Hello sir. We are the Residents of Pillanna Garden, 3rd stage, 3rd cross, 8th main road, Bangalore - 45.
One month back the BWSSB persons has installed the new drainage pipes in our cross sir, but they did not finished the work properly, they installed the pipes and the mud has left near houses only . So in this condition we cannot able to go to our home properly, and all the houses are facing very difficult, we have given the complaint in BWSSB office also but they have not came till now to solve this problem. And it is rainy season sir, it is very difficult sir, if it is any emergency it will get more problem sir...

I am staying in ashoknagar bsk 1st stage, from 2 days corporation water is not coming because they are repairing. So they have send the water tanker. But they refused to give water in sump and asked bribe to do so. The tanker person name is prakash and the tanker vehicle number is ka-05-d-8077. And he also said that "if you want to complaint you can do it". So i took the picture of the tanker and i also told him that i will post it online. So after that he gave me an excuse that pipe was small. I hope some strict action will be taken against him.

last 25 days in our area drainage has been blocked and sewage water is flowing on road I have complaint to hsr bwssb but no action has taken right now they say they will come before end of the day but they wont due to flowage of water childerns got disease also like fever, dengue also we are not able live in our area due to heavy smell please taken immeadiate action as soon as possible.

We opted new connection last year, since then the water is coming very low which can't fill a bucket as well. I have complaint multiple times but no action has been taken.

This is to bring to your notice that BWSSB worker have come and cleaned the manhole in front of my house, and the debris/waste fro the manhole is lying right next to it. BWSSB have not cleared the waste inspite of repeated calls to their office. on visiting their office, they claim that is is BBMPs duty to clear it as per the procedure. On visiting the BBMP office they say, I will have to pay for a vehicle to come and clear it, as they only deal with garbage clearance and road cleaning and this does not come under that.
Clearing the main hole debris should not be my responsibility just because my house is located next to it.
It is very difficult to live with the smell coming from the debris, and with the recent rains, the waste is flowing in front of the house.
Request you to kindly direct the concerned officials from BBMP and BWSSB to clear this waste.

Some days back some workers from bwssb & l&t came & fitted new meter, mean while their site engineer had some health problem & they went away by saying will attend tomorrow & till now nobody is back & water leakage is there @ new connection... & also floor damaged. & When we called BWSSB & L&T no response from them, already too much water is wasted I hope at least now u ask them to stop the leakage...

This is regarding the Water bill being generated without Meter Reading.
Till December 15, the bill was getting generated as per water consumption.
But January 2016 onward, the bill is coming huge, even we are staying only
2 people and we are not using the kavery water. Then how come the bill amount
coming like Rs. 4647/-, 1800/-, 1711/- respectively; we had stopped the Kavery water since
March...

There is a damaged sanitary cover on the main road near janapriya abode, kenchenahalli, raja rajeshwarinagar, bangalore 560098. It's a dangerous zone now as there is a man hole and rainy has started. Please replace it with a new sanitary cover immediately.

Dear madam/sir,

I am attaching a video for your kind consideration, and would like to bring to your notice, a very pathetic unhygienic situation the residents of this cross are facing since last year after a heavy rain every time causing public nuisance.

Request u to kindly attend for a permanent solution for this, as it is the third time this year after the rain has started, it causes major health issues to all the neighbors, this tenant lady throws toilets chamber water and sewage water which over flows in their compound to the cross/road telling that the road is the government property. The dirt and water flows front of the other house and gets accumulated in front of each house, leading to a situation which neighbors fight as it is really difficult to step out of the house and the residents here are struggling to clean it and it can cause major health issues to the children and elders.

Here nobody from the bbmp or bwssb comes and cleans anything.

Request u to kindly attend for a permanent solution as the rainy season has just started.

