There is drainage block in front of house, Near sharada vidhya mandir school, kadugodi, Bangalore -560067
since from 2 weeks there is blockage due to some Road construction debris fell into drainage by which it is resulting to overflow Nd logging on road surface leading into bad smell, it’s very difficult to cross the road. So Kindly the office may look into the matter and solve the problem. After multiple follows up through local staff office ..there is no response from Local staff person.
Kindly look into this issue.. Hope it’s resolved by cleaning of the drainage chamber . So kindly help us sir.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am staying in vidyapeeta Layout, Thyagaraja nagar, (near Indane Gas godown). We frequently face water supply problems in this area.

Almost all the residents who are staying in 1st Main, 2nd Main, 2nd cross, Vidyapeeta Layout, Thyagaraja Nagar (560028) are facing the same problem. Water is released only for a smaller duration. Nobody in BWSSB is bothered about the water problem. How can we manage with this kind of irregular water supply? Kindly help us with regular water supply for a longer duration in this area.

Bill received on 12 Jan 22 shows arrears with interest. My bills are paid through ECS of Canara Bank Jayanagar 3rd block.Please reconcile and remove interest before due date for payment. RR No 10403 and Consumer No SE[protected]

Good morning, We are facing a critical issue from over 1 week without water, we even contacted bbmp but no response physically nor virtually. I request each and everyone to look into this matter as water is very important to live. Every midnight our ladies are waking up with hope of water supplies but nothing ... There is no water supply in Millers Road Benson Town area since 5th jan 2022.

Our RR No E 158917 Consumer No 58474 in the name of SR Gnanasekar At the time of getting water connection we had completed the water harvesting work in our house and photos were submitted as proof The officials from BWSSB came and inspected and then only connection was given and the eligible concession in the billing was approved and accordingly we have been receiving bills for the past so many years.
But in the bill No E[protected] dt 08 05 2021 an amount of Rs 1623 was additionally charged as OTHER CHARGES. Again in the bill No E[protected] dt 09 10 2021 an amount of Rs 954 was additionally charged as OTHER CHARGES.
Again in bill no E[protected] dt 07 12 2021 Rs 581 has been additionally charged as OTHER CHARGES.
Again in bill no E[protected] dt 07 01 2022 Rs 1484 has been additionally charged as OTHER CHARGES.
We request you to kindly adjust the excess amount of Rs 4612 in the future bills and stop charging OTHER CHARGES and oblige

The water bill which we receive is not getting updated in your system even after 3 days because of which we are unable to pay bill online. This happens every month. Pl solve this problem immediately. My RR no is S-260825

Billing is been done since one year including the borewell charges for a non-functional borewell about Rs 400in our street consists of 20 houses.This has to stopped and the charges which has been collected to be refunded

There is no kaveri water in our locality since 6 days, As you all know water is essential part of our daily life and with no kaveri it's getting tough to move on with our daily life. It was said there will be no water for 2 days and the main tank is getting cleaned but going beyond 4 days and so is making life hell. Please rectify this immediately or atleast say how much more we need to suffer for the basic necessity of human survival that too in Bangalore which is metropolitan city.

To whom ever it may concern this is to inform that we are not getting drinking water supply in our area azad nagar 8th cross chamarajpet Bangalore 560018.

I request concerned authority to take action immensely as this is causing many issue to residents living here.

This has become a repitative issue in this Area.

This is to bring to your attention as we haven't received our first bill on our new connection and it's more than 3 months now. I have already contacted BWSSB AE Mr Dastgir basha he informed us to contact DM office but no-one is picking up the call and when contacted customer care they are directing to AE again and our contractor is not responding please let us know what do in this situation...

We stay in 8/1, 13th G Street. Jogupalya Ulsoor. We have not received water, but our neighborhood are getting water properly. Our building is alone affect since Few days. Kindly look into it. We have 4family stay in building. Kindly do the needful immediately.
