Hi,.in begur junction the drainage is broken 3 or 4 weeks back. After that 2 weeks the entire area was in very bad shape with drainage water. Somehow bwssb started the work in the mid of january but the work is extremely slow. Entire vitta sandra road is blocked hence the commuters are under going lot of trouble. None of the vehicles can come inside or ho outside if it is big in size more than car size if for example. Kindly requesting the respective authority to take action as soon as possible.

Opposite to #434/e, 24th cross, 24th main, 3rd sector hsr layout bangalore.
Road is dug and sewage kept open since a week. Please take action immediately. It's spreading dirty smell and health problems around.
Residents are facing health problems due to this. The picture of the problem is attached. Kindly take immediate action.

This is to inform you that for the past one month water is not coming as required, ours is a social security organisation and many patients are coming to our office for treatment purpose but we require sufficient water for cleaning purpose but meter reading of water is very high. We are trying to contacted the area aee but he is not lifting the phone

From the past few days the drinking water has been contaminated and has a very bad odour which makes it unfit for drinking.

Even after continuous boiling and heating, the odour is still bad and we are not able to consume it.

As an alternative we are using packaged drinking water, which turns out to be an extra cost for us even after paying the water bill.

This has been the situation in uttarahalli, ksrtc layout from the past week and is not reduced

Please attend to the situation as soon as possible as we are not able to drink the water.

In infront of my house main water pipe has damage in last 1 months ago we informed water supply man but no use so
Hence i am requesting you to replace the pipe or repear. And every night water is folling.

We are facing a lot of issues because of drainage in our locality. This is leading to bad smell and increase of insects.
We have filed a complaint earlier as well but we did not get any response from the sewage board.

Please do respond and take necessary actions to fix the drainage chamber issue.

At 5th cross, mangammanapalya drainage got blocked raised complent on 20th jan-19 complaint number: bwssb[protected]
Contact number [protected] of ae: sahib anna /nagendra, but this ae is not resolved this issue and just closing the complaints. When we call and ask he is not at all tacking action and just telling stories.
Request your help on this issue as entrie road people facing issues.

This is to inform you that there's lot of water supply problem in my area periyar nagar 1st cross kupan street. Wherein my neighbour area pillana garden are getting regularly.
What is the problem and how long should we suffer. It's been 10 days we did not receive any kind of water supply atleast some tanker should have been arranged if any discrepancy in line.
Kindly look into this and take necessary action.

Suggestion
The 10 mld sewage treatment can think of alternate methods for final use of waste water. Instead of treating it with chemicals and finally ending with complaints about toxic metals and chemicals it will be worth while planning to create solar evaporation ponds (Impervious like swimming pools) and pump thus water to arid region and seminary dctegios like chitra durga kolar and other draught prone areas and allow for natural. Evaporatiin. An area if 4 kmx2.5 km can evaporate 10 mld water every day without any chemical addition or fuel addition. Thus also improves rainfall in arid regions helping to reduce draught situations. Thus is a new approach to solve dirty water problems

Sanitary sewage block since 4 days. The sanitary water has been blocked till the roof of the drinage. The water is not flowing from the toilets. I have been coming to bwssb office since 4 days but the drivers are not coming. This has been an ongoing problem every month and there is no solution to it. This has ti be treated with priority or several houses in the lane will have problems.

I am resident of 21 cross, 24 th main, 5 th phase, j. P. Nagar, bangalore-560078.
There is bwssb drain which remains uncovered for a long time. Covering and other maintenance activities started last year. We, residents of the locality, were very hopeful that this would bring some relieves for us from mosquito and other poisonous insects.
But unfortunately, the contractor completed covering half part of the drain in six months and the remaining half part is still broken (Due to maintenance) and uncovered. We are unable to trace out the contractor any more.

I personally went to local bwssb office many times, met many political leaders. As usual, no one attended our grievances.
You are requested to let us know what we can do to get completed the pending activities.

This is to informing me and our neighbor 3 to 4 houses are not getting water supply from last 2 to 3 months properly and we have informed to our near bwssb office and water line man also. But water line man was given reply very rude and negligible.

