Noise pollution due to newly built tiles shared in residential area near river

Address: Goyal Garima Keshav Nagar chinshwad

We are facing trouble loud noised in the night due to newly built tiles factory besides river in Keshav Nagar residential are opposite to Goyal Garima and Oriental Marvel society.
Daily we face trouble due to offloading of materials, big trucks and lories their horns etc. in midnight after 12 am.
Requesting strict action against it....

Shocking Condition of Public Garden in PCMC

Address: Wakad, PCMC

I recently visited Savitribai Phule Garden in the PCMC area Pune, India, and what I saw was extremely disappointing.
The kids' play area is in a dangerous and neglected condition — slides and equipment are broken, and instead of repairing them, they’ve been tied with wires, ropes, and even bamboo sticks just to block access. This is not safety — this is negligence.
Despite this, tickets are still being collected from visitors....

0.05% Fees charges for Property Transfer (First time Buyer)

In October 2023, I had created draft application for property transfer from Builder to Myself, which should be treated as first time transfer. But I had not submitted the application.
Now, in Oct 2025, I received text communication from PCMC, that the application will be discarded on 31st Oct. 2025, so I logged in to the portal where I could see payment link (0.05% - Rs. 18, 975.00) which should not be charges according...

Hi PCMC concern team,
We have been observing for last two weeks the garbage van is not playing any music when they are coming to collect garbage. We are not able to dump garbage for last 10 days. It started smelling worse and spreading insects and hence unhygienic. Please do the needful to resolve this problem earliest. The earlier method to notify through music in vans was really good and they should continue to do the same.

    I am writing this to you stating that few months back beside my house new drainage line was added and concrete was done. Due to heavy rain the concrete is been vanished and needs to be rebuild the road. Please look into this and request you to add paving blocks so that we can walk comfortably.
    The new drainage line was built in May 2024.

          A shed is constructed by Drivers of PMPML on the footpath in between in-gate and out-gate of Sparklet Society, Megapolis. This is causing lot of problems.
          There is a school (Pawar Public school ) near by approx 1000+ children and parents use the footpath to commute to school.
          This shed obstruct every one and gives accident threats to children.
          Please remove the shed from the spot, otherwise atleat move the shed to other side of the road, where the footpath usege is little less.

          PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND TAKE ACTION.

            Even after swimming pool was closed for 3 days in row with reason water is not cleaned. And once it got opened it was still dirty not sure what they cleaned in those 3 days.

            Date: 2 April 2024

            Water was so unclean that were not able to see the tiles under pool. This is very unhygienic and risky for swimmers. Need someone to look into this matter.

                Signals are working in kokane chowk and shivar chowk.

                            I am resident in, plot no 83 tulsipuja apartment purna nagar chinchwad Old RTO office behind Chinchwad, Pune 411019. There are many stray dogs, which are wondering on streets and inside society at night. It makes it very difficult to cross that path at night as all the dogs start barking at the person. It might be fatal if anyone is trapped in the group of so many dogs. There are around 8 to 10 dogs. They start barking and crying at midnight which is very disturbing and affecting adversely on health of residents in the area.
                            I request your team to take proper action against this as soon as possible.
