Water is not supplied in HSR Sector-2 for more than 10 days. Earlier I spoke to Area engineer and also water supply person but all we are getting false promises.

Today I registered a complaint BWSS[protected].

Hi Team,

This is Magesh, I am residing in Byrathi Cross - Kothanur - Bangalore. A year back the drainage system has aligned for the complete street, whereas the contractors did not close the drainage with the concrete slab infront of my house. When I asked them, there is a shortage of slab on the day and will put the next day but they did not turned up. As this is a busy road and near to the shopping area, from elders to kids they found a gap to fill the plastic covers in the drainage. Now the water flow is getting blocked day by day, one day for sure it will block our house pipe which connects to drainage and we are going to be in trouble. Almost a year I dont see the Govt. sweepers for drainage cleaning. One more point to note is even the road cleaning persons also filling up the drainage by putting the wastages from road to drainage instead of collecting and carrying in the vehicle. Please help to resolve the issue by cleaning the drainage and cover with concrete slabs as early as possible. Landmark: Just beside the street of Byrathi Basavaraj MLA sir house.

Digged the road for install some pipes by BBMP and cut my home water connection on 7th Mar 2022. From last 3 days we are not getting water to home.

In our Area from past 20 days irregular supply of water is happening, i mean to say that the person responsible for opening the valve for each road is not performing his duty correctly

The Usual time for letting water is 3 P.M to 8 P.M on every alternative days
but from past 20 days the is letting water on 4 days gap also some times 8 days gap and when he lets the water he lets only for 2 hours i.e 6 P.M to 8 P.M

We Public are paying there water bills correctly and on timely then why should we suffer

i hope i will be resolved As fast as possible with the problem

We paid bill last month but this also showing same outstanding amount. In this case how can we pay this month bill through online.

In 9th Main Rd, HBR Layout, 3rd block the lane's main drainage chamber is completely blocked and full, hence the drain water is reversely flowing and fill our drainage tank in our house and even that is now overflowing and all the drain water is coming out from our chambers to the road and all the neighbor are complaining to us therefore we called some BBMP guys to clear the blockage but the refuse to do it as they told it cannot be cleared by hand and they need some cleaning vehicle to clear it out, therefore we request you to please send a cleaning vehicle to clean the main chamber as it cannot be done by hand and the bbmp guy called the cleaning vehicle but he is not coming and cleaning the chamber.

I am a resident of Postal colony, Sanjaynagar, Bangalore 560094. In our area i.e.6th Main, 3rd Cross, there is Cauvery water leakage from the main supply line in front of House No.101 . Hence, there is drop in pressure because of leakage.

Hi,

There is no regular water supply in 7th C main, 1st block, Kalyan Nagar. The neighboring areas are having regular water supply on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday, 6 am every week.

But this road has no such supply. We are forced to order water tanker for our basic needs at inr 500 for 1 tanker.

Please regulate water supply days and time for week on week. Kindly help us have a stress free and peaceful living conditions without additional expense of inr2000 per month.

There is no proper water supply in every month of last weeks, even though we make bill payment every month and extra as well .

Hope you take necessary action to atleast get water supply

Iam Lavanya resident of Kuvempu road Ramaswamy palya here we are facing an problem that the is Kaveri water is mixed with drainage water we get this dirty water atleast once in a month after so many complaints by our residents people no action were take we can't accept the quality of water
So please that a look and solve this issue where we are not facing again

Bill received for the month of February has water charges of 2378, Sanitary charges of 595 and other charges 2973. Need a clarity on th amount as we are not in the house last month. Bill number is S[protected].

Kindly look in to the issue and resolve.

People here are not able to use water for anything and getting health affected due to contaminated and dirty water. After informing to bwssb and their engineer also no action and not resolved issues till now.
Kindly take necessary action please else the situation may get worse.

No water supply

Hi Sir, In Vignan nagar 21 st A cross street the water outlet sewage (mori) is completely covered with garbage. Kindly take actions in cleaning it as the water is not flowing properly.. Thanks.

Contaminated and dirty and stinking water is being supplied since 21st Feb, 2022. I had logged a complaint on 27th Feb, and I git the following message-Complaint has been registered, Complaint Number: BWSSB[protected], Complaint Category: Water, Concerned AE name: Dhanalakshmi M, Service station Mobile number: [protected], of AE:Dhanalakshmi M, Your complaint will be resolved soon BWSSB department. I spoke to Ms Dhanalakshmi, on 28th Feb and she assured to resolve the issue latest by 03rd March 2022. Without resolving the issue, my complaint status is closed. Few children, were affected after consuming contaminated water. The matter is very serious.
