We had complained about the sanitary block on may 20th 2018 at kodichikanahalli bwssb office. Still now nobody has turned up to look into the problem. Sanitary water is coming towards the building premises. The smell of the sewage is unbearable. There is extensive breeding of mosquitoes over the sewage. We reside in thanisandra. The man who is assigned to supply water in this ward does not act as a responsible person at all. He supply's water as he wish. If he leaves water a day he won't leave water for the next 20days. Last time he did not leave water for 3 to four years. He told that it was the problem of the pipe. It had broken down. But it was not true. Then he came and told that he needs 5000rs from each house to fix the issue. We gave him money and now he's doing the same thing. So please solve our problem by changing the man who's responsible for this.

We have a play school and we don't use bwssb water as we have bore water. For not usage itself initial billing was 500/-, then they charged 1k, then it was revised to 1.5k now billing is 2.5k. On what criteria billing is done. Contacted local bwssb office but none responds properly. Whom should we approach to get the billing issue rectified. We may be using sanitary facility but there should be some criteria for billing.

We registered a request and got our water meter changed. It is more than 6 months, we have not received any bill. Every month the meter reading person come to take the reading. We follow up with him. Every time he says bill is generated and will be sent to us. We asked him a few times what is the issue. He says no issue. The bill will be sent. Now we need to escalate.

Hi, there was a complaint by the neighbours on their sewage getting blocked. So service guys had come to set it right. During the work, they have damaged our line and asking ransom to repair the damage which is not appropriate. Kindly take action and need immediate help for the same.

Sir, for the past 4 to 5 months the water meter reader belonging to coles park is very irregugar. Does not come on the said date i. E. 12 th of every month.in the month of april he didnot come and had come in the month of may.in this suituation the customer has to pay fine for not paying in time for no fault of ours. Many times he comes one week late - 17th or 18th of the month and takes the reading, and gives the bill dated as 12th of that month. How can he do this, and the customer is made to pay higher slab rate as the consumption would be higher.
This month also so far he has not come to take the reading

I would like to tell you that the water bill reading which is taken while given the bill is wrong. It's more than usual.

Current meter reading is 1913 but in bill they have mentioned 1931.
Tried to inform the person who gives bill that it's wrong reading but that person replied "no this is how it works"

Are we fools here to listen whatever they say??

Hello, i have observed that there is constant water overflow from underground pipes near dairy circle on bannerghatta main road. Exactly opposite to hyundai showroom. Thought this will be fixed in a day or two but seems like there is no action taken yet. A lot of water is wasted. It could also be sewage overflow, i'm not sure.

Please fix this mess since it creates a huge menace for the public

We have to pay for the consumption oof water know but our house owner using the corporation water without paying bill through illegal connection from the past 10 years. Your people also knew that but monthly they are taking bribe from the owner. Even many times I informed them when they came to check the reading of the meter. After all this she is taking 600-700 per house as water charge without providing bill. So please save poor people from them find out the adress of the lady

I have already submitted request letter to change my house water supply type to domestic from non domestic type twice and i am still getting bill as non domestic purpose and every month bill is coming around 11, 000-25, 000 rs for one 3bhk house. Very disappointed with the responsibility of bwssb in yelahanka old town. Request you to take immediate action on this

This is to inform you that we are facing problem of pollution of atmosphere at #1, priyadarshni commercial complex, tank bound road, ulsoor, bangalore. Since 2 to 3 days, our savage water drainage blocked and the savage water is not going easily to the drainage, the savage water is come out of the chamber and, the surrounding atmosphere is going to be polluted.

We the residents of krr lay out didn't get water since past one week. We approached ms uma as well as mr. Narayan samy, the concerned staff no of times but to no avail. There is no fixed schedule for release of water. They release according to their whims and fancies. And we are at their mercy. Please
Advice concerned staff to release water regularly.

Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that we are facing water problem since 8 to 9 months, already we get water only the alternative day ..and the day when the water is left, it's left only for 2 hours with very less pressure only 1/4 part of our sump is been filled which is not sufficient for 2 days and we have to take alternative to fulfill the requirement that is pay for the watertanker twice in a wèek.

We the residents of 2nd cross dr tcm royan road chaluvadipalya didnt receive water from past 1 week. We've complained several times to the guy (Subbaiya) who taps water to our division didn't listen to us and let us in trouble with no water.

We request to the concerned authorities to take appropriate action on this issue.

Hi madam/sir,

Our consumption does not exceed more than 10000liters in a month but the meter reading shows that our consumption is 49000litres. We are getting a very high billing for the usage for the last 6months. Please recalibrate the meter asap. (Earliest). Our current billing is 1159. But our ideal billing amount is 500 rupees.

We have even observed that the meter runs even when there is no flow of water....

On 3rd cross church rd, marappa garden, muni reddy palya (J. C. Nagar) where my house is located bearig door #56, there are 2 chambers one opposite below the staircase (Steps)& the other above the staircase (Steps) which divides this 3rd cross into 2 sections, the sanitary overflow occurs almost every time there is rain or blockage on the church road.
Right now, it is over flowing vide photo attached since early morning 7 repeated complaints to ae, supervisor, the sanitary lorry gang etc has not resolved stating that today 9th june '18 being 2nd saturday, they would attend only on monday 11th. But the sanitary filth overflowing is a huge health hazard to cause dengue etc. Hence pl arrange to fix it by sending the gang along with the sanitary suction lorry immediately without waiting for monday to come.
This sanitary blockage problem has been taken up with concerned ae & ee since last 2 years & the estimate for laying bigger pipes sanctioned by the ce vide letter coy attached addressed to bbmp. Myself has all along followed up with the 92 ward corporator mrs. Nethravathi krishne gowda also several times but understand the fund from bbmp could not be transferred even though the corporator has already given clearance for this fund allotment out of bbmp funds based on approval from the constituency mla mr. Roshan baig. But understand it was put on hold bcoz of election code. Hence i request the ce 7 the chairman water board for personal intervention to relieve the suffering residents like me to get us relief from this almost every day health hazard,

Even after repeated quries no action is taken. Nasty smell is emanating from the dirt collected. During these rainy days because of the filled culvert the whole road gets filled with storm water mixed with drainage water. Dirty water enters the houses also. Kindly solve the problem immediately.
