Sir/madam,

This is to is inform you that there is no water supply only to my lane, in this regard we left a compliant with water office they tell that we give water supply today but the word is blank still today.
We have paid all the required bills and stuff, and eagerly waiting for water!! All the other lanes in my layout get ample water and lot of it is wasted as they have not fitted meter or any check measures!!
We are forced to buy water from private sources and the rate is gone really high upto Rs.500 per tanker!!!

There is no water supply or if we call to this officers

Please do the needful as soon as possible. This is a complaint from all the residents from my lane(12th main, 8th cross, vinayaka layout, T.C.Palaya, bangalore-49). We are going through pathetic conditions.Its hard for us to lead daily life normally.

Hello Sir, we are from 11th Cross, CBI Road, Ganga nagar. We are facing a sever water shortage and didn't receive a drop of water for regular use in last 6 days. ANd we didn't have any prior notification / information related to it.

I am not sure how much priority has been provided to the issue. We don't have borewells as we rely on SSW water supply all along. Request you to consider this complaint with highest priority and resolve in less than 24 hrs.

As water is the main essence of our daily living. Please resolve this before the matter goes out of hand and people take any unwarranted actions.

We are residing in 2518, 4th cross, BDA layout, HAL III Stage, Bangalore 560017 ( ward no: 113 Konena agrahara ) for the past 7 years.
For the last two years, a few houses in 4th cross are not getting water supply from BWSSB.
Filed complaints at Jeevan bhima nagar Office for several time in the last two years. We also have taken up the issue with the Assistant Executive Engineer, Indira nagar in writing and also in person.
Group of residents also visited above officers several times. Every time we have been given false promises. In the course of time, we have met several officers and AEE, JE, Inspectors and the valve man. Nothing seems to be moving. The new Officers are taking charge and they are getting transferred.
Our problem remains the same.

The frustrated residents are at loss and are now wondering whom to approach.
Every month we get a bill showing NO DRAW and we are all paying the minimum amount for the last two years.

Can any one listen to this and address our issue.

From past five weeks the residents of canara bank layout 7th Main, 8th Cross, Vidyaranyapura Post are not supplied BWSSB water. The other Main and Cross roads in the area are getting sufficient water supply. This lane 7th Main, 8th Cross is not getting even a single drop of water from BWSSB and are relying on private water tankers for drinking water. We the residents have complained to BWSSB many times but was in vain. We also registered online complaint, complaint no:W4699 which was raised on 07/04/2013 but still today no action has been taken on this issue. I request BWSSB higher officials to visit the complained area and solve the issue as soon as possible. We also informed the area JE on this issue but he is not ready to take any majors to solve this issue.

The residents of 7th B Cross, 2 ‘A’ Main, Muthyalanagara, coming under N-1 Subdivision of Ward no. 17, (J.P.Park) , are facing severe water problems. This is not because of scarcity of water, it is due to technical problems. Houses situated in the mains and low lying areas are getting water. We the residents in cross roads like 7th ‘B’ Cross, 7th ‘A’ Cross etc are affected. We are paying the minimum water charges every month without getting the water. Several complaints have been made We also submitted memorandum to The Chief Engineer & Superintendent Engineer of BWSSB, Executive Engineer & Assistant Executive Engineer of BWSSB, Malleswaram during the meeting conducted at Corporation office, near Chamundeswari bus stand on[protected].

The water will flow to Ist Main, 2nd main, 2nd A Main downwards and not reaching to 7th B Cross. Why only we have to suffer when residents in main line are enjoying. So we request you to take suitable action to get water to 7th B cross of 2nd A Main by equal distribution of Water similar to 1st Main, 2nd main.

We had a BWSSB water domestic connecction since about six monthes.Usually our waterb consumption is about 30,000 liters per month.
In September 2012, our consumption was 33.000 liters,in October it was about 24,000 liters and in November it was 36,000 liters.
The BWSSB water bill in December 2012 (consumption of 11th November to 11 December 2012 ) There was a penalty Amont of Rs.214.- for
less consumtion of 12,000 liters pm from October to December 2012.
My Question is "Is the BWSSB having a right to punish the Customer for less Consumption of Water," where In Bangalore there is a scarcity of water
for a common man.

