BWSSB - WATER SUPPLY — INSUFFICIENT SUPPLY

I am a resident of Stephens Road Cross, Frazer Town, Bangalore-560 005.

The water supply has gone from bad to worst. Though the water is supposed to be supplied on alternate days, the pressure is so low that we are hardly able to fill water. I also do not have sump tank to store water, and the supply starts at around 12 pm onwards, making me to be awake to fill few buckets of water.

Request the authorities concerned to supply with enough pressure, so that we can store water for two days.

BWSSB — Water pipe line Damaged

I have been seeing the water flowing on road since 3 days due to water pipe line damage in 10 Th Cross near BTS Road Wilson Garden Opposite to Maruthi courier service please take necessary action to save water

24 hours is yet to pass and there is no response...

No use to complaint even hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Sewage blocked

We are residing at 1918, 8th A Cross, HAL Stage 3, Bangalore - 560075. The sewage line is blocked for last 2 days and the flow is very slow. Kindly provide sewage clearing service from BWSSB

My name is T K Bharath, residing at 14, 3rd Main, Bank Colony, K R Gardens. Murugeshpalya, Bangalore 560017. I would like to bring to your kind attention with lot of pain the issue of not getting drinking water over the last 6 months. I have approached your offices innumerable number of times with out any success.

I am forced to escalate this issue to your office with a hope some action will be done immediately. Failure on the part of corporation will mean deficiency of services and I will be forced to knock at our judiciary for getting a legal recourse and relief.

1. There is a constant pile up of Garbage right in front of the clinic, the garbage collection people
leave the garbage bins in front of the clinic, and they overflow with garbage.

2. There is a leak in some sewage pipe as there is a puddle of foul smelling liquid right at the
entrance of my clinic.

Please may I request you to help solve this problem urgently.

i am staying in RR nagar, W-3 Division, Basaveshwara layout. After taking connection in the month o f December 2012 we got only 5 bucket of water that too after calling the waterman in our locality. Once the pumping was done in low pressure. Later no response received from EE office. I made several complaints via internet and also visited Executive engineers at RR Nagar. No fruitful response received. Those who have not got connection and meter fitted are getting water in low pressure. It seems that, those who obtained connection in proper way and fitted the water meters are fools and others are enjoying. Request you to do the needful for water supply in a regular intervals with adequate pressure.

I am Mr. Balaji. R staying in 48, 2nd Main 10th cross, Jabbar Block, Vyalikaval (Opposite to Vyalikaval police station). My complaint is : Water is not coming to our house from past 15 days. Water man is in hand to hand adjustment with a commercial fellow. I made complaints to BWSSB, but BWSSB has not taken action to release water. My neighbours who has taken illegal connection are getting water and water is overflowing like any thing. I have become fool for paying for no-water supply. please look into the matter to supply water to me. (Water connection is in 2nd Main Road, Opposite to Vyalikaval Police station).

I am residing in house no.224, 1st. main road, R.M.V. 2nd. stage.The sewage drain outside my house is Blocked . I have made several complaints at your BEL road BWSSB office to get the same cleared .No action has been taken. Please instruct to take immediate action.

I am staying in 30/1, 2nd cross, somasandarapalya, HSR 2 sector, Back side road, of chinmaya vidya mandir school, near vasudev layout, paid 39, 872/- towards water connection, with etc, from past four months cauvery water is being released in our area, but it wont come to our 4 houses, because our house comes in between, little high, the first and last house get water, even though they have not paid a single pie un authorised connection, you please send any person to check, one full layout is getting water without paying amount & geting legal meter, because they are looking after the linemen well and giving to drink. Also i want to inform that official linemen also are involved with water lifters and some house are getting regular payment for doing so. I have done so many complain call, phone to several office bearer to come and see the matter, they came simply for name sake. Sir I am surely telling you that a big water racket is going on in somasandarapalya.when ever asked why no water is coming in this region ? linemen simply say we have to put two gate valve. Just because of not putting gate valve it is so simple to allow Govt water to unauthorised region without proper fine and payment. Is is correct please enquire. I request your kind self to do the needful, in early anticipation.

No Water from past 1 week

There is no proper supply of water from past 1 week since 19 feb 2015, requesting the appropriate authorities to take necessary steps.

