I am staying in MSR Nagar, 4th Main Rd, Bangalore 560058
In our area the water supply is every alternative days, but since last 1 month the water supply to our road is irregular & having very low pressure.We have complaint to the valve man but does not respond properly. Also we have registered our complaint in the complaint book maintained in our area bwssb office. Because of this we have to purchase from outside.

So kindly look into this & ensure proper supply of water.

      The original present reading of the meter is 141000 but in the bill it is wrongly mentioned as 147000 (Bill No: N-238018). Hence request you to kindly notify the concerned billing person & update the water bill for current month

        there is no borewell but sc for borewell being charged and collected. Corrections not done.
        Excess charges collected be adjusted or refunded immediately.

          We are an apartment of 3 blocks A, B, and C and have 3 Cauvery lines with meters in each block. Last month (Dec'22) we did not receive any bill and when required with the BWSSB office we were told to pay as per last month's(Nov;22) bill the same amount as our meter is stopped and needs a new meter to be installed. This month we received bills for all the 3 blocks with mentioned "Meter Stopped" and the billing person is demanding INR22500 per meter change. And also offering the same without the bill at INR15000 for each meter. We would like to understand why our meters are stopped suddenly and then why BWSSB is asking us to pay for a new meter when we have paid all the fees and deposits. Sub Division E12 and RR No E354494/KDP E354495/KDP and E354496/KDP

                  Neighbor's Sewage overflowing on road.

                  Neighbor's Sewage pipe connection to chamber broken and overflowing on road. Informed Neighbor (Apartment Owner) repeated times, but, no action taken. Apartment owner say's that it is not his pipe connection even after proving with water flow test. Please sort/ rectify this issue for us.                   Dear Madam /Sir's,

                  I paid the BWSSB bill (Rs.5995/-) on September 21, 2022 through Kotak Bank Bill payment portal, but the amount was not credited to the account and again in the next bill the amount was shown as arrears. Again on December 8, 2022 I paid Rs.8, 644 through phone banking.

                  I requested the bank to credit Rs.5995 paid on September 21, 2022 but got the response (Please see the e-mail below) from bank that the amount has been settled at BWSSB account.

                  Kindly credit the proceed to my account E-162297 and oblige.

                      I have submitted a written letter to N12 Subdivision RT Nagar to correct my borewell charges on 23rd Nov, 2022. The charges were applied when there were two combined houses and then the half property was sold. Hence, after that we do not have any sump and not using the borewell water. We requested the team to get this correct long back. However, they didn't do anything. Later I had to give written letter to inspect and make changes. Till now we don't see anyone visiting the place or making any corrections. I have been paying this fees from almost an year now. Please get this corrected.

                        The septic pits on the road in front of our apartment is full to the Brim.
                        Due to this sewage waste is returning backwards into our apartment septic tanks and entering the flats. This is causing hardships and a big health hazard . Urgent action need to be taken to clear the blockage .

                              I stay at Maruthi nagar, 4th Main, 3rd cross. In our area, water supply is supposed to be on sundays and thursdays, but since past many days, water supply in our area is irregular, having very low pressure, hence water quantity is inadequate and we are forced to pay high amount and buy from outside. the engineer and valveman avoid phone calls or do not respond properly. please look into this and ensure proper supply of water.

                                As I'm requesting u to change our WATER man MR Chandrappa & Maarappa Remove Them And Oppoint MR Kanthraj Because we r Faceing lot of Issue from them they r nt mainting Proper timings and they r Public Both of them Nt leaving Water Properly every Week and they r saying there is no Water Supply And they R saying Water line Problem every time with out leaving Water to our Area
                                PREVIOUS Kanthraj was doing his job was good there is no issues any time Kindly Oppoint him to our Area And do needful To us DONT review My Name and No to Any AE r Bill Collector And For Both Of Them Because They will come And argue With us Because They r Collecting Amount from every One And they r taking equal Shares frm AE TO water Man They supplying a Water To Only Apartment And from AE TO water Man They r taking commission From Apartment every time Not For Area Area is paying Bill as well bt both r nt supplying water kindly Do need ful to us ASAP...!
