Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [BWSSB] Complaints & Reviews

Bill received for the month of February has water charges of 2378, Sanitary charges of 595 and other charges 2973. Need a clarity on th amount as we are not in the house last month. Bill number is S[protected].

Kindly look in to the issue and resolve....

Contaminated and dirty and stinking water is being supplied since 21st Feb, 2022.
People here are not able to use water for anything and getting health affected due to contaminated and dirty water. After informing to bwssb and their engineer also no action and not resolved issues till now.
Kindly take necessary action please else the situation may get worse.

I'm a resident of maruti layout 1st main, BTM layout 1st stage, Banglore -29.
There has been no water supply in area since past 3 days. It's getting really difficult to run our daily routine and house hold chores without water.
First of all there is no daily basis supply of water in my area and now its been 3 days with no water in my taps....

Drainage blocked as the manhole is broken opposite to 2216, 21st A main, 15th B cross, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore -560102...

Totally inadequate supply of water and absence of water pressure if it is supplied...

Sewer line is blocked and draining very slowly. This is impacting 2 apartment complexes with 6 plus homes. Needs immediate attention by BWSSB maintenance folks. When we open the lid and see, there is lots of brick and mud debris that needs to be cleared immediately to prevent complete blockage and spillover to the public road. Water supply to my Residence was disconnected since the Bills were not Paid.
An Outstanding amount of Rs 54, 860/= was paid online and submitted an application for re connection on 19th Feb 2022.

Simultaneously it has been followed with Concerned Inspector Engineer & AEE though Phone calls, & Whatsapp Messages with all Concerned Officers.

This is to highlight...

Main water supply pipe to my house has been damaged by Airtel cable laying, at 642, 12th Cross, 7th main, MicoLayout, BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore 560076 (my address).
Water is leaking on the roadside continuously and water supply to my house has stopped.
Sewage main pipe has also been damaged and sewage leak is building up.
Airtel, and BWSSB workers have been visiting several times to inspect but no repair has been done....

We are Residents of HSR Layout 1st Sector, 11th cross, 21st B main.

Their is no Kaveri water supply from BWSSB for last 5 days.

Kindly take appropriate action immediately....

Sine from day one new pipe line change, we are facing the problem,
i went personal to Domlur office written complain and they came checked and said issues in connection bend, we have dig and resolve it, i am informed to do it if have pay for it. then contractor came from bwssb and said we can do it we have pay for it, . OK i will pay then recently we have cement road is laid, now they come up with new problem saying that we cant do...

There is heavy sewage water disposition to storm water drain and then to Jogi kere (lake) and nearby rainwater naala, leading via Vakil garden city. This require urgent remediation and attention to save the pollution and clean environment...

There is no proper water supply in 10th main, kalappa block, Srinagar, Bangalore, they just leave for 3hours that too it's very slow, it comes like drop by drop, please do solve the problem as water is very essential, let him leave for 3hours but ask him to leave forcefully...

I'm staying in RR Layout, Chikkabanavara. There is drainage gutter leakage. It leaks in to the road and stinks. It has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes....

This is to inform you that Kaveri water not release properly in Balaji Layout Byadarahalli Magadi Main road Bangalore last 3 months back he release the water in day by day full day but after it comes 3 hours & after comes 1 hour but which time he release the water we don't know because all of going to work so please inform the particular person release the water in full day it help full for people's

It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage since yesterday. water supply is so scanty that it is not sufficient for day to day use such as cooking, washing etc. water is supplied for only for half an hour and sometimes we have to wait the whole day for water.
