We the residents of the 19th main, btm layout, 2nd stage, opp to bbmp playground (House nos. 214 to 224) bring to your notice that there is so much of irregularity in supply of water. There is no water for the past 5 days. We are depending completely on corporation water, we never had this problem all these years. We have been residing in this area since 25 years. This irregularity is causing lot of problems. Repeated complaints to your office in mico layout has not solved the problem. Even if the water comes the force will not be there it will not reach house no.214. We expect atleast the water supply once in two days.

This is to bring to your notice that, our neighbours on 6 cross n r colony basavanagudi bangalore have placed an illegal valve in our water connection from the main line and are taking water from our main water line. They are also stopping the water for our apartment using the valve attached and the water pressure is reduced drastically, thus reducing the supply of water to our apartment. We have attached a picture of the same for your reference.

We request you to take immediate action on the same and enable removal of the illegal valve attached to our connection from the neighbours, for seamless water to our apartment.

Inspite of a formal complaint to the authorities no action is initiated even after a week.

Sy.no 16/11, Basavanpur, Kr Puram hoballi, Bangalore 560049, some builders developed unauthorised layout and digging 30 borewells without permission abd spoiling nature please take action against the who illegal digging borewells with out permission.

There is drainage block in front of the house 124, 4th cross, cheluvadipalya, bangalore - 560053. Since from 1 month. By which it is resulting into bad smell, entering into the houses and causing serious health problem. So kindly the office may look into the matter and solve the problem. I think there is hydrallic machine is required for the cleaning of the chamber/manhole. So kindly help us sir.

Bwssb bills exponentially increased from past 2-3 months. Earlier i used to get 800 rs for 10-12k liters consumption. However, from past 2 months even though there was no water due to issue at 43rd cross hbr 5th block the bill reported consumption of 31000 liters and costing 1900+. Tried to call customer care to raise compliant there is no response. Please help me to

The sewers on Maithri layout are blocked and over flowing. Despite requests no one from.BWssb is attending and doing the needful. The stench is unbearable and we also fear spread of mosquitos and diseases. The sewers especially at 1 and 2 main is over flowing. Request urgent assistance

Hi my house is complete domestic with no other shops or any other thing still bill is generated as partialnd.. Also water comes only twice in a month for max 2 hours and bill crosses 800rs .. In Mangammanapalya ward 190, they r charging 3rs extra per can but in Machine v need to insert 5rs gold coin but one guy taking 3rs extra, if we ask they are showing their rudeness, So please let them know to collect only 5rs per can as per the govt noticed.And I have attached file too.

Jp nagar 1st phase drainage/manholes blocked frequently in front of bescom office, causing blockages in sewage lines of houses in 11th-b-cross, 30th-main.

House owners are forced to pay thousands of rupees frequently for bwssb workers to get the blockages cleared.

It is near panduranga swamy temple, and the residents of the road are frequently harassed by the bwssb workers.

I live in prashanth extension, 2nd cross, itpl main road, whitefield main road, villa christina, next to akshaya ladies pg building. There is a lot of construction for a booming pg accommodation which is resulting in blockages in the sewage lines and overflow.

This overflow is directly entering my compound posing a serious health hazard apart from a terrible foul smell. We are a family of 4 senior citizens, 2 adults and a child. We have made 3 complaints to the bwssb but till date no remedial action has been taken.

I request your good office to look into the matter and inspect the conditions here and prevail upon the bwssb authorities to take action which only they can do.

Murti use to enable water in our surrounding once for every two days, but since last few days he is asking for bribe to give proper supply.

Even though we pay water bill regularly why cant we get proper supply would you take some action against this person?

I have been getting excess water bills for the last several months aganiat the average bill of rs 300 i am getting rs 1985 in last month, it varies from 600 to rs 2000
Due to air pressure even though water is not coming meter counteneously run,
We have checked and repaired the water meter but still getting high bills for water which we are not using, even the water the water was not used or coming meter keep on running

Some people in doddanekkundi are using borewell dug in their residences to supply water commercially. I am pretty sure this is depleting ground water at an alarming rate. They use huge tankers, now even bharat benz trucks. The roads are all damaged due to these heavy trucks and cause a lot of dust in our area. Please investigate these in the doddanekkundi area - pragati layout - near doddanekkundi lake.