In Benson ( Baiderhalli - Bangalore- 560046 (" A" Street, "B " Street, "C" Street, "D" Street), Near ISI institute, The supply of drinking water is extremely erratic and irregular. In spite of given many complaints in BWSSB & Taken up the issue till higher management we are not finding solution for the same.

We have many times had talk with Value Man, he is found to be rude & Switches off the mobiles every time & he refuses to leave water regularly, This is been happening every month, All the people residing in & around our area are been totally because of these issue & no support been extended.

Hence kindly look into the issue as it is an urgent matter & kindly do the needful.

Dear sir

On behalf of 1st and 2nd cross, Munithayappa layout, Lingarajapura, Bangalore-84, residents I, Secreatiry of Lingarajapura Khsemabhiruddhi Sanga, would like to request you to kindly look into the following complaint.

we are not geeting water for the above said lanes since 8 months.where as our nighbours who are just a few yards away are getting normal water, but we are paying our bills regularly with Zero meter reading recorded in the bill for more than 8 months. We have given No. of representations to concerned AEE with more than 100 residents signatures. We have registered our grevince in water adalat on 6th Nov 2009 also, they hav promised that we will look into the problem but no action has been taken nor replied our request to consider the complaint.

It was learnt from residents that a Valve has been put in between beyond our lanes and permanently closed the valve permanently which is not visible. we have also requested BWSSB officials to investigate and give us the solution as only 1st &2nd cross residents are not getting water.What is the reason to supply only a sectionb peop[le and others are deprived of the fecilty, why this partiality in the same a small layout.
With this I request your Goodself to investigate and do justice to the residents who are deprived of water fecility even though the connection and supply available.

No water at house

Kathriguppe area bangalore. for last 3 weeks very poor water supply. no water since last 5 days. neighbors got water on May 21 2016 but our house now water. Called local bwssb number and registered complaint but no resolution.
Please help. Old couple.

We are staying at 8th cross, Indiranagar 1st Stage, Bangalore 560038, Behind 'Panjabi Corner'.
The drainage / sewage system at this location is clogged. We have made repeated complaints to the department till now no action is taken. And the manhold is left open. Today a senior citizen slipped into it and was taken in CMH. It is requested the authorities direct personnels to clear the cloggage / blockage as it is emitting fowl smell to the residents located. Atlest close the open hole.

Hope immediate action would be initiated to overcome the problem

BTM LAYOUT, 1ST STAGE, 17TH MAIN, 1ST CROSS- NO PROPER METHOD FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL- THE RAG-PICKERS AND THE DOGS ARE THE FIRST TO PICK IT UP, TAKE WHAT THEY WANT AND LEAVE THE REST FOR THE PEOPLE TO CLEAN UP AGAIN LEADING TO SICKNESS.
NO GARBAGE COLLECTORS ARE COMING, ITS A MONTH NOW, (WE HAVE PAID THE GARBAGE TAX WITH THE HOUSE TAX FOR A WHOLE YEAR)THE STENCH IS UNBEARABLE AND PEOPLE ARE HANGING IT ON THE TREES.

PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT!!!

LEAKAGE OF DRINKING WATER - DAMAGE IN THE LINE

The Drinking water line seems to be damaged on the 8th A Main, BHCS L/o, Uttarahalli, Bangalore (opposite shanthi sagar Hotel) and lot of drinking water is flowing following supply is on today and since 2 days.

I am the resident of Amco Layout, Sahakaranagar Post, Bangalore 560 092. It is very pain to inform you that your water supply is very very... bad & cheating. Even CMC water also problem. Those who had influence and rowdisum, they will get water, others are suffering. We don't know whom to complaint, whom to inform etc. Only god should punish such type of people. Even in billing also, cheating... Please look into this problems and try to give equal importance in supplying minimum water atleast.

outrageous bills on my water meter too! I am a resident of Marathalli (@ H#75 1st Main Ganesha Temple Street, Marathalli, Blr-37) BWSSB bill I received this month was Rs 1256 and we were out of station for 10 days last month => this huge bill is only for 20 days. We were only 2 elders and 2 kids. The previous bill was Rs. 431.
