Address: Goyal Garima Keshav Nagar chinshwad

We are facing trouble loud noised in the night due to newly built tiles factory besides river in Keshav Nagar residential are opposite to Goyal Garima and Oriental Marvel society.
Daily we face trouble due to offloading of materials, big trucks and lories their horns etc. in midnight after 12 am.
Requesting strict action against it....

I recently visited Savitribai Phule Garden in the PCMC area Pune, India, and what I saw was extremely disappointing.
The kids' play area is in a dangerous and neglected condition — slides and equipment are broken, and instead of repairing them, they’ve been tied with wires, ropes, and even bamboo sticks just to block access. This is not safety — this is negligence.
Despite this, tickets are still being collected from visitors....

Now, in Oct 2025, I received text communication from PCMC, that the application will be discarded on 31st Oct. 2025, so I logged in to the portal where I could see payment link (0.05% - Rs. 18, 975.00) which should not be charges according...

I am living in below Housing Society:
H Wing, Pristine Greens Phase 3,
Behind DMart Moshi, Borhadewadi, Moshi,
Dehu-Alandi Road, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune-412105

Total number of flats in H wing is 80 with 14 floors. There are alternative balconies in each flat.
More than 10 flat owners extended their common balcony without permission from the builder and PCMC. Most...

Hi team,

Can you please let me know how to create groupid for badminton hall booking? We are not able to do the booking because there is no such tab or link wherein groupid can be generated. Also we need to know the charges for the booking. We have been trying to book the court which is available in bhosari, but since we don't have a groupid we cannot book it.

In the megapolis sunway hinjewadi phase 3 main road there are many street dogs and they making difficult for people to walk or to travel by bike. They use to bark and attack on the people. On 28, May the road accident occurred due to these dogs and co-rider was unconscious and blood loss. As WFO started people use to night shifts come late in night by walk or bike these dogs make there walk unsafe....

I have purchased property in the month of Dec 2020, for which the property tax was generated for higher area, where as my flat area was much lesser than that mentioned in the tax bill generated. the same was corrected in the month of may 2022 after serval follow up with the PCMC official and department visit. now I have to transferred property name from the earlier owner to my name, for which I have been charged rs...

But the bill shows incorrect name H.G. Deshpande.
The name on the water bill needs to be changed to H.V. Deshpande...

In Kiwale area near to Panchsheel chowk, there is a temple and every morning since 4.30 am they use Loudspeakers ...the sound is too loud and noiesy...it get continued for 3 hrs till 7.30 am...it is really horrific to sleep at that time... really creating health issues... kindly stop it...

In last month, while applying for property transfer, i come to know about huge fees for that. for our said flat, they said we required to pay around 41000 in cash to transfer property tax.
