Pls find the below date the water meter was disconnected and taken along with the BWSSB TEAM stating the same will be returned back after water bill is paid & we paid the bill... pls find the bill numbers & payment dates..

Bill no. E[protected] Billing Date 15.04.2011

BILLING PAYMENT DATE 22.04.2021 rs.4000 BILL N0.E[protected] and the paid bill was sent to BWSSB PERSON ON MOBILE NUMBER [protected]

NOW THE PROBLEM IS the Water moter was not returned & connection was not given for next two months after regular follow-up to customer care number, there on I last two of my family members because of CARONA COVI19 high death rate of 2nd WAVE DISEASE.

We thaught because of COVID19 NO PERSON HAVE TURNED UP FROM BWSSB FOR RETURNING THE WATER METER.

Later I received bill on 15.05.2021 bill number E[protected] rs.626 the same was paid through online payment

But still water meter was not returned.

LATER AGAIN I recieved bill on 15.06.2021 bill no. E[protected]
Now I want to know why the OTHER CHARGES have been charged with rs.7500 in the month of June 2021 when i have paid the bill and no person have returned to return the water meter.

Later again when contacted BWSSB and said meter is not returned even though the bill was paid 2 months before then they sent through the hands of young billing boy and handed over to the kirana store opposite to my house even though we were home.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLS DO THE CORRECTION OF BILL BEFORE THE NEXT BILL TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.

WE HAVE LOST JOB FROM ONE YEAR UNDER COVID19 JOB LAYOFF.

Dear sir/madam today a new bill reader came and billed lumpsum huge amount without giving supportive reason not satisfactory with rude attitude with women giving lots of torcher since from 1 year we have given camplaint regarding meter change we applied on online and gave letter and got seal and signature from AE I have written letter also pls take action on this

Our house sewage pipe is blocked, pls solve as early as possible. It's causing lot of problem.

I sincerely request concerned authorities to change meter Immediately as it is faulty meter showing more consumption of water than actual usage....

We are facing Sanitary blockage problem in below area address. 1st A main, 1st cross maruthinagar & kogilu road Yelahanka Bangalore 560064. Landmark opposite to Toyota service center road.

In Aswath Nagar Marathalli bridge some people are running with out meter connection directly to sump pleas check the all inside the sump because water is wasting out side too many people are using with out meter connection and the water man also supporting to the people and the people ask to water man they will make like a rowdy and they was keeping some childrens with them please check the pipe line connections In aswathnagar marathalli bridge I m requesting u please remove the water leaving person from the job he was collecting the money from pg and home... Pleas don't infrom my contact details for any one...

I am a resident of JCHS layout, Bangalore 560061. The manhole in our road (5th cross, kapilla road) is overflowing as the sewage connection is not connected to the main line but has been abruptly ended. This is causing a surge of waste and sewage to overflow from the manhole and stagnates in front of the house. This is really hazardous to the health of the residents.

Request you to urgently fix the issue and do the needful.

There is no cauvery water supply for 3 months on large sections of Andree Road Shanthinagar. Some apartments on the street have not received water for may years.
We have been dependent on tanker water for many months now.
Please address the issue urgently.
Apartments affected include but are not limited to

13 Andree Road Suryasthan Apartment
19 Andree Road Vaishnavi Prime
11 Andree Road Prestige Andree
21 Andree Road HVS Paradise (more than 10 years)

We have had many cases of people approaching and offering to cut the road and redo the plumbing. This is an illegal activity and is a ruse to make money.

We would like to bring to your notice that residents of New Manjunath Layout starting from 3rd Cross to 6th Cross are facing a severe problem with insufficient water supply for the last 10 months.
10 months before we used to get Cauvery water on Thursday but with very low pressure but not it is totally stopped.
we already raised concerns to local authority but in vain(no action)
we spoke to Dinesh (Senior Engineer) BWSSB but no response at all.
On behalf of New Manjunatha Layout residents, request you to please take the necessary action at the earliest.
as of now, we are depending on Borewell (GOVT) but still few people are not receiving water. Moreover, this Government borewell gets repaired very often and we depend on private water supply.
it is getting worse day by day without water.

We are getting cauvery water supply mix with drainage water. Its completely contaminated. before it goes in worse situation and impacts the people reside here health wise, please get it resolved. Big apartments in 4th cross like Casa Royale and Gold Nest appt have raised several complaints about same issue but not yet resolved. when we contact lineman, he advise to raise complaint and he doesn't have control.

From past 1 month there is a drainage block in our area. We have brought to the notice of BWSSB several times but no action is taken till date.

The reading on the water meter is incorrect for the month june 2021 as we haven't consumed so much of water. please look into it and help us with the correct reading. the meter is not broken as the reading is all correct for the rest of the months. Approaching kundanahalli bwss did not slove our issue as they wanted us to raise a complaint online. I believe that the meter reading was manipulated.

Sewerage cloged water is not moving

I have a legitimate BWSSB Water connection with RR No - N-348332 taken five years back. We extended our first floor about three years back.That time meter reader has put the bill under Partial ND & never reverted back to Domestic tariff even after completion of the work.The bill should be on the quantity of water consumed under various slabs & that is fair.But, why are we getting levied an additional amount of Rs 750 every month which is unreasonable & no one gives any clarity on this even after several requests.

Dear Sir, studio layout in Sacred Heart Road, TC Palya, KRPuram, BLR -36, Ward # 52, is having issues with sewage water and UGD overflowing from pit holes, this has been occurring regularly since the sewage is not flowing automatically, it has to be pumped from certain point. The pump incharge is doing it at an alternative days, but the issue is not solved. The sewage is getting stagnated in front of houses where senior citizens and others live, there should be a permanent solution for this. All the people staying here cannot use the road also. Several complaints has been raised and neglected. Please save the people from getting diseases like malaria and dengue as there is lot mosquitos due to this negligence. Hope the issue will be sorted out at the earliest. Regards - concerned citizens.

We r residents of 5 th main, 1 st cross, Vinayaka nagar, Vibhuthipura, banglore, 560037.peviously cauvery water supply to ur area is met our essential needs but not it is very hard to manage as 5-6000 lit per month.it is very difficult to meet ur essential needs.major houses in ur area is only depending on cauvery supply.plz try to increase the supply as previously.

This is very disturbing, I’m in my home town from past 2 month and I have already cleared the bill of previous month, now without using single drop of water I’m getting 2000 two thousand rs bill
This is very disheartening in this COVID time we the people are surviving very difficult and on top of that unnecessary charges,
