Dear sir / madam,
Am kumar s/o m thangaraj, residing at 1401/b, 5th cross, vinayaka street, venkatesh puram, bangalore 560045.
In our entire area no one receiving water bills from past 1 year. And i tried visting bwssb local office near pulikeshinagar and they said staff will come and give the bill till then we have to wait. But we are afraid that we need to pay penalty for late payments but the fact is that we did not received any bill yet and even bill is not generated in online web portal as well.

I would request you please do the needful as soon as possible.

We are not been getting kaveri water to our house in 3rd 'a' cross, pr layout, munnekolala, marathahalli, bangalore-37.
We keep having this problem, water always comes in the houses on the north side but not for some houses in the south side. We've been requested to the authorities but no results.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

Commanly the monthly water bill i get around[protected]/-
But this time 20.08.2018 it has came 11400/-. And also it is incresaing every month automatically.
Im facing this problem from one year on that time i was talked with house owner and this area water man they both are helpless.
Sir we dont know why its happening like this every month. And also they mentioned domestic purpos on the water bill i dont know why they mentioned that word on the bill we r not doing any business in this water connection. Could you please help me sir and please resolve this problem. We cant pay that much of higher bill amount to the water. We are from poor family sir. Please help us sir. We are waiting for you response.

The sewage line appears to have been blocked / leaks - resulting in fowl smell l may result in health hazards etc
This is also a high pedestrian traffic zone - approach road to temples, post offices, market area.

i have paid for the water connection in 2012 and got a meter RR # E-316070
But the meter is not installed till date. Now, the cauvery water lines are being laid in my street but dont know when i will get the water to home.
But to my surprise, a bill of 9446 /- is generated on my RR#. I came to know it when another person living 3 Km away (in kalkere main road, near RM Nagar Church) got the bill delivered to his home but the bill is on my name. His RR# is E-316071. But they have cauvery connection from 5 years back .Instead of generating the bill on his RR# they have generated bill on my RR#.
It is quite embarassing to BWSSB to generate a bill on the RR# which have not installed at all till date.
Request you to take action immediately and reverse the bill amount from my account.

Drainage pipe damaged, water not flowing, all the drain water getting stagnant under footpath, in sulatanpalya main road, hanuman layout, 2nd b cross, as the pipe is broken and water is not flowing, many mosquitoes are rising up, too much of dirty smell in the lane and there is no peace in the lane!

Kindly cooperate and please help in getting the pipe repaired as soon as possible!

We have raised the complaint on last week august 15 2018 (Complaint number : 179), regarding our area main drainage chamber was blocked. So please solve this issue on urgent basis. Because we are not able to use the bathroom, toilets and bore well waters.

I have lodged coplaints several times but there is no action.in rr nagar 4th stage i cross water is supplied 4 days once and the water now supplied only for 3 hrs. Which is not sufficient and people are feeling it very difficult to get water. The tanker water available outside unhygenic and cannot be used for drinking purpose. After getting heavy rain karnataka why this kind of problem which is creating too much problems to the families is concerned. Can sombody from bwssb can open their eyes and solve this problem. This is sthe 4th complaints i am filing and nobody cared to resolve the problem so far.

I like to inform you that still now water bill is not generated in online of august month but you people will give the due date up to 16/07/2018, today's date is 20/08/2018.
Kindly inform us with out generating bill how we can pay through online, please upload the bill as soon as possible.

Residents of yellappa garden channasandra kengeri-uttarahalli rd, aren't getting regular supply. It's difficult to get regular water supply atleast once in 4 days as scheduled. It's reported to lineman repeatedly but resultless.

Request the concerned to initiate action and regularise the supply immediately.

Scarcity of water in kanakanagar, fayazabad layout, j. P nagar post, near government urdu school road there is shortage of water for the residence in this lane... No one is concerned about this lane kindly take an action towards this issue as the residence here are facing a lot of problems regarding the shortage of water all the taxes are taken on time and the water bill is paid on time but still. No water.

We are family of four and our water bill every month is coming to 7000 rs. I went to the bamgalore ulsoor bwssb but no body cared to rectify but just pestered us to pay the bill. Nobody cared. The water commissioner calls every day and harasses to pay the bill despite knowing the issue if inflated water bill. Request you to look into this issue.

From past one week water is not coming to our area if we call also they are saying will provide tomorrow and immediately disconnecting the call without hearing out and next day there is no water that is being supplied .. this is become a routine now . This needs to be resolved or please send the waterman to see what is the issue in our street . 23rd cross 5th block hbr layout

The bwssb lineman opens the wolves only for 2 hours every alternate days in Ejipura. Whereas places like Cooke Town has 24X7 water supply from bwssb. Why this partiality.

In monsoons, Cauvery Water is over flowing but there is not a drop of water in my house. This is ridiculous.

I demand that the bwssb authority looks into this matter with seriousness and be sensitive towards it's citizens needs.

When rain comes the road gets blocked by water. As we are trying to solve the problem from our side but it is not possible. People are stuggling to pass the way by walk there is no way to pass the particular blocked area so kindly resolve the water blockage in our area. We have also complained bwss but no action from there side kindly proceed the action towards the complaint as i gave. Iam waiting for your response. Thank you.

The water connection of r r no. W-231685/nl5-19 is reporting as suspected in the bill. We have given complaint to replace the meter and reminded several times. But no action taken so far. It is kindly requested to take immediate action and replace the meter on priority please...

Inspite of repeated complaints to officials like je, ae regarding supplying of cauvery water thrice a week, it's very pathetic, the valve men are unknown persons, not listed in bwssb staff register & they along with private water tanker mafia, & officials are responsible for this situsty in 9th maintenance, 8th main & few other localities where we are getting only two day supply of water, that's on thursday morning & sunday afternoon, t hat too for 2-3hrs, moreover all water meters are faulty, they won't take complaints on meters if we say it's running or showing more, even for air release, these substations are not having facility to convince customers for authorising the calibration of these meters, last few weeks it's taking heavily, but our subdivision hasn't supplied water, we are dependent on water tankers, our borewells are almost dry & if we say or complain against it, they are putting extra pet house cost & based on deapth, they are putting extra money on the bills & misutilising the latest provisions of having borewells, thereby showing more revenue to dept.& taking advantage of generation of more revenue, they are indulging g in more corrupt practices & giving more troubles, by not supplying proper supply of water & looking more official loopholes to send official bills.
We need weekly supply schedule of water, name of the valve men & his no, to register the valve opening times at nearby residence, incharge officers detail, action report on complaints of faulty water meters & hands on substion verification by consumers of proper calibration of faulty meters, action on water tankers, subsidied supply of bwssbfor water in tankers.
Pls take down this complaint & issue acknowledgement for the same.
