This in reference to additional arrears of 500₹ that has been charged to my meter rr number
W-533127/ih. I am a law abiding citizen and have paid all my dues till date. I am surprised to see additional charges of ₹500 charged to me without any explanation what’s so over.
My property is duly registered and i have been paying all my property taxes up to date.
Can the concerned authorities please look into the matter...

It has been obeserved that the meter reading shows suspected & billing in execess as we are using very limited cauvery water as we are using bore water which is available in plenty due to incecent rains.

Please request you to refund the amount after taking into account the actual meter reading.

No water in B-112 Rajajinagar Industrial estate pertaining to National Institute of Design for the past 4 months but still receiving bill from BWSSB as if consumption is 1000 lit every month. we have taken up the matter many a times but stilll no action has been taken .kindly look into this problem.Either BWSSB should arrange water immediately or stop billing until water sypply is restored....

Every week blocked sewerage in service road in between sona tower and bhagini hotel.

So many times compliant but people are coming with tankers and load from manual. Another 1 hrs it will get full septic tank over flow on the road.

This is very tragedy of living the people in their apartments and house holders.

Hi, i need new water connection for my house. But here in my locality that are directly asking for bribe. I stay in kengeri ward number 159.. The concern person ae is channapaji ([protected]) being a officer he told he does not know what needs to be done and referring us to contractor. There is drainage block in 1st cross, telecom layout, jakkur, bangalore 560064 since from 20 days by which it is resulting into bad smell and causing serious health problem.
Last week normal machine cleaning done but with in 2 days it got blocked again. I think there is hydrallic machine is required for the cleaning of the chamber/manhole.

We get water once in a month that to exactly before the day we get the water bill. And rest of the month we don't get water to ward number no 41 gruhalaxmi layout, peenya subdivision. Earlier we would get water once a week. Now it's gone to once in month. We request the concerned authorities to look in to problem and rectify the same, as we depend on this water. The water supply schedule to kasturinagar is not followed diligently. On several occasions the complaint was lodged to sahaya site and it used to be honored by prompt resolution of complaint. Now the concerned officer is not bothered to resolve the problems faced by consumer. I am living in the second street of marriyanna palya, defence layout. We are facing lot of issue because of continuous rain & water is getting...

Every time it rains our home toilet get blocked we personally spend our money to solve our problem but its temporary as it is the block in the main chamber we complaints to the concern persons no use. Due to rain chamber is blocked every time we get repaired & we complaint to the local bodies but no response, we find it difficult every time we use toilet. Please help us because of this our family members are sick. Kindly do help us asap....

I am put up in kormangla 8th block, 2nd cross, c main, very close to corporation bank. There has been a complete shortage of water from last 4 days here that is from oct 9th till today. Sewage main pipe is blocked and sewage water is overflowing in 4th main 4th stage beml layout raja rajeshwai nagar (Opp rr nagar police station) and the sewage water is coming to the main road and spilling on every body who is travelling in the road. We have complained to bwssb multiple times but they are not taking any action to clean up the main sewage pipe.
