Please be intimated that we residents 13th main binny lay out bangalore 560040 are not getting on time cauvery water and its effecting to our daily life
Its our request you to look in to this issue to get the water on time once in a day regurally to leave peacefully

Hope our request will be considered @ your end and going forward will not have these type of problems

we resident from binny out would like to bring to your notice that will not get the carvery water regular basis (Alternative day) even we spoke with several engg [protected] and others and worst response received even they dont have a courtesy to attend the call prompt ..

    Dear Concern,
    This is to complaint that since 10 days there is a sanitary blockage beside our house because of the blockage in the sanitary line outside, the water is not flowing from our houses with the result sanitary Water in our house is not flowing and bad smell is spreading all over. Kindly attend to the same immediately. This is the third complaint from our street the first complaint reference number is 477424 dated 15th November 2017, complaint from Mr. Devadas Alva Ph [protected], 59 a, 5th cross, 7th Main, Muniyappa Layout, Garve Bhavi Pallya, Bangalore 560068
    As per your records that complaint is closed, the Bwssb comment box says AS per AE feedback the complaint has been closed But no one has come nor cleared the issue
    And again on 29th November 2017 physically given a complaint at BWSSB office kodichikkanahalli no action has taken
    And again on 30th November 2017 physically given a complaint at BWSSB office kodichikkanahalli no action has taken
    Who held responsible for this
    Once again we people from 5th cross, muniyappa layout, Garvebhavipallya, are requesting you to solve this issue

      Dear sir,
      We have raise d complaint at bwssb chicklalbagh forrr num c-103572/bm1-279
      Usage shown is 50000 ltr but we havent used this much as we have well already and pon giving complaint they have checked for leakage but there is no leakage at our end, they told they will check and get back to us but till now there is no solution given,
      Upon calling them they say we will come today.. Tomorrow,, only dates but nobody has come and solved the issue.
      Kindly rectify it immediately.

        It has become horrible that for the past one month, the person is not leaving water stating the reason that motor has got repaired. He is not taking any action for the motor. Following which the supplier has not supplied water for the one month. It has been a very hard situation. Please help us to get this issue resolved. Other adjacent areas are getting water. Only my locality, 17th main, kg halli, abbigere main road, jallahalli west, bangalore 15 no cmc water, motor repair. Kindly take necessary action. It is very hard to live.. Thanks m latha [protected]

            The data mentioned above is listed in the current bill. I have checked the meter reading this morning and it is 505847.3.

            The current month billing amount is a whopping 923 rs. Please check this account and backdate payment as per meter reading. We have already overpaid.

            Also, we need to understand why this discrepancy occurred and has been the case for months! Need a response asap.
            RR No. E-308455 paid Rs. 175/- for the month of Sept-17 through online on 27.10.2017 from the SB A/c No [protected] www.zaakpay.com but the bill for the month of Oct-2017 is due for Rs. 394/- please check it SInce I have to pay the bill for the month of Oct-2017 Kindly check it and msg [protected] or meena.[protected]@gmail.com kindly do the needful

              The old bwssb bill is comming in mahadevama name she sold this property to me but from lost month bwssb bill is coming in sharavana name. This sharavana is doing litigation in my property he is telling this property is mine and i have registered this property like that so i have filed original sute in court in september os 6322 2017 so this property in city civil court bangaluru and os number is 6322 2017 then how did you change the bwssb bill from mahadevama name to sharavana name. Even this property is under city civil court. And old bill address is no545 jai maruthi nagara but in sharavana document no 545 is not there and mahadevama bwssb bill address and sharavana document address is totally different and totally not matching address so pls am requesting you to pls stop the sharavana bwssb bill. And send bwssb bill is in previous owner name of mahadevama 545 jai maruthi nagara nandhini layout bangaluru 96 thank you sir.

                Dear sir, i had given the details of my house with the photo of the completed house with the file at bwssb ofice in iti, they had lost my filer and i had to once again do the same process and the total time now is being 1 year, the are still applying bills as partial domestic and do know why they are not converting to domestic, even after following up with them they do not show any action.

                The house inspection by the ae had been completed, but still i do not see any action taken by them

                  The water meter reader was putting the reading as commercial for 3 months although construction was done and we staying here and he too seeing everytime that there are no shops in this building. We paid 3times more due to his negligence and he told he will change it to residential and took all the required documents last month and promised he will do it within 2 days but till today he did not and for this month he did not even give us the...

                  My house already is having rain water harvesting facility, and i have submitted the rain water harvesting details at the time of new connection, the bwssb unnecessarily started billing for this.

                  Please dont ask us come and submit the details once again. Please dont take long time to come and verify at our places. Again this verification may take few months.

                  Kindly deduct the extra bill as soon as possible.

                  We dont want to loose the amount on monthly basis on unnecessary bills.

                  I hope it will resolve soon!

When checked with the local team they keep saying that there is some fault in the line and it needs repair and will be done soon but nothing is happening kindly help is solving this problem and save our homes.                         This in reference to additional arrears of 500₹ that has been charged to my meter rr number
                        W-533127/ih. I am a law abiding citizen and have paid all my dues till date. I am surprised to see additional charges of ₹500 charged to me without any explanation what’s so over.
                        My property is duly registered and i have been paying all my property taxes up to date.
                        Can the concerned authorities please look into the matter and stop charging law abiding citizens arbitrarily.
                        There is no proper water supply in vijaynagar pipeline. We get only once in a week, there is too much of problem without water. It's become difficult to survive not even bit of water to wash and clean.

                          It has been obeserved that the meter reading shows suspected & billing in execess as we are using very limited cauvery water as we are using bore water which is available in plenty due to incecent rains.

                            No water in B-112 Rajajinagar Industrial estate pertaining to National Institute of Design for the past 4 months but still receiving bill from BWSSB as if consumption is 1000 lit every month. we have taken up the matter many a times but stilll no action has been taken .kindly look into this problem.Either BWSSB should arrange water immediately or stop billing until water sypply is restored.

                              Every week blocked sewerage in service road in between sona tower and bhagini hotel.

                              So many times compliant but people are coming with tankers and load from manual. Another 1 hrs it will get full septic tank over flow on the road.

                              This is very tragedy of living the people in their apartments and house holders.

                                  Hi, i need new water connection for my house. But here in my locality that are directly asking for bribe. I stay in kengeri ward number 159.. The concern person ae is channapaji ([protected]) being a officer he told he does not know what needs to be done and referring us to contractor. He shared ramanji's number ([protected]) who is asking for bribe and telling us we need to pay but there will not be any bills for few payments.

                                  I have a call recording for the proof. Ae channapaji threatening us telling we have to pay penalty etc etc for corporation water which is supposed to be free for public and forcing us to process application through contractor's.

                                  I just want to know it's there no way we can get new connection without any bribe.

                                    There is drainage block in 1st cross, telecom layout, jakkur, bangalore 560064 since from 20 days by which it is resulting into bad smell and causing serious health problem.
                                    Last week normal machine cleaning done but with in 2 days it got blocked again. I think there is hydrallic machine is required for the cleaning of the chamber/manhole.
                                    Its getting blocked again and again, its become huge problem since last year.
                                    Kindly the office may look into the matter and solve the problem..
                                    So kindly help us sir.