Dear sir few days back neighbour has drilled a borwel in there house parking area and I don't think they took a permission with a BWSSB when drilling a bore well the water and the wastage which will come out the time of drilling a bore well its not been cleaned properly we went and told to the concern person of the property he didn't took the right step to clean up. everyone who walks on the street are facing a problem by getting skipped and it's been more difficult for senior citizens to walk I request yu to please do some thing about this problem.

I am a resident of an apartment in chikkallasandra, bangalore south.
Every month we get a fixed charge of rs2400 as borewell charges. Our bore well has no water since 2-3 years. As a resident of the apartment i feel this charging is not correct. Is there any procedure to remove this charge from the monthly bill. I would like know the procedure so that in a month the charge is removed.

I have been calling up to your helpline number since last 2weeks and no one is responding the call, and here i have been facing a lot of problem from last 2 weeks because of over-flow of sewage water in my house there of dirty water is leaking through the chamber.

We are causing a lot of problems from the locals here and might result in health issues.. There is lot of shrinking smell arising from it.
If I don't get a call from Bwssb to solve my issue then I will have to take call to the consumer court

I would like to bring to your notice that an acute water supply issue has been in place in the area mentioned in the subject. Last 2 weeks have been no supply of water in the area and we are forced to pay and get ater tanker for daily usage. I have raised the complaint for 2-3 times but the response from the ae is that there is no water to supply and hence they cant give it. However i figured other areas in the city are getting water. I request you to look into the matter and help me to get some action from the relevant authorities.

I paid water bill through bwssb online payment of rs 606 by credit card at night. Payment of 612.94 got deducted from card (Transaction#74766516139619316229116) but bwssb payement receipt not generated and bwssb collection details is not updated.

We are getting very less water supply, we had been complaining so many times and also have given a written complaint past year itself. Since the gatewall is placed before our house and the road has a slope, we don't get sufficient water to even drink. We dont even get water for 10 mins continuously also. We request you to shift the gatewall to the middle of the road at least, that is, near door number 33. Awaiting for your earliest response.

Oct 2015, bbmp started laying the pipleline in maruthi nagar (Kogillu, yelhanka, bangalore). For this purpose entire tar road was digged and pipeline was laid down. After that road condition became pathetic with lots of hump and pot holes. When it rains it become slippery and become quite dangerous. I have to ride bike for commuting to my office and i have no choice left but to ride. Already i have a slip disc and doctor has advised me not to ride bike. But looks like i have no choice. So, our humble request to please lay good tar road so that life of ppl leaving in this area can be saved.

When i complained about it to bbmp using "i change my city" app they responded that bwssb has not completed the pipleline laying work. Unless bwssb gives "wrok completion" certificate to bbmp, they cannot lay the road. Now almost 1 years has passed away, living such a pathetic area. My question is "
1) why bwssb" started the work when they had to stop the work and wait for something.?
2) why the work is not getting completed by bwssb? For last 6 month there has been no work progress.

Please consider this on urgent basis, for safegaurding the health of public leaving in maruthinagar, 1st main road, kogillu, yelhanka, bangalore - 56006

We the residents of 8th block koramangala, have filed a complaint with bwssb that the water mafia is drawing excess ground water form this area and have caused the water table to go down. We had submitted a complaint in this regard on the 10th of april 2015 and till date no action has been taken against this water mafia.
We the residents of vsr layout 8th block koramangala association wish to knwo how many years it would take for the bwssb to act on the above issue.

We use on an average of 15 to 17 kl of water every month. We have not received water bill from January month till April. Now in may month we got the bill stating arrears of Rs. 868 and other charges. It has been mentioned that 37000 l has been used in one month and that led to increase in the water bill. I hope you will take necessary action and help out in this case.

Every month I used to receive 500 rs as borewall charge but this month bwssb has charged 2500 .when I Contacted the concerned officer he says that depending upon the HP of the motor they r charging. If its 5 HP they charge 2500 .its against the rule I would like to how much is borewall charges fr commercial purpose.From when they implemented it.it's too heavy charge....
