Respected Sir/Madam,

No water supply for the past 3 days, usually a supply of water was for twice a week and now it is reduced to once a week, so had to get water tankers for a huge amount. Request you kindly do the needful.

Cauvery water supply gets reduced to just a trickle with the onset of summer. This has been happening for the past 13 years, and no one including Engineers and Linesmen is able to detect or rectify the malfunction despite regular, repeated and numerous complaints and representations.

We have to resort to buying water from tankers during these months.

Request you to kindly look into this chronic issue which is...

Due to bbmp carrying out their work, the bwssb installed underground water pipe has today morning burst open. There is no flow of water to our residence!!! We stay adjacent to Shekar Nursing Home....

Cauvery water leakage in front of the Apartment due to infrastructure work has not been rectified for weeks. Request immediate attention.

Though we are having Only one Kitchen, BWSSB is billing as Multi Housing since more than two Years. & the Bill Paid on 17th Jan. 2022, though cleared is repeatedly adding in future Bills as Unpaid Bill. The amount collected in excess is to be refunded with interest or to be adjusted in the future Bills...

Hi There is a problem in cottopet k v lane 5th cross entire road chambers are blocked and nobody is coming to clean, it been 25 days now and solve the issue, corporation people asking 1500rs to 2000rs to clean. please do the needful.
if we speak to corporation guy he says that nobody is coming only you are coming and continuously and highlighting it....

Drainage oozing our from all the man holes in P&t layout and also affecting in our houses. The drain water is coming in through toilets and sinks which is causing a very bad smell. This needs to be fixed asap as we will fall sick and there are many old people and kids at home. Multiple times the complaint was raised, no one is bothered....

Blockage in main sanitary blockage over flowing, pl attend the complaint imidiatly...

Hi,

I have been receiving an excess charge of Rs 250 every month as sanitary charges. I have been using only the Cauvery water throughout.
Kindly look into this and request you to waive off the charges atleast from the coming months.

Water not coming properly and meter leaking...

We are getting drainage water along with Kaveri water past 2 weeks and getting bad smell and we stopped the kaveri water in our street. So please help us to rectify the same....

There is crossed pipeline of drinking water and sewage leading to contamination of drinking water..so water is not fit for domestic purpose..so to rectify it immediately has it may lead to human diseases outbreak....

Water pipe got damaged and water is getting wasted....

Dear Sir,

Main Sewerage line in 4th Cross road, HMT layout, Mathikere (Near Russell Memorial Church) is blocked and causing return flow to our house. Kindly look into and attend the problem urgently.

This is regular problem and whole line cleaning is required in order to have long term solution...

Our Sewerage main line is blocked from past 1 week, Already there is return of sewerage back in to our premises.

I have shifted Gollarapalya Hosahalli last 2 year back and still I am facing water problems . No one is taken action or helping us. Requesting you to check and help us to resolve water issue on priority....

We are residing in house No 579, F main, SHANTINIKETAN LAYOUT, AREKERE, BANGALORE (south), Bengaluru--560076. The drainage pipeline system got stuck and got stagnated whereby my house sewage is not moving causing very bad smell. If BWSSB can send the vehicle with compressor, it will clear the stuck part of the area. The incident is observed today, My RR number is S-336761/M50 and latest bill number is S[protected], the request is for repair....
