Ward no.15. T. Dasarahalli. Near naga muneeshwara swamy temple main line blocked. Please clear the main line. It is at bangalore. T. Dasarahalli-560057 it comes in bruhat bengalore maha nagara palike limits. Nearly 45 houses have been effected from this blockage. Please attend the complaint as soon as possible. Childrens are falling sick and it is difficult to walk.

I'm a resident of hbr layout 5th block and for the past one week the cauvery water supply to the entire area has a musky and brown tongue to the water received from the board. The water looks very muddy and impure. I hope that this matter is taken up seriously as it's affecting thousands of people of this area, we are using this water for all our daily needs and it's really disturbing that we are not receiving clean water as we did before.

This is to inform that we are not paying the water bill since there is no connection. How can you generate monthly bill without having connection and no monthly consumtion. Current bill is 20000 rs which we are not paying. Please review n discard all the bills n connection as we are not using it. The guy who gives the bill doesn't know where the water is coming from. Please disconnect the connection if you find one as we are not paying it.

We have already given the complaint many time and they have resolved it it but they didn't do it properly we and the sewage leaks each and every day and from past one month is leaking severely and it's really smelly the childrens are getting ill because of the smell and the mosquitoes and the flies the sea which can cause the dengue play give so kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible

My house is in gunjur palaya. Since there is no proper drainage system, waste water s getting overflow on road. Though plan approval included proper sewage till date no proper drainage. The leads to dirty road, more mosquitoes, nasty smell, also the uneducated villagers adding mud in drainage, it makes conditions still worse. Please take some urgent action....

Unbearable stench emanating out of the sewerage leaking and getting collected on harris road, williams town 1st main junction. Sewerage water is splashing when vehicles travel on the road making it more unbearable. Immediate action is requested.

Hi sir.. Near my home some drinage water is leaking or pipe is broken.. Due to which lot of drinage water is flowing it's effecting so many house we are not able to sleep.. NO BORWELL/WELL IN THE Partial RESIDENTIAL BUILDING but LEVIED SC ON BOREWELL IN October- November BILL REQUEST TO REVERT BACK THE BILL AND ENSURE SUCH LEVY WILL NOT LEVIED IN FUTURE BILLS.

Earlier the previous bills were Domestic Charges and now it is considered as Partial Non-Domestic Charges as a New Saloon in open in one of the shops of residential building. I am ready to take Partial ND but I am not agree to take the charges of SC Borewell as there is not Borewey in my building.

Please note a small pit is maintained to remove the strome water drain from the basement of the building.

Hi, we reside in 14 cross, ananda puram... Near omshakthi temple.. It is very near to j. B. Nagar bustop...

The person who opens that volve to supply water will not open it fully... Or he will not leave water only... Even during festivals...

We are not rich ppl to take mineral water regularly... And for other purpose we are forced to take water for 800 rs... N it comes for not even a week... So pls do the needful

Inspite of repeated request drainage water is entering in to our house from backside road i. E iind main sugama layout, nyanappanahalli village, and drainage water is entering into our compound wall to the drinking water sump when v asked backside house owner she told it is bwssb problem they have not done drainage work properly v made a complaint but not attended so v r getting drainage water leakage from backside house because of the drainage problem please send the concerned person to get the work done and help us in this regard.

I am a resident of channasandra, kadugodi post, ward no.83, mahadevapura sub-division. A main water pipe line passing underground under the asphalt road in front of government school has broken down due to heavy vehicle movement since more than a month ago.

No one has turned up to repair the pipeline and as a result there is a huge water loss every alternate day when water is left for residents opposite to government school area.

The sewerage pipe is blocked and dirt is spread on to the road. We checked the drain in the building and found that block is there in the main line connected to the bwssb pit. 3days over. Complaint lodged in btm layout bwssb office but no response. Please resolve the issue immediately.

I am rajeswari and my bwssb consumer id are 80660 and 80882. For the last few months my water bills are significantly high compared to other houses in my neighborhood. However, our daily consumption of water remains the same.

Kindly request you to please inspect the meters for any malfunction as they are reflecting significantly high consumption of water.

Please attend to this complaint at the earliest.

Hi all, at benniganahalli, kr puram, opposite to gopalan mall, 20 litre water filter plant is not operating continuously. Please take necessary actions immediately. People here are affected who is depend on it. Since two days it is closed. Government officials should take necessary actions to make sure the water supply is continuous to serve the society.

This has reference to the water bill raised by the department for the month of august 2018 as recorded on the 16th of september without showing the closing meter reading showing a consumption of 2841000 litres. It appears that the consumption figure has been arbitrarily arrived at, presumably by taking average of previous months. And this month they have given the bill without meter reading.
From the above you can observe that our consumption has been very steady for the whole of 2017 at around 2365000 litres to 2450000 litres, but started to go up substantially from jan 2018 onwards. It was then that we alerted and highlighted the abnormal increase in the water consumption through graphics, notice board display, adda notices, display in the lifts and personal interaction and requested the residents to use water prudently and report all leakages and repairs immediately for remedial action. We also tightened up the water usage in other areas like house - keeping, car wash etc. So that the consumption level is brought back to the 2017 level. We therefore earnestly request you to use the reading on the meter as recorded by your staff for the calculation of our consumption, for the coming months. We are very serious in our efforts to use water optimally and will be continuously monitoring the usage and try to restrict our usage between 2350000 litres and 2450000 litres barring any emergency. We are enclosing a copy of the graphic illustration presented to our residents for your knowledge.

The sewage is overflowing from 15 days opposite to bbmp jayamahal extension.
People walk in the dirty water to cross roads, multiple complaints have been raised and no action at all since last 3 days.
Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We have complained earlier that the drainage is overflowing. Your people have come & still not solved it. It is really unhygienic like this & kindly do something about this. I once again give my address 32, 5th main road jayamahal extension, opposite to bbmp.
This is right front of our residence there is a small hole from where the drainage water is overflowing.

I hv made a payment of rs.1, 061/- on 23.10.2018 in respect of the above rr. The payment was made by debit to my credit card no. Xxxx xxxx xxxx 7209on 23.10.2018. The payment was successful but your server failed at the time of successful. Hence, the amount is not credited to above rr till today. Pls look ino the matter and arrange to credit immediately.

Sewage water is being let out into open storm water drain and sometimes it stagnates and leading to stench and breeding of mosquitoes leading to various diseases. It has to be addressed asap. Bwssb ae has been initimated but they are not interested in solving the issue permanently. We feel ashamed that a layout like hsr is soo horrible in this issue. Wish bwssb responds to citizens grievances
