Inadequate / in sufficient water supply. Further water is supplied at odd times. Last time water supplied was 12 days before. Proper officials are in accessible when try to contact.

In Mini Bal Bhavan, Jeevan Bima Nagar, we are running an Institution, a day care centre for MENTALLY CHALLENGED children, where we teach them Yoga, Music, Physiotheraupy, Dance, Art & Craft, Painting, Gardening, Basic Life Sills like Cooking, House Keeping, personal hygiene etc., besides a few sports activities.
You may be aware that the State Government has introduced "Water Drinking Time " in all schools for children to consume sufficient drinking water at frequent intervals so that they will not be affected by DEHYDRATION & other related problems. But we regret to inform that we are denied this facility because of irregular supply of water by BWSSB (Almost No Supply) and the children are the sufferers. We are forced to buy water frequently from Private Bore Well water suppliers, which may affect the health of these special children if they continue to consume this water. As our Institution is running on DONATIONS only from Philanthropists, any such extra expenses will badly affect our finances & smooth running of the Institution.
Therefore we request you to kindly arrange to restore regular supply of water, if necessary by replacing/relaying the existing pipeline running in our premises.

Sewage is leaking from road in front of Kawasaki showroom on 27th cross, jayanagar 7th block, bangalore -560082 since 4 days. no one is ready to fix the same

The new water meter installed by BWSSB is does not work. I used to get water bill of 300 to 400 every month, but the new meter is giving a bill of 4500 rupees. BWWSB does not want to revert these charges and they say their computer system does not allow it. Kindly help.

This is regarding SEWAGE water oozing to Our house from the Neighbor's house for the past seven days, we have been complaining about this to them to fix it asap, but they are not taking this matter seriously. We have old people staying at home who have health issues, and due to this pungent smell, they cannot eat food and nauseate the entire day.

I have attached a video and photo. This is the entrance of our house, and the grill is the compound between two buildings. You can see stagnant sewage water and faeces, due to which we are getting a strong odour.

There have many incidents of this in just one year.

I strongly recommend levying a hefty penalty on the owner of this house, and I am ready to follow the formalities.

Appreciate your attention in this regard.

For past 3 weeks the chairman of the area was trying to reconstruct the road in 14th cross, which is main road to connect from nagenhalli to ring road. Hence road was escavated. The people residing in this road are facing lot of problems. Cauvery water connection got disturbed. Road work and BWSSB work restoration still now not started.
BWSSB – to be hell with them. Government both state / country is collecting tax alone. But they never look after the welfare of the people.
It is Request to the tv channel to take necessary action after seeing this information.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are struggling water blockage from 4 years and complaining same to BWSSB authority they have told our house located down than road level so water is reversing towards our home .

We have increased the house passage level more than the road level and got new sewage and water line as per BWSSB guidance for the old building now also same problem repeating due do the line was constructed more than 35 years & Sewage chamber located very near to my building.

Simply i have wasted hardly earned lakhs of Rupees for the improper infrastructure maintenance from the concerned authority.

If you visit our street you can very easily see Sewage waste thrown out of every chamber after repeated complaints to BBMP & BWSSB no use..

I am requesting you to replace old sewage pipe and construct chamber at center location to all domestic users who are connected to the same line.

Couple of years back, we used the Borewell. After that, the Borewell got damaged by sand and we are not able to use.

Almost past 2 years we are not using the Borewell and paying the amount to BWSSB. Kindly remove the recurring amount 100 from the bill every month.

Water line man by name Ravi is not giving the water to the Elegant Orchid Apartment in Yelenahalli, Akshaya Nagar. He is controlling the value on his own without listening the bwssb official orders also. Please take some action on him.

The sanitary exit tank in the home premises is clogged and does not drain water easily. Request concern personnel to visit the location and address the issues. Thank you

CMC water is irregular and not supplied enough to the residents. Top of it, motor will get repaired often. You don't provide Kaveri water and also the CMC, how can you expect people to live in a metro city to live with out water?

Basically the lineman(Water man) take his own preference and organizes the water supply to people paying some amount i.e. 100/- per head as bribe.

This is regarding the drainage overflow in Bellandur, Kariyammana Agrahara area.2 months back, Bangalore faced severe floods and Bellandur area was most affected with drainage and sewage overflow issue. I am one of the owners of Sterling Ascentia in Tower 3 which is under construction. Entrance for this tower would be the back side of Bellandur ORR ( Kariyammana Agrahara road ) which needs to be improved a lot in terms of Nala running over there. During heavy rains, water from Nala is overflown to the roads and there is severe inundation issues. Due to the stagnant water, there are lots of other problems regarding commutation, mosquitoes etc. I would request you to take some swift action in raising a wall around the Nala like how its done for the same Nala in the opposite side. Only one side of the Nala is having proper walls around it and the other side looks severely damaged with lots of plastic waste. Also there is one more Nala near to "Goyal and co" Apartments which also has overflow problems because of the too much of wastes getting accumulated in Nala. I want this to be corrected before the next rains and I know there was already talks in the improvement of Bellandur area but I could not see any kind of improvement from the BBMP or Government side for this issue. I kindly request you to take some action in building higher walls around both the Nala's so that it can prevent overflowing of water. Hoping to see a change soon in that area so that people can be safe in the Kariyammana Agrahara road. I would also request you to contact me via email for any further queries. Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your notice that the Ground water has got mixed with the drinking water (the water seems to have contaminated too much) making many kids and family fall sick with severe Vomiting and Stomach upset. Though we have got into the practice of boiling the filter water and drinking it but we come in contact with the contaminated water while brushing and bathing. It would be great help if some authority could visit our apartment and solve the ongoing Water contamination issue.
