Dear Sir,

This is to raise a complaint and bring to your notice that a resident in BCMC Layout, Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura main road has not opted for official sanitary line connection. Instead the saitary waste is being let into SWD leading to a lot of problem for the resisdents.

Not just that the illegal sanitary waste disposal is connected to the chamber by breaking open the service line.
The house is located in No 60, 1st Cross, 2nd Main BCMC Layout, Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru 560109.

Kindly look into the matter.

              It's been more than 6 months we are complaining about this issue of kaveri connection pipe leakage in the middle of the road, BWSSB is aware of this and has visited, checked the condition of leakage more than twice and no further action taken, we can see the water leakage all over the road because of this its difficult to walk and drive the vehicles. Sanitary and drainage work is completed recently, now they are in the process of road construction, but the leakage problem still pending. Requesting to complete the leakage work before the road construction.

                Water is very slow and timing you provide water is very less. More over why we have to beg for water like this.. i visited chennai where they are having enough water and we are struggling here to provide water... Could you please increase the speed and timing of the water..
