Respected sir my name is Nithin rao resident of Rajajinagar #23, 11th main road, 72nd cross, 5th block Rajajinagar, Bangalore-560010, my Bwssb customer I.d no:8746, customer type-domestic, RR no: w-283257/R21-21. I am receiving abnormal increse in bill amount from past 3-4 months I.e up to rs 3300, before I used to get 600-700 rs when contacted BWSSB manager he is telling to wait till the next month or else change the water meter I have contacted meter reading person but none of the officials in BWSSB is not responding to the problem so please consider this as a request and look into the problem.

Hello Sir, Madam, I am a resident of Bangalore, HRBR layout and i was carrying out a small renovation work at my house and there was no new construction, The water in-charge changed my DOMESTIC METER TO NON DOMESTIC stating it is due to construction, when i had actually not constructed anything. When i went to the Kalyan nagar BWSSB office and discussed about this issue, the official is demanding a Bribe of RS.4500 to change the meter...

Location: No 14 Spencer Cross Road, Frazer Town, Bangalore 560005 Issue: Water is leaking and collecting in front of the Building Apartment. Since the road slopes down hill, and there is no proper drainage system, it is collecting since the last 3-4 weeks. It has now gotten worse. See Attached pictures. Health Issues: This is a potential breeding ground for mosquitoes. Requesting your kind cooperation in resolving this issue.

Sir, There is a repeated manhole leakage in front of panhcamuki apartment in veeranapalaya ward 23 Several request has been lodged, just to specify 10 complaints in the span of 1 month .After multiple follow ups engineer attempts to this problem and inform that problem is fixed by some means of short term solution .The need expressed by residents to do a deep dive analysis to provide a permanent fix has only resulted in vain. Request your intervention to help fix this problem

we are residents of Aishwarya Regency, 11th B Cross, Jp Nagar, 1st phase, Bangalore -78 from past three days our sevage has been blocked and have complained the same to BWSSB 11th B cross office, but till date they have not turned up. Every time they demand Rs. 1000/- for repair and we have been paying Rs. 700- 800 against each complaint. Now they are not willing to attend the problem because last time we paid Rs. 500/ to the BWSSB workers. We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful

It is seen that the manhole cover is missing 10days near house no. 158, 4th cross, Royal Shelter Layout, Devarachikkana Halli, Next to Vijaya Bank Colony. As childrens are playing and lot of vehicular movemts are there, posing dangerous human life. Please provide the RCC MH cover immediately.

I'm a consumer of BWSSB with ConsumerId: 25618 R.R No - SE376552/K16-393. None comes to read the meter at my home but posts the bill in my door postbox every month mentioning "Gate Locked" in reading. This is happening from last sep 2014 even before I came to this rented home. I never locked my gate for past 6 months. I tried to contact the area supervisor Ramesh but he never picked up the call.Please take immediate action. since I'm paying 2000rs each month without proper reading where I consume very less.

On the 8th of May, 2015 around 12 PM BWSSB workers came for a water leakage in the opposite house for a complaint given by whom i do not know. [Location - Soudhamini Layout, Konanakunte, Bengaluru - 560062] Later we noticed that our Cauvery Pipe connection was removed by the BWSSB personnel while repairing the leakage. Have no idea how a pipeline almost 3feet below can be leaking on the surface near my opposite house. Anyway while setting right the leakage on my neighbours house, they damaged my pipeline and the best part was instead of repairing the same, they were demanding Rs.6000 for the same. Talked to the AEE Mr. Nagendra who has washed off his hands telling it is not his responsibility. Clearly shows the inattitude, laxity and the demand of money looks like a corruption nexus / modus operandi. Had raised a complaint on BWSSB site No. 5591 which was closed on its own without resolving the issue and written that a mail has been sent to me that the issue has been resolved, in reality it has not been resolved and it is a Lie that a mail was sent. Raised another complaint no. 5788 and waiting for the reply. Have told them that i will not pay any corrupt people and if required will repair the same myself through a plumber like i had my Sanitary pipeline repaired when BWSSB damaged the same while doing their work. Clearly shows the manner in which BWSSB works. Not customer friendly and are lax and have an arrogant attitude. Being a kannadiga feel sad for the same. regards gurudatta gowda.

Sub division SW4 of consumer no 14189 of domestic and RR no SE260067/T13-374 in the name of K.R.Shivakumar has faulty metre fit in the house. the metrr never stops and keep running when there is water supply from bsswb.the consmption has doubled due to this.please look in to this at the earliest.

NO BOREWELL IN THE BUILDING AND THE OLD WELL IS CLOSED AND NOT IN USE SINCE A DECADE WITH DIRTY AND FILTHY WATER IN IT. INSPITE OF THAT THE APRIL 2015 BILL INCLUDES SURCHARGE FOR BOREWELL WHICH IS UNJUSTIFIED. REQUESTED TO REFUND THE SURCHARGE AND ENSURE NO SUCH UNJUSTIFIED SURCHARGES WILL BE LEVIED IN FUTURE BILLS by BANGALORE WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD VIDE RR NO N-207308 b

This is regarding my complaint for the blocked drainage chamber near my house.I request bwssb to look into this issue as soon as possible as the water from my near by house and apartment is flowing on the road itself.I filled a compalint on bwssb site but they didn't respond to my request nor tried contacting me regarding the issue.

Dear Sir, We are seeing Kaveri water leakage near below address Near BSNL office, Next to Basket ball stadium. Chennammana Kere Acchukattu, Srikanteshwara Park, Banashankari 3rd Stage Bangalore - 560085 Water has been leaking from past 7 days. We have tried complaining on same several times, but no one responded. Please help to resolve it as soon as possible. Also there is open drainage hole next to the water leakage. Which is exposed due last week's heavy rain. We have covered it temporarily, but needs to be taken care as soon as possible. Since it is next to the ground and lot of kids are playing next to it. RR #: E[protected]...There's been no water supply for over week now as on 05/05/15. I have repeated called the supervisor here at Ulsoor BWSSB office. He promised to get a valveman within a day considering May 1st was a holiday. So I waited. I called him today, his wife picks up the call and says she'd put me through to her husband.but disconnects the call. I have 2 one year old babies and 4 families living in the building with not a drop of water at home. Reason: Valveman changed the water meter on 30th - that was the last day we've had water at home. Diagonally opposite to Sagar Appollo hospital on Bannerughatta Road manholes are overflowing. Similarly, opposite to Garuda Mall on Hosur Road manholes are overflowing. This may cause skidding of two-wheelers particularly, and may tend to cause accidents. Ensure immediate correction.

BWSSB conducted the exam on 26th april for the post of AE electrical.. now they have announced the key answers in the website of BWSSB... but few of key answers are wrong in that... and we did not get any information for filing objection for key answer... would u please suggest what to do at this situation...

I am not getting the water bill for more than 2 months. I checked online its showing the bill more than 2500 Rs. But meter reading column shows "Gate closed". I am not closing my gate but for the past two months I am not getting the bill. I have contacted the customer care and they provided me the mobile number of the person who is taking the meter reading (Venkad, [protected]). I called to the person but no action taken. Location: 18, Palmgrove Road, Victoria Layout, Austin Town Bangalore 560047 We could not use Kaveri water for the last one month since the pump had failed and we had to provide a new pump which took that long.We were using bore well water as a substitute. The valve on the inlet line of Kaveri supply was kept closed. Despite this we got a big bill which we paid to avoid disconnection.
