Hi team,
I have paid my water bill from Bangalore water supply and sewerage board site and using paytm payment gateway .The transaction has been done from paytm but it shows transaction failed in Bangalore water supply and sewerage boards site.
Can i get that refund or will it be updated in that bill ?

    Address: No 16 3rd cross Manjunatha Layout Bhattrahalli old Madras road Bangalore 49

    Drainage blocked at our lane, because of that drainage water back logging to our houses. 15+ houses are affected due to this. Please do the needful at the earliest. We do not have any alternative solutions around our surroundings, females and children are affected lot.

      The water supply to our Ganesha Layout located in M S palya in ward no.11 is very pathetic for the last two months. We normally get water on every Mondays and Thursdays. 2 months back, we used to get water for more than 5 to 6 hours. But now we get only for 1 to 2 hours that also without any pressure, causing lot of inconvenience to all residents in the layout. Plenty of complaints are made, but all of them have gone in vain.

            The drains are full in our street
            Because of that the toilet is overflowing into my house

              Neighbour may not have proper rainwater harvest facility. Have multiple floors and surrounding property, with excess rain water flooding drainage and BBMP drains have poor slope. All combined, water floods inside our home during rain. Please help resolve this.

                    This is very regulat and common problem, many times have complaint on this but never get a proper response from BWSSB and always suffer. However water bill comes everytime ontime and we paid always ontime even though no service.
                    Again since 01 NOV 2021, Cauvery Water is not coming and facing lot many problems.

                      Past few months we are getting less water supply and the timing is changed just 4 hours...ie from 4 am to 8 am ...which is not sufficient

                      kindly look into the issue and retain or old timing 10 pm to 06 am.

                        2. Water supply started from: Mid 2016
                        3. As no billing issued, raised multiple complaints in office. Acknowledgment dated: 19th Aug 2016
                        4. BWSSB engineer visted house and informed my RR no also duplicated to some other connection. Hence no billing generated. Took letter from me. Acknowledment...

                          My society is charging me 6521 for water bill for the month of July, Aug and September which I feel is too high and almost double to what I am paying as electricity bill. And considering winters in Bangalore we use very minimal water at home. This bill is generated by my apartment Mythri Maiden Apartments. And they didn't even share a proper bill. I feel something is not right and hence, lodging a complaint here.

                            Hi, Since last 4 days there is continuous sewage water overflow at 29th C Cross, Kaggadasapura (beside CK Supermarket, outside Raghav Enclave Apartments). No one has resolved the issue and it is giving us a very bad odour smell all around, Pls get this issue resolved at the earliest.
