Dear concerned individuals @ BWSSB. People are not getting one litre of drinking water for their living and we are wasting gallons of water in every supply. After being complained for number of times BWSSB is giving a blind eye to the problem. This has been the case for months, enough phone calls and complaints made at the office. But action has been taken so far. Request to all the honest people in the organisation who really care for the nation to take necessary action at the earliest. We have tried ample number of times by hiring private labours to rectify the problem but assuming the crack is in the main supply pipe. Hoping for a quick fix else we have to be subservient and learn to dealing with frustration.     Excess Billing

    For the past 6 Months we are been getting billed for 50-60, 000 litres of water, whereas our consumption doesnt cross even 20, 000 litres. The reason being we have a Bore-well which is also registered and we draw water from the Bore-well everyday and once in a week or once in 15 days we use Cauvery water which has been stored in our Sump. We went to register our complaint more than 3 times, but all the times we were sent back with a reason...

    There is a Ralakaluve at Vinayaka Nagara, M S Palya.Vidyaranyapura Post This Rajakaluve is meant for sewage and rain water. But local BWSSB officials have left sanitary water in multiple locations. As this Rajakaluve is not cleaned from many years, the drainage water is not flowing, stagnant and dirty water the area is infested with mosquitoes, This causing health issues and stinking all over the area. We are having difficulties in breathing. If it continuous, due to this hygiene issue we will be prone to respiratory and other diseases Please treat this has an emergency and consider this seriously.

      Dear sir, I'm nishath, a resident of malleswaram, 8th main road, md block, 3rd cross.A couple of months ago bwssb undertook a massive sewage pipeline laying exercise, a newly laid road was dug up for laying the pipeline, in the process they managed to break the water pipeline and ever since they have not bothered to fix it.we get cauvery water every alternate day to the locality and on those days the road is filled with water.it resembles a stream, its ironic that bwssb which preaches "saving water" has a lackadaisical approach to fixing damages created by them.complaints to the local engineers at bwssb have gone unanswered.so much water is getting wasted..kindly ensure that this gets fixed as soon as possible

        Respected Sir, We get water supply to our house only once week and this problem is faced by neighbours as well. We have given letters to BWSSB koramangala office, contacted even the Assistant Executive Engineer 10 times to have a look at this problem, but there were no action taken. We don't know who more to contact. Please help. We are buying from this private tankers for Rs 400 for 1000 liters who are looting us.

          3rd coss 3rd main corner of Nandanavana park, Mico Layout, BTM II Stage has been dugd 6feet in length and 3 feet in width. This was done to change the valves 10 days ago. Now the spot is kept open exposing public to accidents and the water has strted leaking and 2 feet of water has stagnated. Dengue complaints are frequent here and we the people here are facing danger. Kindly inform the concern to attend and do the needful by compleating the repairing on top priority please. Vishwanath.S, Ajay, surekha siddharth and other neighbors .

            Dear sir, Its been more than 3 months, since we got Cauvery water in our building. We were told that there is some issue with the main pipe in the road and it will take time to repair. We are managing by buying water tankers for some time now. Today the meter reading guy has dropped the bill with “suspected meter”. How can it be suspected meter when we have not received water because it is BWSSB issue. Could you please look into it and send us the correct bill going forward.

              WE HAVE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS:- 1.SINCE WATER BEING COLLECTED BY NO OF PEOPLE, WE ARE NOT GETTING WATER IN OUR HOUSE AND SUMP DOES NOT GET FILLED. 2.THE WATER IS BEING MISUSED -FOR WASHING CAR/SCOOTER/AUTOS, CLEANING UTENSILS/CLOTHS ETC.SOMETIMES, PEOPLE TAKE BATH. 3.SINCE MOST OF THE DAYS, WATER COMES ONLY IN THE NIGHT, PEOPLE COLLECT WATER TILL LATE IN THE NIGHT, THE SOUND OF COLLECTING WATER DISTUBS US, 4, QUITE OFTEN, THE THE TAP GETS DAMAGED AND WATER GOES TO THE DRAIN. I Suggest, the present location of the Tap be shifted to the compound of BBMP Ward nearby, sothat they can moniter use of water and prevent misuse of the same and also help consumers nearbyto get supply properly

                4th cross Hennur cross. Sanitory pipelines have been layed and connections are also provided in this road. But the Line is not connected to the main connection at main road. These lines are Full now and water is gushing into all the houses, mixing with drinking water. Till now no damage caused to people, but this can eventually damage the entire road and spread serious diseases.People say Tarr road is granted, sewage projects had to completed by this time. Looks like this road doesnt belong to Bangalor

