I live in 138, Central Excise Layout, 8th Main, !st Cross, Vijayanagar, Bangalore. My neighbour's tank (House no.139) has been overflowing at nights for more than a year. They have an open pipe leading from their bathrooms due to which water stagnates in their service area near our common compound wall. Due to this my terrace wall has cracked and there is seepage in my garage and the basement storage area. This is a potential danger to my house which has load-bearing walls. Inspite of repeatedly asking them to attend to this problem and recommending agencies that can handle this problem, no action has been taken by them as yet. Please arrange to get the two buildings surveyed by your officials and instruct my neighbour to attend to this problem to prevent further damage to the buildings and save thousands of litres of precious potable water from going waste. THERE IS A COW SHED IN OUR LANE.. THESE PEOPLE HAVE OWN HOUSE AND RESIDING FRM 25 TO 30 YRS IN SAME PLACE.. ALL THE RESIDENTS ARE SICK AND TIRED OF TELLING THEM TO MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS IN THE LANE BUT THEY DONT LISTEN, , THERE 40 FAMILY WHICH INCLUDES 20 CHILDREN
ALL THE RESIDENTS R SUFFERING FRM MALARIA DENGUE COZ OF COWDUNG EVERY WHERE IN THE LANE.. AND STAGNANT WATER AFTER WAGING THE COWS AND MORE OVER THEY DONT FEED THE ANIMAL PROPERLY.. THEY TIE COWS IN THE LANE AND ALL FOOD GIVEN TO THEM IS STORED IN LANE BCOZ OF WHICH THERE ARE TOO MANY RATS IN THE LANE... RESIDENTS CANNOT PARK THEIR VEHICALS COZ ANIMALS WILL BE TIED IN FRONT OFF ALL THE HOUSE... WE HAVE COMPLANING FROM MANY YRS BT NO OFFICER COULD HELP US.. WE R STRUGGLING A LOT PLZ HELP US.. 2 CHILDREN HAVE DIED COZ OF DENGUE TOO MANY MOSQIUTOES COZ OF COWSHIT EVERY WER IN LANE...

This id to inform is we have a filed a complaint on 27/10/2013, still none of the BWSSB officials have not come to sort out the issue, The issue is regarding Blockage of sanitary in Iyaanashetty layout Mysore road Bangalore 560026, complaint has been written by me in complaint book but officials have striked on that & they have written as problem has been sort out but no one has come to clear the issue, pls do the needful in this regard Regards Ravi

Sir/Madam, I am Suresh Babu resident of 1441, EWS 3rd phase, Sanitary core, B sector, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore – 64. There is a Sewage Blockage problem in my locality for the past several months. Every time the sewage line gets blocked the sewage waste comes out of the sewage chamber in front of my house. BWSSB staff cleares the block temporarily after 15-20 days of lodgement of complaint. Now I request your intervention into the problem to get a permanent solution. I kindly request you to inspect the area and find who is at fault and what can be done for a healthy and hygiene environment. This problem is creating major hygienic problem in the area and mosquitoes are breeding around the area due to sewage wastes flowing on the road. There is no proper Cauvery Water Supply in and near No 14/7 Near Magdi Road, Opp Raghavendra Swamy Temple, Near Prassanna Theathre, Bangalore 560023, We are facing this problem since two years now with repeated complaints no action has been taken, further we get water only for 5-10 and that also once in 6 or 7 days..!!!!, Though the whole street gets water supply, there are some un scruples people who put internal motor and pull the whole water to their respective building, I hope the BWSSB would take this issue at the earliest and resolve the same, Thanking You, Rakesh Tel : [protected]

With reference to the above subject, I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I the resident of Royal Residency Layout, south Bangalore, having enormous problem due to, the open drainage right in front of our house main door is stinking and is becoming best place for mosquitoes breeding, as the sewerage line is connected to open drain. This is posing health hazard to our house inmates. In this regard, I had raised the complaint over a month back, with above reference number and also made several calls (3rd call made on 25-May-13 @ 3:18PM, 4th call made on 04-Jun-13 @ 3:08PM) to your customer care with vain. I had also called up Mr. Dharshan JE, BWSSB on his mobile [protected], who is responsible for our area and he was rude in saying, he will only attend if the case is passed on to him. The customer care people say it was already referred to him and also been escalated to Mr.Nagaraj, AEE and Mr. Gururaj, EE. Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved till today. Kindly note, even after all these efforts, I have no hopes of getting this problem solved and hence I am forced to write to you. It is becoming extremely difficult to keep our main door opened or even stand in our own compound during evening hours, due to this foul smell and mosquitoes. May, I request your kind self to kindly advise the concerned to take necessary action to clear the problem immediately and help to live our healthy life. Note: The same complaint was sent (through registered post to the commissioner, BWSSB) but seems they are thik skinned and don't bother to address public problems. Dear Sir, For the past 2 weeks water supply to our House # 28, 3rd Cross, Church Road, Puttappa Colony, ( Opp to Annapoorana Apartment ) New Thippasandra, Bangalore 75 has been very poor. The line man does not open the gate valve fully due to which the flow is low with no pressure. Also the water supply does not last not more than 45 Minutes. Adjacent lanes receive ample water. Our requirment of water is for domestic needs and we are deprived of it and forced to purchase from private tankers. Please look into this complaint and kindly take necessary corrective action. Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that water problem from the BWSSB is huge at Bilekahalli Layout, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore-76 from past 6 months nobody is taking proper responsibility to fix the problem in a permanent manner.