Few houses has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The house has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day also traffic jams because of water tankers. This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level...

hi, i am dr.srirama narayana rao, residing at no.881, 1st A main, kengeri satellite town, bangalore.
the sewege draining main pipes run in 6th d cross and 1st A main, are the main drainage lines which were laid during the development of the locality that is, in 1970's.
now the load on drainage is too much and the main road ,and main area which has grown on the other side also drain to the same line. the pipes laid are earthern at that time of 1970 and they are not bothered to change the direction of flow which has to drain straight and to low direction. these line takes so many bends and sufficient no manholes also. adjacent 1st main road has become main arterial RING ROAD and all commercial waste is thrown into this line which gets blocked every day and sewege overflows onto the road giving foul smell, not able to walk on the street and terrific mosquito breeding causing all the health hazards.
it is since good no. of years we have requested the concerned authorities but all in vain.so many big trees has randomly grown and their roots have wrecked the pipes also.
there are good no.of illegal running of hotels and bars who dump all non degradable and solid waste into the same drains further blocking the drainage.
i request whether your forum can help us in,
1. change the pipes line to more wider and straighter.
2.divert the main flow to more efficient pipelines,
3. bring the commercial establishments who are violating the rules, to legal books,
4. in association with other govt departments like forest try to trim the roots affecting the flow,
5.bring health dept to notice the hazardous out flow of sewege , main reason for already spread dengue, malaria and other communicable diseases we are saying so many deaths reported.

Dear Sir,

After lot of followups also we are not getting solutions for water supply problem in 9th MAin Bandappa Garden Mathikere. Only assurance has been given and in last 30 days only 2 times water supply was normal.
Previously it was coming normally alternate days but suddenly from July end is 3-4 houses the supply was reduced to an extent of 500ltrs maximum. We have been relying on tankers to survive and that too after pleading and as per wish of BWSSB.Nowadays the water is coming in 8 days.BWSSB has not got ppl to open the valve on 9th main only, all the other streets are getting.
We have understood the problem is not becoz of water problem as else in all street water is coming normal, ONLY 9th MAIN is affected and we are the most affected one.
Private tanker business has grown 200% here in my area, i am not sure ppl are suffering from any Prejudice or Business Plan.
.

We are undergoing metal trauma as now we have to plan our lives according to BWSSB water supply.
Kindly take a needful action instantly.

At least previosly BWSSB was sending BUT NOW THEY HAVE MADE A BUSINESS OUT OF IT. WE ARE GETTING ONLY PAID TANKER FROM BWSSB NOW.
EVERY SUNDAY OUR LIFE IS MISERABLE.

COULD PLEASE ANYONE TELL WHY WE ARE SUFFERING AND WHEN IT WILL BE SOLVED.

I am a resident of 18/2, 9th Main, Bandappa Garden, Muthayal Nagar, Behind JP Park.,MATHIKERE.
As you are aware,there is continuous problem of water in 3-4 houses in the street since 1 month. Except us all the other houses are getting sufficient amount of water.
Our situation is very difficult as when water is coming then also the flow will very slow that only 200 Ltrs will be filled in 4 hrs. Other houses are getting flow like regular and only we are suffering. Everyday we have to call you or Mr Dalaynath for tanker. That also is waiting process and sometimes we have to arrange private tankers(Rs200) to fulfil our minimum daily consumption.

I appreciate you have visit our street but Sir that day infront of you the flow was very good and was same as it was coming in previous months.
But from Next day the flow become slow as usual. Sir if the problem was for all in whole street , i could understand, but here the problem is only for few houses.
I would like to look into the matter and kindly confirm us when this problem can be solved and what is the exact issue?

Till then i will request you kindly instruct the tanker driver to atleast provide the water regularly(alternate days) at House No. 18/2,18/1 and 27/1 whenever the tanker is called at
9th Main,Bandappa Garden.

I know its irritating to get regular calls for tanker,but you have to understand our situation as we are now having mental stress because of this water problem and every alternate day this problem persist.

Please cooperate as you will be getting regular calls for tankers from us every alternate day, as we are really suffering.

On behalf of all residents of 'K' No.5th Street, Seppings road cross, bharathinagar, bangalore-01, Since from six months we r getting blocked drainage problem in our street, because the drainage pipes are broken, blocked and filled with sand, we have been complaining for the ward office & for every two days we have get the water tank to clean the overflowing of the blockage, last year half of our street drainage pipes have been replaced and remaining half should be replace, So i kindly request the authority to look into this matter and solve this problem once for all.

This "6th A main" is the most worst maintained lane in koramangala 1st block.
The garbage are dumped on the road where we are supposed to walk by residential people around.

The garbage collector van from BWSSB doesnt come on-time to collect the garbage bags.
This is very unhygienic that even my friends and relatives hesitate to come to my home.

The garbage collector van should come at least at 8am morning daily to collect the bags.
But the sad part is somedays they dont even come.
The garbage bags or opened by stray dogs and food, foecels, drink bottles spreaded everywhere.
And till the garbage van comes it will remain in the roads for 3days and food particles stale in it and create fowl smell around,

We feel unhealthy to live in this place.
But it is branded as koramangala and rents are huge.

