Makala mantapa road, lcr compound, ram mandira, lcr school road here we are facing lot of problems for water purpose from 6 days we are not getting cauvery water supply
We are facing many problems line man rammana as he was appointed from tat day we are facing many problems wt should we common people do as we face lot of problem for water please look into it sir hope u make us helpful need

In our street, because of the swd work few manholes have been recessed and few have been elevated compared to road level. The difference between the road and the manholes are so much that the vehicles or the people might easily fall in it. So kindly raise two manholes (Which are recessed) and lower one manhole (Which is higher than the road lvl). Few people have closed few manholes and also are trying to close manhole which is causing the drain water hitting back to houses during rain. Please request you to rectify it at the earliest.

This is from rajarajeswari nagar 4th stage, behind andhra bank and near double road icross i main.in this lane water is supplied 4days once. Eventhough this supply was never sufficient, but the supply was regular and managable. Now they started supplying for 3 hrs. Only that too without any force. Due to this residents are experiencing more problems and a number of times complaints are not attended to.in this rainy season water is available sufficiently but due to the fault of somebody all the residents have to suffer without water. Will the authorities open the eyes and get into function and advice the people concerned not to play with the water supply to the above place. We request the higher officials concerned to advice the staff and also to supply the water tomarrow as the water supplied today is sufficent for 2 days only with minimum usage.

We stay at the address no. 115, hanumanagar, new thippasandra post, bangalore 560075. From past one month we don't even get 5 litres of water supplied, the force of water is very less. We tried speaking with everyone in the local but nobody is helping out. It's only our house which is in end and helpless. Request you to kindly help us.

We are staying at castle street, next to empire hotel. A few days back a machine for laying fibre optic cable was working all night and from the next morning we stopped getting water. They have damaged the water line and the water is continuously wasted on the road. It has been almost a week since we got water. Please look into this matter urgently as water is unnecessarily wasted on the road.

The piped water supplied to my house at 544 first stage fourth block hbr layout is dirty, foul smelling, urine coloured and not potable. This has been often experienced, especially after rains. I have made oral complaints to the concerned engineers of bwssb, who visited my house and seen the water quality. On friday, i was informed by one of the bwssb staff that the problem was rectified and in his presence the piped water was checked and found ok and i released water to my sump. Today, again dirty, foul smelling urine coloured water was released and this got mixed with good water in the sump, rendering providing of contaminated water. Request for the follow up action:
Removal of contaminated water from my sump
Supply of drinking water through tanker and filling of clean water to my sump
Continue the above arrangement till the problem is diagnosed & rectified permanently.

Dear sir, the main pipe line of sewage is badly leaking on the main road of lbs nagar, bangalore 560017. Kindly fix it asap. This water is mixing with sump water of near by apartments.
This is causing health effects of the people residing nearby.
This line got repaired recently once again it got damaged very badly.
Please attend this as early as possible to save people's health

I stay in vidyaranyapura.in my neighborhood the tenants waste a huge amount of water every single day. They switch on the motor and do not switch off for a very long time. There are also few holes in the tank because of which there is double wastage of water. This is happening from several months. They do not have any responsibility at all. Inspite of telling them repeated times they still don't seem to save water at all. Please take an immediate action.

Carvery water supply was sanctioned for our layout in 2008 and we paid the required gwasp charges through syndicate bank for our house. Water supply started in 2010 n since then we have been charged for gwasp in our bills till date. For the past 8 years, we have been doing rounds of the bwssb office in our layout n submitting proof documents tens of times. Till date, for the past 8 years), there is no change and the officials simply ask us to pay only the main charges (Water+meter+sanitary) every month. Please help.

My bwssb water meter was stolen last night. I have been trying to register complaint. Please attend. Location of house area is 560030.
Please note complaint is not about website but procedure to replace stolen meter as soon as possible.

I wanted you to know the problem faced by us and the other people living there . That is the improper drainage system on the road side of nagawara . Many people are suffering from this problem who passes by the road due to rain the water gets stored by the road side and as the day passes since the water doesn't finds space to pass by .. it stands and, mosquitoes all arround which may lead to dangerous deases and a bad smell leaked out there . Since I have my shop beside the road .. I find it very difficult to manage and customers don't turn towards my shop because of the dirty water stored on the road .. for which me and many of the other are undergoing loss . So I request you to look towards this matter ..as soon as possible .. And I'm hoping that you would surely solve this problem o[censored]s .

Dear team,

We have not been getting kaveri water to our house in p. R. Layout, marathahalli. We've been requesting mr. Chandrashekar for past 4 days for water (Paid tanker) and he has not turned up. The regular water supply has very little water left just for few minutes which is barely enough. Please look into this matter and help with a resolution.

This is you to inform that we have wrong amount received from bangalore water supply board and actual meter reading 94900 but water bill have mentioned 949000 and received bill amount also too high 15905. And we have raise the complaint to accountable person but no response. Kindly look into this as priority. Bill due date also 24/07/2018. If we are getting fine amount never pay because since past week we have raise the complaint....

This is to inform you that, water is leaking near government boys hostel near trinity metro station, bangalore from past 1 month and nobody have repaired it till now. Water has stocked in nearby places and has become completely dirty. There are fruit stalls and food stalls near them also. Kindly repair it as soon as possible to avoid water wastage and to keep the place clean.

Sir, In Lakshmaiah Reddy Road(layout), Kammanahalli / Kacharakanahalli, Bangalore North East area (Kalyan nagar Water supply) we are not getting the regular supply of water. Earlier water would come by 3 or 4 pm. Since two - three weeks we are getting water in the evening and the pressure is also very less. We are getting just[protected] litres of water. Last week we were told that that there is some problem. Sir, we request you to do the needful to ensure regular supply of water

This morning, drainage chamber was cleaned at no.1797, c-block, sahakaranagar, bangalore-560 092 (Near krishna dairy). The cover is broken and silt is thrown all over the gate of the house causing lot of foul smell. Early replacement of cover with new one is requested. The drainage chamber cover is being opened quite often, i. E., almost every 10-15 days. As the drainage chamber is right in front of my house, we are finding it very difficult to sit at home because of the foul smell emitting from the broken drainage cover of the chamber (Septic tank cover). I shall be much obliged if you could kindly arrange to replace the broken cover with the new one at the earliest convenience and oblige.

For my neighbours no problem, but for my house water not coming.

Is this the premier governmental agency responsible for water supply to the residents of the city?

I resident of #173, 11th cross 3rd block 6th 'a' main, t. R nagar, benguluru-560028.

In the above mentioned address we are facing a major problem of sewage block the main pipe line connected to manhole is totally blocked due to this we are facing many issues.
Kindly requesting you to clear all the issues regarding the sewage blockge in our residence. As the it very important issue please do it immediately.

The road contractor making the rain water drain has broken the water connection to my building and no one from BWSSB is responding, and washing off their hand saying not their job, the contractor even though damaged the pipe is saying work not in his preview
I fail to understand who will ultimately do this
