Dear Sir,

I am SR Gnanasekar, My RR No E 158917 and Consumer No 58474, House at No 10 Ganga Garden Hennur Main road Kalyan Nagar Bangalore 560043

After my above complaint ( No BWSSB[protected] I got an acknowledgement and it was mentioned that Complaint category BILLING, Concerned AE name Daval sab Karnachi. When I called him he advised me to lodge one more complaint to Divisional Engineer BWSSB Kalyan Nagar along with the original sanction letter along with the photos / proof of Rain Water Harvesting done at the time of sanction.

Accordingly one more complaint letter was sent to Divisional Engineer BWSSB Kalyan nagar and got the acknowledgement also.. They informed that one more inspection will be done by Inspector Sreeram . More than 10 times I contacted him over phone and whats app and every time he was telling me he would come for inspection. But to our dismay he did not turn up..

In the meantime again Rs 1735 has been charged as other charges towards RWH in my February Bill and Rs 1173 in my March 2022 bill even though I lodged the complaint on 11.01.2022.

Please note that we completed the RWH ( Rain Water Harvesting ) works in 2013 and along with the application for connection we had submitted all the photos and proof of RWH.

Your office gave sanction for the new connection only after inspection Sanction No 18/15/14/13 dated[protected] which I am enclosing in the attachments.

So far I have paid Rs 7520 towards other charges which I requested for reversal.

I request your good office to kindly resolve the issue.

From Jalahalli West, no proper Kaveri water supply for a week and suddenly from yesterday, no water from inlet. There seems to be blockage in the inlet pipe but authorities are asking to reduce the height of the inlet pipe, dig 2 feet down to check the water flow at the L bend but unlucky, no water from there too. 70flats are suffering without Kaveri water for last 2 days, requesting BWSSB to take necessary action on top priority.

Requesting you to please arrange for clearing the sanitary blockage in the main sanitary pipes which is causing problems in individual sanitary pipes and causing lot of smell.and disgust to the public.

Hi Sir/Madam,

This is in regard with the low pressure supply issue we are facing since 20+days,
Even after repeated complaints to local service station in JJR Nagar water office, we have received a very poor response and our problem is not addressed.
In this summar where water is prime need, we have been denied the basics facility.
Request you to kindly adresss our problem at the earliest.

Water has been supplied last wednesday ie 9th March 2022 and no water post that. On speaking to the AE of the area, he says there is no water supply in the main line. how would you like us to survive without water during this summer when the govt announced additional water being pumped into bangalore city. pls. resolve asap.

The drainage is blocked, no action from BWSSB for the last 28 months. So far we have logged 24 complaints, they came with vehicle and cleared with the help of water jet and getting clearing the water. It is getting blocked within 2 weeks of clearance. When we approached they are telling it will be done in 2 to 3 weeks, reasons : No fund, No lobours, No pipe, No cement. they cannot call for tender etc etc.

This problem caused due to new cement road, before that we never had this problem. Probably 2 or 3 pipes might have damaged during cement road preparation, due to heavy vehicle which carried cement.

When it rained the seweage water entered the house, I have sent the details to BWSSB on the same day.

We would request you to do not direct this call to BWSSB RT Nagar, Please visit and do the needful at the earliest.

Continuously water overflowing from gutter, entire drainage pipeline was laid just a month ago, please resolve it asap and take action against contractor

We are not getting water at all person tells no power but from past 2weeks no water in Ramamurthy Nagar near st Anthony school Rd 3rd and 4th cross when ever we complaint they tell us no power or repair in borewell

There is no water supply from last 7 days in Gangadhara chetty road and we are facing water issue. I have raised a complaint on Tuesday and called up helpline for follow up today. They told us contact multiple people which we already did.
Kindly help us resolving water problem.seems they haven't connected new line or whatever

We are not receiving even a drop of Cauvery water from the time the meter is installed. But shockingly we received a bill dt 10th March 2022 saying we have consumed 1000 ltrs with present meter reading as 25000 and previous reading as 24000.

For RR no N-340337, even though all payments were cleared since Nov 2019, we still keep getting arrears, dept is unable to provide us details of all the payments made since Nov 2019

I Savithri, w/o Balaram, kindly request you to reduce water bill which is abnormally charged. Usually the normal water bill comes to 2000 per month but for the month of March 2022 the bill to 10963 which is completely abnormal. Kindly request you to reduce the water bill as per the normal charge.
