I am resident of LIC Model colony 1 cross3 stage 4 block Basweshwarnagar.All these years o had n of trouble but sewage line started getting blocked after the establishment of Nammauru upchara hotel a few years back.No other houses are experiencing except me.Every time I have shell substantial amount to get rid of the problem.I don't know how it happens.pl inspect and find a permanent solution.

I had complained about the main sewerage line is blocked .the sewerage from home is blocked to main line.
Soumya the AE NUMBER has been shared but there is no response.

Hi,

every month they are entering wrong meter reading and more bill amount the, the mete reading in the bill is different and actual meter reading is different.Just for the sake of putting some numbers on the bill they are entering what ever reading they want.There is no match at all.The number of liters of water put in the bill is always double the amount of what actually spent.

Please can you look into this and revise my bill and make sure they don't repeat it.

Since last one year 2021, the water meter bill ( Sub; Division: E22, Customer ID 23126 Domestics, RR No:E-376285/vJP) is coming more than Rs.1200 to Rs.2100 for 700sqft house.
I am attaching the last 3 months bill for reference. Our neighbors who's build-up area are double then us with multiple house are getting less then Rs500. I I see some times our meter running when there is not water supply.

From Mar 2021 to Sep 2021, It shows that we have consumed 6 lacs litres of water approx which is very very abnormal for a two floored house with 3 members in each house.

Dear sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the area of Mathikere, 3rd cross, HMT, Layout. There was a major mix up of sewage water with drinking water and the complaint was raised by some people here more than 10 days ago.
However the matter seems to be taken care off but unfortunately the even yesterday evening the drinking water is released with the terrible smell.
We also tried letting go the water first half an hour or so to check if the smell and colour reduced...but ...sadly this still does not work. Most o[censored]s have fell sick with vomiting and loose motions because of this
We are now left with buying water for drinking purposes and its been more than 10 days now. This is a matter of great concern as we are unable to use the corporation water released. Please help with a solution at the earliest. Thank you.

My entire house is smelling of sewage we can not live in the house due to semll, we requesting l & t bweeb contract staff to check due their work sanitary lines are either broken or blocked.