The water line man mr. Narasimaiah was spoken very rude and he has done wall adjustment for few lines and these lines supplying water properly except our line 3 to 4 houses.

Please check and take the necessary action and provide the water supply regularly.

I am writing this complaint on behalf of all the residence of 4th cross, shivraj road (Mohammed ali road), dj halli, bangalore 560045.in our street there is no water supply from last 7 days and all the residence are undergoing lot of problem due to this. Here the supply is controlled by a single person and the supply is given at the discretion of this single person who is responsible to release the water. Also, in our area water supply is given only 2 days a week for 1 or 2 hours (Wednesday &sunday) but in other nearby areas water supply is regular. Not sure why this discrepancy. Could you please intervene and help us to get water supply immediately and also increase the frequency of the supply.

The illegal water supply is happening from last one year in new baiyappanahalli area and not action by bwssb.

I am residing in new baiyappanahalli, my neighbor does water selling business. There are 4 water tanker lorries running for 24 hours in a day (Sapthagiri venkateshwara water services vehicle # ka 03 ae 1447 & ka 03 ae 7657) near my residence.

Every 10 minutes the water tanker lorry passes in our area and it creates lot of noise when the take a turn, revers & horn. This is creating a lot of noise and we are unable to tolerate the noise created by the water tanker lorries and ended with many sleepless day and nights.

We had spoken several times and requested several times to the lorry drivers and the owner of sapathagiri venkateshwara water services to stop their services at least from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am, but they never responded to us. We had spoken to the neighbor who sells the water and they say that they cannot stop their business even during night and they claim that they have taken permission from bwssb for doing this business.

When we said we will give a complaint, they say that, we can proceed giving a complaint to any of the departments.

Request you to look into this issues and resolve as early as possible.

I'm writing this complaint hoping atleast someone from BWSSB higher Authority will notice and take action and resolve our water problems.

From 5 days we have not got the water supply, when approached to BWSSB office near Domlur Bus stop they said to write in the book, we'll come and check. By this you can understand how careless they are. I'm saying we have not got water for 5 days, so instead of providing some alternate options they are asking to register a complaint and go from here.

We are facing Water problems from few months at 11th Cross, Domlur Village. Many people in our lane have complained n number of times but still the BWSSB persons have not taken any action till now. The Water supply is two days once and we get water hardly 3-4 hours and that it comes very slowly. There is no water problem in 10th and 12th Cross, Domlur village and only our lane has issues. So I don't understand if they have separate valve for each lane or what. We didn't had any issues like one year back and I don't understand why we are facing the problems now.

In Winter the situation is this, so I can't image how it'll be in Summer when we have water storage across Bangalore city.

I told I'll approach higher authority and they provided some phone number and when called the BWSSB person was off duty and asked to call tomorrow evening, I requested to send another person to check as there will be no supply tomorrow but he said there is no one else. I don't understand how they will check when there is no supply. We have to suffer for another 2 days without water.

I'm the resident of bismillah nagar, 9th cross, d. R. C. Post, bangalore. For the past 1 year we are facing lot of issues in getting kaveri water. They have visited the location twice and it worked fine only on that day and after that the same thing is repeated. We are not even getting minimum 2000 litres on alternate days. Please help us do the needful.

From the past 4 months we are not getting cauvery water in our house. The water supply used to be fine before that. We've now become heavily reliant on bore supply which is not reliable either and the tankers who supply muddy water. My parents are senior citizens who've been struggling to get this issue resolved. They've tried numerous ways of getting this issue fixed despite thier age and health conditions.

Once a water engineer said came to have a look and said there is some dirt stuck in the pipe and got it removed. Even this hasn't helped. We've raised complaints and sent letters to various people. Without any luck, we are going to visit water adalat to see if we can get any help.

This is regarding the bwssb bill we are receiving for our residence since 4 years. We are getting 2 parallel bills for the same residence and we have requested enough to the authorities about the matter, still not resolved. We are paying one bill regularly and people from board are coming to disconnect the water connection (For which we have paid the bill amount regularly). Kindly resolve the matter and oblige.
