Hello, on the Kenchappa layout main road near Anandapura, the manhole is overflowing. Please take necessary action.

We received the bill and see a SC for Borewell amount where as we do not use the borewell water at all.
Please help with justification for this.
We dont understand the logic. Because we only use the cauvery water and the consumption is tracked as per meter, Why are we being charged for a facility which we are not even using.

This is to keep to informed that in kamakya layout 4th main 5th block there is sanitary pipe damage and sanitary water is overflowing which is leading to bad smell.We are not awae why the BWSSB has dig in that place and they have not covered the place properly.Please consider this as a high importance request as there is a clinic where many patients come .Request you to inspect the spot properly and complete the work.Please do not make me to escalate to the next level.

BWSSB are installing sewage pipeline in bellandur everywehre but it is not connecting bren paddington apartment, it came to only ocenus triton, I dont have complete detail why it is not came to bren paddington. Bren paddington have 250 flat. Please look into this mattter urgently.

Sewage pipeline coming from motherhood hospital and going towards ramdev medical.

The sanitary pipe which is more than 60 years old, gets logged, every time after Rain, resulting in blockage in the house.
After several requests & complaints, the BWSSB workers simply inspect and tell it is internal problem & go. Private workers struggle for hours and say the problem is in the main pipe. Again we complain and the officials come and clear the main pipe. By this we have to suffer for more than a week and incur thousands of Rupees, every often. My house is more than 60 years old. I am a retired professor aged More than 80 years and unable to roam to and from offices due to old age. Hence, I kindly request you to order the concerned to clear the present blockage and direct them to inspect and render a permanent solution, considering my old age.

Hi, There is a drainage leak in Deepika Elite, Heelaige, Chandapura, Bangalore - 560099. With kids it's unbearable for us to live here. Can you please resolve the issue soon....

Sewage water is overflowing since 2 days. Jetty was brought to remove the clogging but didn't get cleared. Please clear this

We are not getting bills on time. 3 months once we get the bill and have to pay interest for those months which is not our mistake...pls provide us bills on time so that we can pay on time and ignore the interest.

Sewerage/ blockage...

There is main sewerage line jam from last 1 week. Still no one took the action for the same. Please take necessary action on this and resolve the problem.

The manhole at the junction of 2nd main and 3rd cross road SARVABHOWMANAGAR is Blocked. All dirty water with foul smelling sludge is rushing back into the apartment creating a health hazard

The chamber is in 36th. “C” Cross, 19th Main, HBR L/O 5th Blk.
House sewage getting blocked due to almost full chamber and it is a main chamber right at the centre of the 36th “C” Cross junction.
Individual house sewage is going very slow to chamber.

It is to bring this to your attention that we are facing a very big issue and sadly I would like to say that very bad service is being been provided by the BWSSB SOUTH Region.

Several complaints and calls has been done but no issue has been rectified.

Every time we call for water supply they always say one or the other excuse (pump is not working, water line under repair, line damaged etc etc ) is this always only for our layout supply every time there's a reason.

Since one year we are trying to convince the incharge Engineer and his team to provide us with enough of water for our daily usage.

Since 6 months the Engineer his team And (A.E )
Mr. Vikas visits our locality and give us fake promises for water supply, previously held meeting with Mr Vikas and his team they had promised to provide with proper pressure and twice a week water supply for our layout locality which has almost 200+ homes.

We as Building owners are suffering a lot as we do not have any borewells in our building and in our layout nor we get any bore water, but still after many complaints given at devarachikanahalli office we still have to pay borewell charges of ₹250/- per month which is being raised by the BWSSB of no usage.

Please it's my humble request to take a proper step and help us to get proper water supply from your staff and team we are really fed up of the issue since one year we are facing a lot of water shortage due to which we are going beyond budget by buying the water through the water tankers for which we have to pay a hefty amount each month.

The water supply in our road (8th Main road, BCC Layout) is very irregular and insufficient. Surprisingly we are located close to Chandra layout water tank. Since we are at an elevated area total water is going to downside areas. For the past many years the supply was good and regular. Please do the needful.

Owner as taken double kaveri water connection with single meter and CMC connection also illegal

Horrible water supply in ombr layout, such a grave which the residents of the layout facing is unbearable. BWSSB are in assumption that we are their servants, have to beg them for water but real scenario they are unable to digest that their families livelihood are running out of the customers. Such a shameless fellows, is there no end to such a disaster which is occurring in ombr. When during election they seek votes but what is the output. 3 days over no water supply, on Thursda(22/04/23) they supplied water of 1 bucket, accountability is they supplied water. May the almighty bless all the BWSSB authorities and their loved ones with a dreaded diseases. Is there no action for deriliction of duties. Tankers(water providers) are bribing the bwssb, in return they are favouring them by not supplying water to residents. Moreover back of CMR LAW COLLEGE many have converted residential house as PG for which commercial tax not paying and as well as all PG are obtained as rent by Andhra pimps venkatasubaiah [protected] and Bran D'Souza [protected] .He to all PG have installed motor direct to water pipeline illegally, so other residents are not getting a drop of water. Does bwssb don't have vigilance, lineman for bribe everything is adjusted. The system of corruption in bwssb is to be governed by the authorities.s

Water supply has been very smooth in our area and do not observed any scarcity for the last 5-6 years except during maintenance. We get alternate day water. Looks like last 3 days there is no water. Could you please ensure that it is released on priority
