Found dog in water tank

Good afternoon Sir,

I am living in below Housing Society:
H Wing, Pristine Greens Phase 3,
Behind DMart Moshi, Borhadewadi, Moshi,
Dehu-Alandi Road, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune-412105

Total number of flats in H wing is 80 with 14 floors. There are alternative balconies in each flat.
More than 10 flat owners extended their common balcony without permission from the builder and PCMC. Most flat owners are planning to extend their common balcony and copy to others.

Extending the balcony puts an extra load on building structure. It affects the building life. In the future an incident may happen. On the other side they enjoy extra carpet area without paying Property Tax and Flat Registration Cost.

We already talked with the builder, but no action has been taken till date. Builder said it is totally illegal and not in the plan.

I am living in the area near Akshara International School . Tathwade, Wakad 411057. I want to complaint about heavy road dust due to which residents not able to walk on the area. Due to which we suffer from serve illness.
From morning to night road are covered with dust.

Request you to use sweeper broom machine to clean the road . Please take immediate action.

Illegal parking on road near La Regalia society near akurdi railway station nigdi pradhikaran-411044.so please take immediate action against car owner and fine to be charged it is very difficult to drive due to short space. Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for strict action on this. Not like the action taken on my previous complaint.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am resident of Kohinoor Sapphire, Tathwade.

We are facing lot of issues like:
1. Continuous drainage water flow on road, due to whaich nobody is able to walk or drive easily
2. Due to water block mosquitoes have increased a lot
3. No proper road is here - we are driving on very tough road in full of darkness.

We have raised multiple concerns but none has solved.

You will get tonknow the worst condition from attached photos and videos.

Can you please consider this on top priority?

PCMC provided completion certificates to Kohinoor Sapphire, Tathwade, without ensuring basic facilities like Road, street light, drainage etc. In village also these dacilities are mandatory for any NA plottings. Here its city that too so called smart city. 450+ families are struggling for more than a year now. Looks like PCMC officers provided CC with some under table activities. This needs to be investigated at the earliest. Action to be taken on such corrupt officers.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Kohinoor Sapphire Phase 1 and have been facing issue with the road in front of our society. The drainage on the road is also overflowing since few days due to which there is water logging on the road.
Not just us but the delivery agents and cab/auto drivers also face issue while coming to society and sometimes they refuse to provide services.
I sincerely urge PCMC to look into this issue and resolve it.

Hello sir..We residents of Kohinoor Sapphire Tathwade facing lot of issues..drainage water is continuously over flowing and nobody can go outside due to water logging..deaseas spreading, kindly do the helpful, complaint also raised..Help to forward to concerned authorities..Thanks

Subject- 10 to 12 Stray dogs residing near hemangi Kirana store, matoshree park, opposite shree Krishna temple, Sant tukaram nagar, bhosari pune 39.

Above mention area is majorly residential place of MIDC workers.
People do work in various shifts. Group of 10 to 12 dogs are very scary & fearful to man traveling home.

Harmful for kids playing in cement ground.
All these dogs are getting feed by one of the pet lover in this area.

Request department to take out all these stray dogs & make area safe for resident & kids.

Megapolis

We residents of Megapolis have requested multiple times but no actions on Stray dogs
They chase cars, bikes, School Kids, and Senior citizens on roads and inside society parking too.
Everyone is scared to take any action due to rights violations against Dogs
More than 30+ dogs roam around posses a threat to school-going kids and senior citizen
Pawar Public School is in vicininity and at threat to dog bites.

Please help in relocating dogs to some other places

Dear Sir,

We are residents of ACE ALMIGHTY SOCIETY, Tathawade. We have been facing shortage of water supply since April 2023. There is a severe shortage of water in our society. We are not getting enough water supply since April 2023, due to which we have to hire private water tankers to meet our daily water demands and pay more for this.

We hope you will take the immediate response and effective steps to solve this problem.

I want to complaint against Dr. Swapnil jamdade and Dr. Richa Deshmukh. The senior Dr. Of this hospital.Dr. Of pcmc akrudi hospital. He misbehave with me while I was admitted at hospital. My father has also complaint against that but we don't get any reply. Plz I want reply

I, Dr. Ankita Yadav, Writing this letter to request for picking the grass waste from my clinic area, as soon as possible.
Since it's unhygienic for the patients coming to clinic.
In clinic area long grasses had grown, so personally I took initiative and cleaned my area, but now the waste is lying there itself, as wet garbage vehicle is not ready to pick the waste.
Requesting you to please look forward and take action as soon as possible.

The connecting roads to JM Classics Co-Op Society (Kudale Colony No 4, Opp Nav Maharashtra School) are in extremely poor conditions. One road is full of pothholes while the other is totally muddy and slippery). We residents 32 flats in society are facing huge inconvenience also chances of accidents due to poor roads are there.
Requesting you to pl inspect and take appropriate action.

I refer to a stretch of road that connects from kokane chowk in pimple saudagar to godambe chowk area.
Road construction has been going on for last few months on this road.
However the street lights are always off at night.
I request PCMC to look into this on priority.

Jab se road par divider bna hai .tab se road par Pani bhar rha hai. Pani Jane ki koi jagah nhi hai.

Can you please let me know how to create groupid for badminton hall booking? We are not able to do the booking because there is no such tab or link wherein groupid can be generated. Also we need to know the charges for the booking. We have been trying to book the court which is available in bhosari, but since we don't have a groupid we cannot book it.
Appreciate your quick response.

In front of Royal Majestic society, the garbage dust bin are putting by PCMC.
People's are not put the garbage in duat bi and throw on road.

Please remove the garbage bin from there and remove it.. We are facing the same issue from last 2 month.

Even we informed to garbage collection team thay are ignored
