    Address: Sir. M V. Layout 6th Block, near KLE Law College, Bangalore-560091

    BWSSB, Bangalore takes a hefty charges for providing a 1/2 inch water supply to BDA approved residential houses. Once the connection is taken they put extra charges which is more than the water consumption charges. When enquired, the officials say OC is required to remove this extra charges.
    What is the significance of OC for BWSSB?
    If OC was that much required why did they approve the connection without asking for it?
    Are they putting these extra charges for older connections also?

    Being a board operating under state government, How can they have difference in charging to subscribers?

    The official say its board decision to put such charges. We are not sure how to and whom to address such issues.

      Please note there is a terrible foul smell coming from the sewer in front of 3705, 9th cross near Dupanahalli playground. Please send crew with van to clear the block.

        No water supply to my place from 6 Years

        Hi,

        I stay in S281, Sancharnagar, Telecom Layout, Thanisandra, Bangalore 560077.
        From past 6 years i am very much dependent on Tanker, there is no water supply to my place and not sure whom to complain on it.
        I am prompt Property Tax payer till date. I want to know how to resolve this, few of the cross people are able to get the water supply but not our place from 6 Years, need earliest solution....

          We are residing near venugopala swamy temple, devasandra kr puram Bangalore 560036.

          The main drianage pipe has been blocked and water flusing in road .

          The department people are not responsive.

              It appears some of the residents let their sewage water to storm water drainage clogging in front our house caused unbearable bad oder making our life miserable. There's no free flow in the storm water drainage, few months back name sake drainage work was done. The present problem would accelerate spreading of pandemic if not attended immediately. The contractor who carried out the work should also be brought to book apart from Taking action against the erring residents.
              Please attend the same forthwith.

                While making new road, bbmp has cut the main sanitary line, from past 7 month no new connection has been provided, sanitary line has been fully blocked, new connection is required ASAP, please make an arrangement to provide new Line to us..

                    The residential building at No 535, 16th main, 5th cross, D group layout, Srigandhadakaval, Bangalore-560091, doesnt have formal sanitary connection at all. The building, about 12-13yrs old, possess an illegal connection to the municipal's residential sanitary plumbing to drain the sanitary waste. There has been no action from the water board till now to this issue. The authorities have been silencing this issue at the site upon receiving constant bribes from the site owner. We request you to not set an example for accepting these kind of illegal activities being a responsible board catering to the public. Therefore, we sincerely request you to look up this issue and bring down the ones responsible for this before rules and law and ask you to maintain the uniformity amongst your tax payers.

                          Every 15 days or once in month we face chamber blockage in our road this is happening from more than 2 years. Only temporary solution is provided.
                          There are 3 chambers in the road. If the first chamber get fixed, second one get blocked, next third one. We need to raise complaint regularly for each one. It takes almost a week to resolve problem.
                          Sewage water gets mixed with borewell water.
                          Mosquitoes in the evening, very bad smell.
                          In the same road we have abbas khan college and lourdes school .
                          Underground water is very precious for our country mixing with sewage is loss for nation.
                          Request the authority to provide a permanent solution for this on behalf of residents of kote mariappa lane, shri Dharmaraya Temple Street, Bangalore