                  I was forced to change my existing domestic water meter to a new one and ever since the change I have received exorbitant water charges. My water consumption remains the same as before, but with the new meter the readings have tripled! The new meter continuously runs, even when there is no water supply. In Wilson Garden we are given water every alternate days & on days when there is no water supply the meter still functions (rotates). Even when there is a supply on alternate days it is only for a few hours (about 3 to 5 hours) that water incomes & that too during very odd hours (past midnight), & water collets only in my underground sump tank! My RR # SE223910/H7 - 156. With my old meter in place I used to get a bill amount of Rs.400/- to Rs.600/-, but now with the new meter I get an amount of Rs.2500/- to Rs.2600/-? Every month the meter reading man asks me to change some equipment or other which we do, to no avail! Please have my meter rechecked & kindly take necessary steps to rectify the faulty meter.                     Respected sir/Madam, I am Pradeep G resident of #251, 5th cross, 3rd main, CK Achukattu, BSK 3rd stage Bangalore-560085. We have water supply problem in our road, since BWSSB supplying water every alternate days We don't get water supply due to less water pressure. Hardly on alternate day basis not even 200ltr of water fills into the Ground sump. Kindly adress this issue ASAP. Thanks in advance.

                      Hi, Sir/Madam This is regarding the disconnection of public drinking water tap, which otherwise was supplying water to 50 odd middle class families residing around the vicinity, has been disconnected and we are finding it difficultly for drinking water location: Hanumaiah reddy road, sadashiv Mudaliar road(opp to Gandarva bakery and sweets), halasuru Bangalore -560008

                        Respected sir/Madam, I am Basavaraja M Teli resident of B-637, 7th main, 2nd stage, 3rd phase, Domlur, Bangalore-71. We have always water supply problem in 7th main even BWSSB supplying water every alternate day. We don't get water supply due to less water pressure and not flowing in 7th main. For above said problem, BWSSB used to have their tankers and supply the water for Domlur 7th main. Today Sunday 7th Dec as usual, BWSSB tanker came in and supplied water to every one's house except my house. When I asked driver to supply water and he said rudely, no I will not supply water to your house. I am very upset with driver's rude behaviour. Finally he took back filled tanker and din't supply water to my house. I am not upset with water supply but upset with BWSSB tanker driver.rude behaviour. I request concerned authority and enquire about this issue and take action against tanker driver.rude behaviour. Thank you

                          Sir, I had lodged a complaint on Dec 3rd vide complaint # S 3789832 when the cover was broken little till this minute no one has bothered to attend now the entire cover is broken this cross has the highest number of traffic, children to elderly using this regularly.                               NON ACCEPTANE OF CHEQUES FOR WATER BILL PAYMENTS

                              I approaced BWSSB bill payment centre at PES College, Hanumanthnagar, Bangalore area for payment of my water bill. To my surprise, when ever I approach the centre for bill payment, the concerned person at the centre refuses to accept the cheques for payment of the water bill.                               we got water bill of rs 13, 000 for not using it for nearly 6 months one person from BWSSB came and told me we need to change the meter but then also this month i got water bill of 17, 000 i have only one tenant and only 2 people living there for more than 6 months but i do'nt know how i am getting high bill value others are getting a mere100 rs for a month my rr number is RR number E-333396 no 11 vinayaka layout rama murthy nagar bangalor - 16 please any one to help me

                                Hi, I'm resident of Church Road Murugeshpalya. I want to complaint about water supply which is provided by BWSSD. Below are my concerns 1) From past 1 or more years we residence people are receiving water for 3 or 4 days once. 2) Additional to that timings will be night 2AM or 3AM this is happening regularly and we should be awake late night to see whether we get water or not. 3) There is no proper scheduled time or date for water supply. We spoke to the person who will open the valve for water. But he was expecting bribe from us that too in high standards to open water valve in morning times. I'm shamed to be a citizen of INDIA because here we don't get our basic needs which every citizen should receive. Please consider this has importance issue and do the need full.                                   sir/madam, We the localites from behikhalli, anugraha layout (near Presidency school) Ward-23.There is a blockage in the sanatry line due to this the sweage water is entering our houses and also causing many health issues. We have been facing this issue from past 2years, when we informed there is no response.                                     Sub Dn name : N1 Bill No[protected] consumer no 29835 Until the meter reading date 1/11/2014 it has been billed as domestic since NID is an educational Institution But suddenly on 1/12/2014 it has been billed as non domestic and the bill is Rs 600023/ instead of the usual 17, 000/- Hence it is requested to rectify the bill and give us the revised bill for payment
