the houses and causing serious health problem. So kindly the office may look into the matter and solve the problem. I think there is hydrallic machine is required for the cleaning of the chamber/manhole. So kindly help us sir....

Bwssb bills exponentially increased from past 2-3 months. Earlier i used to get 800 rs for 10-12k liters consumption. However, from past 2 months even though there was no water due to issue at 43rd cross hbr 5th block the bill reported consumption of 31000 liters and costing 1900+. I was getting bill of less than rs.400/- wherein shockingly have received a bill of rs.13108/-. We are only two and residential use only. I am a physically challenged and have no earnings. I am also not able to run around. Request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