If the BWSSB department doesnt take immediate measures to make the garbage collectors to collect every morning 8am, this issue will be taken to higher authority and public media.

Dear Sir,

We, the residents of Laa Heritage apartment, 333/3 Roopena Agrahara, Madiwala Post are facing issues due to no garbage collection for last three weeks. The staf[censored]sed to take 1000 rs per month for collecting garbage but now they are saying due to shortage of personnel the authorities have asked them not to collect garbage from the apartment buildings.
Please help.

Dear Sir, This is Mohan prakash residing in Nagarabhavi , # 1224, 9th block, 2nd stage , Bangalore - 560 072 , I would like bring notice about the drainage system done in our road by a private contractor was not at all right way, hence due to this past from 3 years whenever there is a rain , huge flow drainage water is coming inside our houses and getting mixed to the drinking water.This is also effecting to walk and there is a bad smell which is affecting to our health , and more over small kids and eldery people are getting effected very badly.

We have given complain to the BWSSB office and also to the area corporator but nothing has been done, hence we need your help to get this problem through your route.

I hope this matter can solve urgently and it will be great relief ,everyone prays for the rain but we pray for the rain not to come.

we would like to complaint against the employe of municipal corporation water supply ,His name is mr srinivasa he is the wall man to provide cmc water ,but the person demands Rs500 from each resident to release the water ,if residents refusess to pay him he will say i will not provide water to u & will start shouting & using slam words to the residents ,we are facing water problem &have to get the water from some private water service .its a humble request to take neccasary action against mr srinivasa (aka seena ) please do need full

I'm a resident of Domlur of the above said postal address. I would like to bring to your notice that, in front our house there is an open gutter which has resulted in water logging from past 1 month and this has been brought to the notice of the BWSSB office, Domlur. Due to this water logging, there is accumalation of other waste materials and mosquito. Also there is bad smell arising from the gutter, which has resulted in falling sick of our family members often.

I request the concerned authority to take up immediate action and do the needful.

Our Ward No 88 new No 26 Our area is called Ex-serviceman Colony Abbaiah Reddy layout Banaswadi.Near Mariyam Nilayam convent school, facing lot of water problem,weekly on Sunday 2 to 3 Hours water is coming with low pressure, We are unable fill the1/4 sump for remaining days water requirement.We have to force to buy water from outside, which they are charging Rs 800 to Rs 1000 and we have to wait for 1 or 2 days.Our neighbours area lke Kalyan Nagar ,Maruthi Seva Nagar, Kasturi Nagar, Jai Bharat Nagar are getting water every alternative days with high pressure for 4 to 6 Hours Why we have deprived water in this connection we have reported several times but no action has been taken.
I deeply regret this type of pathetic response.

Water being a basic necessity has to be provided, if not fully
at least the bare minimum.

Hope the problem will be resolved immediately.

There is Road Digging Due to BWSSB Work near Bhuvaneshwarinagar Park & Blocked the Road Ahead Connecting to MK Ahmed Mart. There are Many Vehicles Plying on this Road but Due to this Road Work & Blocked, Residents have to take Deviations again, Again the Road near Hebbal - Kempapura has been Dug Up & Made into a Muddy Road Badly Damaged.
Another Major Complaint Regarding Potholes Not Filled Properly on Hebbal - Kempapura Road the Road after Sterling Apartments, There are Big Potholes but This has not yet been Filled Properly and Tarred here from Couple of Years. Last time the Potholes were Filled, Incomplete Careless Work was Done & Few Big Potholes Left not Filled & Tarred.

THIRD COMPLAINT IS REGARDING BADLY DAMAGED POTHOLE FILLED ROADS FROM ESTEEM MALL TILL THE CHURCH WHICH HAS BEEN COMPLETELY NEGLECTED & BADLY DAMAGED ROADS NOT REPAIRED NEITHER TARRED PROPERLY, NOR POTHOLES FILLED PROPERLY. A COMPLETE NEGLECT.

No 2647, 26th Main, 36th A cross, 9th T block, Jayanagar, Bangalore -69. For the last 60 days, the cauvery water supply stopped and no other arrangement done by your dept. We need to get PVT water tanker on alternatedays which costs Rs. 750, this is happening from 2 months. we have take up the matter with the local authorities and there is no response. The mail sent to the chairman of the BWSSB also does not get any response.

when i contacted a Line man no use asked me to contact private plumber , then i contacted private plumber, i was informed that this pipe line has to be rectified by bwssb authorities only.

I would request my complaint to be taken up and action taken at the earliest.
