I have submitted the water meter application in Ramamurthy nagar and i have collected the meter from Kundalahalli office. meter was connected almost one year back till now i have not received the bill. I have approached the Ramamurthynagar and Kundalahalli office for geeting the bill, but in these both office the meter number was not registered. They have told me come after one week. Like this i approached the Kundalahalli office 4 time but the result is zero. meter reading is increasing day by day and will be difficult for me to make the payment in shot for the single time payment. Even after approaching 4 times i am not able to get the bill. Here by requesting to organise for the bill with proper monthly slab breakage while calculating the amount .

    Dear sir, we got water bill of rs 30, 000 for not using it for nearly 6 months one person from BWSSB came and told me we need to change the meter but then also this month i got water bill of 30, 000 i have only one tenant and only 2 people living there for more than 6 months but i do'nt know how i am getting high bill value others are getting a mere100 rs for a month my rr number is RR number E-333396 no 11 vinayaka layout rama murthy nagar bangalor - 16 please any one to help me

There is no match or consistency in consumption pattern every month even though in my building number of persons and consumption water never changed. That to the variation is between 25000 kl to 45000kl which is unimaginable. This fact was brought to your notice every time since from third month. Every time I was given the reply that problem may be with the Underground Sump. This was checked several times and sump is perfectly O.K. There is not an iota of leakage. You may be very well aware that the water supply is erratic every time. Often water force was unimaginably high and less rarely. Whenever the force of water was high the meter records the reading more than the double of normal reading. This was brought to your notice several occasions. But no action has been taken. Due to non-functioning of meter unnecessarily I have been billed heavily. Hence I request you to kindly check the meter and take early action to replace the meter and also revise the bills.         Sir, Few day's ago in front of our house bwssb carried out the work of laying down new drainage pipe & due to the negligience of the contractor our drinking water supply pipe got damaged & the concerned contractor did not do the repair work properly & even now the leakage has not stopped.           Sir,

          Regarding BWSSB connection issue, I tried calling the BWSSB complaint number(so called 24 hr) i.e[protected].

          1.This number is OOO always. Most of the time they pick up and out right keep the receiver on table.
          2.On Continuous calling for one week, someone took (Feb 14 i.e 14/02/2015 tiem 2to 2:15pm) and the moment I told complaint, he disconnected the call.Again I called and asked him, why you are doing like this, He simply disconnected the call by scolding me local language like "dharidhra".

          Sir, please take action as this is complaint number advertised by BWSSB everywhere and they behave like this.

            Residents of Ishaq Layout, Puttenahalli, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064 have not receive the domestic water supply(Kaveri water) from Asstt.Executive Engineer, N-2, BWSSB, Yelahanka, Bengaluru-560064 since 11/ 12/2014, whereas monthly water bills are paid regularly. We have made several verbal complaints to the above authority along with application, but neither any action nor application has been accepted. Instead advised to submit complaint ONLINE. Today the 12th Feb 2015, the women residents of Ishaq layout visited the above office with further complaint, but no fruitful results/reply given by the authority. The authority asked to approach higher authority for redrassal.

            Therefore, the concerned Higher authority may kindly look into the matter personally and kindly settle the above gravious matter at the earliest.

              Connection not given for application submitted on 26/08/2013 BWSSB Complaint Ref:DM526 I had applied for the BWSSB water connection on 26/08/2013, Ref: DM526 (file No.). The initial deposit of Rs.8000/- was deposited at Syndicate bank, K.R.Puram on 26/08/2013. The basic DD Rs.3355/- and other required documents was handed over to D M Engineering, through whom the connection application was forwarded. They also have taken a service charge of Rs.2000/-. They were to come back with the prorate amount based on the site measurement. I had been following it up for quite sometime with the DM Engineering. After repeated follow ups in person, they said that the file is missing and not able to trace it. I have to refile the application in duplicate. The same was initiated on 30/08/2014. After which they came for the measurement and gave us the prorate charges to be paid. I paid the prorate charges through canara Bank DD for Rs.15413/- on 29/09/2014. My follow up again started with the D M Engineers, They still started telling the old story the basic DD is traceable, the initial deposit is not traceable. I had got the confirmation from Syndicate Bank Authority for the credit of the initial deposit to the BWSSB account on 26/08/2013. And from the BOB manager on credit of the Basis DD for Rs.3355/- on 09/11/2013. I have given the application, all the related documents, the DD, challan copies, proof of payment attested by the Bank authorities, I am not sure, when will i get the BWSSB water connnection. Request your help in speeding up the matter. Thanks Sheeja/Vinod For you information: The initial deposit of Rs.8000/- paid through challan at Syndicate bank, K.R.puram on 26/08/2013. The basis DD of Rs.3355/- ( DD No. 200809 dated 26/08/2013) drawn on BOB, K.R.Puram encashed on 09/11/2013 Prorate charges Rs.15413/- ( DD.NO. 250458 dated 29/09/2014) drawn on Canara Bank.                 Hi, I am a resident of #152, Royal shelters devarachikkanahalli, bangalore. In 2004 mar, we have paid rs. 10000 as the deposit. However, they have charged 10000 as arears and made the bill to be around 12500. When we personally went to the bwssb office at BTM layout, with the photocopy of the Bill fo10000 paid, they rejected it asking us to submit the original bill. My question is how can anybody give them original bill? Do they not have any accountability to keep their books in order. On top of that they demand us to give original bills. They have spoiled our weekend. Please look into the matter and get it corrected. Regds, Vinitha gare

