Address: 2nd Main,2nd Block, 2nd Cross, Ayyappanagar

We the residents of ayyappanagar, mahadevapura constituency are not receiving water from 15 days. Booster pump has been damaged and it has not been repaired from 15 days. engineers and leaders are not taking care, they are showing negligence.
other areas of mahadevapura constituency are receiving water weekly twice. But ayyappanagar is not at all receiving water weekly once also.

I request you to please look into the matter, solve the issue and provide us water weekly twice.

    I'm ammu frm Bangalore.
    Actually this is regarding water supply
    Actually from past 1 year we are getting water bill under 140/- rupees.
    As only 2 members stays home
    But from the month of May water bill is increasing.
    In the month of May I got 2000/- we taught some leakage prblm and we paid
    But in the month of June we got 900/- which is totally unfair in the month of June hardly 10days we were in house we went to out native

    And in this month july 2022 we got
    3500/-
    We don't know what to do
    We are so poor that 3500 is out one month food money please help

      Many of the residents in this layout have been using Unmetered Cauvery Connection without obtaining/paying the fee to BWSSB. Request you to check and get this rectified so that one who have legally obtained the connection are not treated unfairly.

        Dear Sir
        tender sure project in siddaiah puranik marg, Basaveshwarnagar is going on for past 4-5 years.Work done is incomplete and poor.Connection to main sewage line from individual house is not done properly resulting in back flow of sewage.Manhole near Hotel Nisarga frequently gets blocked and once the BWSSB staffs clear the block by using pressure pump, sewage gets into neighboring building and individual line gets blocked.
        Requesting you to direct the authorities concerned to solve the problem permanently.

          Hi Team,

          We are facing improper water supply issue from past 10 weeks. When we asked for the same, wall man comes up with one or the other reason like power down, pipe problem, low pressure, etc.

          Most of the house in my street use tanker water. How long it will take to resolve this. Please take serious action against this and solve this as soon as possible.

              Sewage water over flowing into storm water drain from Sai Gaurav apartments at 8 th main road, Vidyaranyapura in Vaishnavi Layout. Sewage is smelling and a big nuisance to sourrounding houses. Request to check the problem.

                This is the second time water pipe has burst due to road construction on sampige road, malleshwaram and we have been without water supply for three days. The contractor has turned a deaf ear to the complaints and no one is responding at the BWSSB office. This is causing unnecessary harassment to all o[censored]s.

                    A drainage pipe underneath the road was damaged by a moving truck and this caused the stinking drainage water to settle on top of the road and is also entering the building and hence creating lot of inconvenience. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              I had applied for a cauvery water connection for my house in Rainbow Drive Layout house no. 97, 5th Cross, Bengaluru 560035 and have made a payment of Rs. 168484/- on 15th of February 2021, the RR Number was generated on March 22, 2021 and the application was approved and closed on the website on March 24, 2021, I have received the water meter but I have not got the water connection yet, kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. It is more than one year now and we still have not got the water connection. Attached is the payment receipt.

                              I have sent several email since april to the below email addresses but no action has been taken

                                Overflowing leaking Sewage - Chellikere Main Road - In front Royale Concorde school

                                Hi Sir, There is an overflowing sewage right in the center of the road. It would be nice if you could repair it as soon as possible to avoid any kind of accidents. The water is flowing on the road causing inconvenience to all the commuters and nearby residents. A previous case had been registered - and it was resolved with a temporary fix I guess. Hence the problem resurfaced again in matter of a month. This is in front of Royale Concorde...

                                      We have made the online payment for the water bill in the web portal https://bwsajala.karnataka.gov.in/bwssb_onlinepg/quickpay.aspx, the amount got deducted in our credit card statement but we didn't get any payment receipt or acknowledgement from the https://bwsajala.karnataka.gov.in/bwssb_onlinepg/quickpay.aspx portal ... even thought payment has been made the BWSSB is not confirming on the receipt of the payment and when we contact 1916...