The local water man will complain against their superiors to open the valve. Even for the regular assigned supply is also not taking place here & only they are supplying as per their interest. All time they only giving reasons that the breakage is took place in the enrouted water supply pipes.

Till now they are arguing with the public that they have not applied & took the regular water connection by paying the BWSSB Charges now most of all here are applied & got the connections. After this action is also till now may be a finger counting times only the water supplied with the Cuavery line.

I request to the concerned authorities kindly look in to the matter very seriously & please provide us an the regular water supply in regular intervals. Because we can't afford the tanker charges all time to get the water & no time to get the water in a public taps by standing long time to get a single bucket of water.

From fast one weeks in my road water is not coming in other roads water is coming in our road water men is giving some unnecessary reason for not leaving please take immediate action to leave water. We dont have water even for basic needs please inform your authorities to leave water

STRATA IS NOW GETTING PUMPED INTO THE BASINS OF THE HOUSES. THE FLOW IS EMITTING
FOWL SMELL TO THE RESIDENTS RESIDING IN THE VICINITY. THE CLOGGAGE MAY PLEASE BE CLEARED ON PRIORITY AS THIS MAY LEAD TO HEALTH HAZARDS TO THE RESIDENTS AND ESPECIALLY THE CHILDREN AND THE AGED

This is to is inform you that there is no water supply only to my lane, in this regard we left a compliant with water office they tell that we give water supply today but the word is blank still today.
We have paid all the required bills and stuff, and eagerly waiting for water!! All the other lanes in my layout get ample water and lot of it is wasted as they have not fitted meter or any check measures!!
We are forced to buy water from private sources and the rate is gone really high upto Rs.500 per tanker!!!

There is no water supply or if we call to this officers

Hello Sir, we are from 11th Cross, CBI Road, Ganga nagar. We are facing a sever water shortage and didn't receive a drop of water for regular use in last 6 days. ANd we didn't have any prior notification / information related to it.

I am not sure how much priority has been provided to the issue. We don't have borewells as we rely on SSW water supply all along. Request you to consider this complaint with highest priority and resolve in less than 24 hrs.

As water is the main essence of our daily living. Please resolve this before the matter goes out of hand and people take any unwarranted actions.

We are residing in 2518, 4th cross, BDA layout, HAL III Stage, Bangalore 560017 ( ward no: 113 Konena agrahara ) for the past 7 years.
For the last two years, a few houses in 4th cross are not getting water supply from BWSSB.
Filed complaints at Jeevan bhima nagar Office for several time in the last two years. We also have taken up the issue with the Assistant Executive Engineer, Indira nagar in writing and also in person.
Group of residents also visited above officers several times. Every time we have been given false promises. In the course of time, we have met several officers and AEE, JE, Inspectors and the valve man. Nothing seems to be moving. The new Officers are taking charge and they are getting transferred.
Our problem remains the same.

The frustrated residents are at loss and are now wondering whom to approach.
Every month we get a bill showing NO DRAW and we are all paying the minimum amount for the last two years.

Can any one listen to this and address our issue.

From past five weeks the residents of canara bank layout 7th Main, 8th Cross, Vidyaranyapura Post are not supplied BWSSB water. The other Main and Cross roads in the area are getting sufficient water supply. This lane 7th Main, 8th Cross is not getting even a single drop of water from BWSSB and are relying on private water tankers for drinking water. We the residents have complained to BWSSB many times but was in vain. We also registered online complaint, complaint no:W4699 which was raised on 07/04/2013 but still today no action has been taken on this issue. I request BWSSB higher officials to visit the complained area and solve the issue as soon as possible. We also informed the area JE on this issue but he is not ready to take any majors to solve this issue.

The residents of 7th B Cross, 2 ‘A’ Main, Muthyalanagara, coming under N-1 Subdivision of Ward no. 17, (J.P.Park) , are facing severe water problems. This is not because of scarcity of water, it is due to technical problems. Houses situated in the mains and low lying areas are getting water. We the residents in cross roads like 7th ‘B’ Cross, 7th ‘A’ Cross etc are affected. We are paying the minimum water charges every month without getting the water. Several complaints have been made We also submitted memorandum to The Chief Engineer & Superintendent Engineer of BWSSB, Executive Engineer & Assistant Executive Engineer of BWSSB, Malleswaram during the meeting conducted at Corporation office, near Chamundeswari bus stand on[protected].

The water will flow to Ist Main, 2nd main, 2nd A Main downwards and not reaching to 7th B Cross. Why only we have to suffer when residents in main line are enjoying. So we request you to take suitable action to get water to 7th B cross of 2nd A Main by equal distribution of Water similar to 1st Main, 2nd main.

We had a BWSSB water domestic connecction since about six monthes.Usually our waterb consumption is about 30,000 liters per month.
In September 2012, our consumption was 33.000 liters,in October it was about 24,000 liters and in November it was 36,000 liters.
The BWSSB water bill in December 2012 (consumption of 11th November to 11 December 2012 ) There was a penalty Amont of Rs.214.- for
less consumtion of 12,000 liters pm from October to December 2012.
My Question is "Is the BWSSB having a right to punish the Customer for less Consumption of Water," where In Bangalore there is a scarcity of water
for a common man.