                  Dear Sir, Madam, We are residents of Ramamurthynagar. We have Cauvery water connection. Our RR No is E-511247/1-145 Consumer number - 50099. From 3 years we have geting water bill for Rs.150 to Rs.300 at the most. However for the month of February, our water bill is for Rs.4866. Meter reading is done correctly. (Usually usage is 10000 ltrs, but for this month meter has run 114000 ltrs) We contacted Ramamurthynagar office, they inspected the meter and they suspect meter might have run due to air pressure. However they say there is no way to do any correction on this bill, we have to pay the full bill of Rs.4866. Please let us know how could this problem be corrected... It is really difficult to pay this huge bill... Thanks.

                        Dear sir, In Vidyaranyapura, HMT Layout II cross, behind Durga temple, every day sewage water is being let out by adjacent locality named Narsipura. The Sewage water flows in the rain water channel (Mori) in front of all our houses causing bad smell, mosquitoes and diseases. Not only sewage water, but also Cauvery water flows due to damaged pipes. The flow is quite heavy many a time. We have complained to the BWSSB engineer, he came and saw and told it cannot be rectified. This is happening for the last 5-6 years. Previously UGD was not there in Narsipura. Now with UGD being there the sewage connections have not been taken by many people and because of it we are suffering. Please ensure the people who do not have sanitary connections are penalised and they take connections and STOP this menace.
                        cauvery water supply only twice a week, and water that flows is so slow that our quarter of tank fills which is not enough for a family to use ...3rd block, 11th cross vidyaranyapura

                          i am a resident of sanjaynagar bangalore keb layout 4th main 3rd cross during the addition of a valve to the kaveri / corporation water pipe our connection was cut off by the bwssb people . when we politely asked them to fix it even offered money for it. they just covered the hole and went away i request bwssb to take action ASAP.

                            Dear Sir, From past two months, i see that bill shows "NonDomestic" . Went to VijayaBank Layout Service station, got the number of Meter Reader, when enquired He says that " alteration of the house has been done few months back and hence he changed Domestic to NonDomestic " . I can confirm that I never did any alteration or any construction of the house, only thing that done 8 months back was cleaning of sump and painting of house before handing over to new tenants . When explained this to Meter Reader, he says - what has happened is happened, to get it changed to Domestic need to go to Jambusavari Dinne service office pay chellan of Rs 250/- and submit the application . May I request you to correct this error . [ sometimes error happens, the difference is how quickly can this be corrected ] Have attached the bill Thanks Harish [protected]

                              Dear sir, Am KUMARASWAMY B.M Residing at BAGALAGUNTE, NAGASANDRA POST, BANGALORE-560073 BEHIND GANGA MEDICALS kindly requesting you sir, Since from 6 to 7months onwards my word MAIN MAN HOLE LINE was having a problem and all man hole water has been coming back to my home and my home sanitary pipes are filled with bad sevage water and causes health problem. many time i have given a complaint to bwssb office at MEI layout . they r not bothering there problems they r keep on telling one and other stories and always informing... u r line was not correct like that. Evry 20 days once man hole going block and we r trying to call Mr mahesh driver and paying him around 1000 rupees and he will come and clean the main man hole. this activity running since from 6 onths. if i gave a complaint to your office none of the officers doesent care about my complaint. I only take the initiative and personally call to u r office driver and keep on paying him to clean up, the main man hole.i really fed upd this type of activity and irresponsible officers at office. they r not finding the fault. none of the engineers or officer not visited the spot and solved the problem yet sir. Yesterday i lodged a complaint and manhole has been opend . till now nobody turned out to the site and i[censored] gone-and asked to u r officers they r telling vehicle not there like that sir..                                     Dear concerned individuals @ BWSSB. People are not getting one litre of drinking water for their living and we are wasting gallons of water in every supply. After being complained for number of times BWSSB is giving a blind eye to the problem. This has been the case for months, enough phone calls and complaints made at the office. But action has been taken so far. Request to all the honest people in the organisation who really care for the nation to take necessary action at the earliest. We have tried ample number of times by hiring private labours to rectify the problem but assuming the crack is in the main supply pipe. Hoping for a quick fix else we have to be subservient and learn to dealing with frustration.                                       Excess Billing

                                      For the past 6 Months we are been getting billed for 50-60, 000 litres of water, whereas our consumption doesnt cross even 20, 000 litres. The reason being we have a Bore-well which is also registered and we draw water from the Bore-well everyday and once in a week or once in 15 days we use Cauvery water which has been stored in our Sump. We went to register our complaint more than 3 times, but all the times we were sent back with a reason...