#51, c/o shashikala, 4th main, 5th cross, naidus layout, bangalore 61. Am residing in this address. Our house owner has illegally removed the properly working meter during night time when there is no human visibility. 3 men came who don't seem to be the bwssb workers dismantled the meter and took it away.

They did all this after 8:30 to 9:00 pm when there is no human visibility. Is proper permission is taken by mrs. Shashikala is not known. Kindly look at the issue at earliest.

Hosa road, channakeshava nagar, right side, 4th cross is facing lot of problem with regard to water. Water is supplied ones in a week. Complaints were made to be regularly. Our area water supplier maintainer name is srikanth, we complaint against him, but he couldn't take mind this matter. Only right side 4th cross is having this problem while other lines water is supplied every one day in a week, he leaving water to roads, in other he leaving water morethan hours but only 4th cross not having morethan hours only 30 to 40 minutes in that water will come very slowly, without water how can we survive our life tell me you only sir. I requested to you take urgent action to him, kindly do the needful and solve our problem...

They have blocked the entire road & drilling is happening on the govt. Road.

Despite repeated compaints, we are not receiving sufficient corporation water pressure and supply atJeevanadi Summit, New Thippasandra, next to Sri Rama Temple. Request the immediate intervention of senior BWSSB staff to resolve this long pending issue. BWSSB engineer Mr Lohit is aware of the issue. He has also been provided the RR number.

There seems to be no water supply in 6th main ramanashree layout for the past 4 to 5 weeks.

_ there are some houses in 6th main bilekahalli who never have water shortage - we know about a separate water connection illegally to those houses. This is a scam that is known to all and continues with the blessings of the old timer residents and corporators. The corporations and water authority is hand in glove with these special beneficiaries.

The above blatant bwssb malpractice must end.

I shikkari palya main. Electronic city bangalore road today sime one digged a bore well on the tarred road. The road is public transport region. Many school kids are walking in this road. Kindly do the needful before some mishaps happens. Kids road pedestrian who walk in dark., or even vehicles are in danger.

It comes after wipro gate 300 meter towards hulimangala.

Kindly take necessary action to remove and fill the unauthorised digging. This is my humble request to the court.

Water meter shows 3704 however for the past three years, the water person has been mentioning the excessive amount. He has captured as "2703000" (Wrong reading) which is ridiculous. Water bill will come around rs.500 however because of this excessive reading, it shows we need to pay rs56, 983. We have faced a lot of mental pressure because of this problem. We have not at all consumed so much of water. We keep asking the guy to mention the exact meter readings however he is not obliging and we hardly get to even meet him (We have met him only four times in the past three years. We need a person from the water board to visit our home and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
This is a serious issue and we need your assistance and involvement in solving this problem. Recently we were advised to lodge a complaint as our mental health is at stack!!

Updated by Santha_rao Today (29th December, 2018) again the water meter reading person had come to take the readings and luckily we were at home and caught hold of him. However, he still recorded the wrong reading and spoke rudely. Attaching the bill with wrong readings and attaching the picture od actual meter reading.
This is ridiculous. We have an outstanding amount of Rs 63k and we have not used water at all.Our water bill needs to be somewhere at Rs 500.
We need the complaint to be taken as seriously as possible as the serious of the issue is critical.
We complained a month back and see no action taken.We need an answer as soon as possible please as its mentally disturbing us!!

We have borewell and we hardly use cauvery. This is beyond tolerance.
We request an official to come to our place and resolve this issue as soon as possible

Sewage line newly Installed at Thubarahalli Extended Road is blocked & all the sewage is flowing on the road. This is mud road & area is severely impacted difficult for even school buses to ply. This is serious health hazard & may have outbreak of infectious diseases. Very Bad smell traveling this patch. Attached pic .
