Address: Kadirenahalli Cross, Teachers Colony 2, Banashankari Stage 2

A few weeks back, BWSSB (Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board) dug up all the roads in Kadirenahalli Cross (at Teachers Colony Stage 2, Banashankari Stage 2) for laying new pipes. But, after the works have been completed, the roads are still in horrible condition till today. Neither BWSSB nor BDA/BBMP have taken up the works to repair the damaged roads. It has become risky to drive on these roads, due to the pathetic condition. Request the authorities to take note of it and repair the roads at the earliest.

    RR number W-595119
    amount has been deducted but transaction has been failed. who is the issuer bank for BWSSB online oayment?
    I too have the same issue Paid on Nov 17, 2020. When I called BWSSB they are saying wait for 2 days as UPI takes that much time.. I checked with my bank too, if the transaction is failed ( after your money being deducted) the money will be refunded to your bank account in 5 business working days.

    Waiting till tomorrow.
    I have made 2 payments of Rs.483.30 each on 7th Dec 2020 on BWSSSB website using paytm gateway. Paytm has confirmed that payment is successful but BWSSB has not given payment credit to my account stating transaction has failed. Who will help resolve this issue now?

      RWH payment refund

      Our house was constructed in 2008 and is not liable for rain water installation as the RWH was Introduced only in 2011 but I have been receiving bill from BWSSB for RWH regularly and have paid for the same. I have submitted a letter for refund of the paid amount for RWH till date and has not yet been Refunded. My RR number is N-221934

      Getting excessive water bills like 8 thousand to 4 thousand for a four floor commercial building having one WC at each floor. Previously we used to get below one thousand rupees water bill. Lodged complaint with the AE BWSSB office Sahakarnagar, Bangalore 560052 on 20th Oct and no action has been taken till now. RR No. N-323708

        We have raised a complaint 3 times in the BWSSB Office, BEML Layout as they were charging us Non-Domestic rates instead of Domestic rates on our Kaveri water bill since November 2019. The employees are very rude, are of no help and they expect bribe all the time.
        These are the employees, their designation and their phone numbers:
        1)Hanumantha Jadipete, Sanitary Worker, [protected]. (takes bribe from us every month when he visits to bill).
        2)Venkatesh S, WI, [protected].
        3)Abhishek, [protected].

        We have a due amount, as we didn't want to pay because it was billed in Non-Domestic rates.
        We told them we would clear the dues only if they convert it from Non-Domestic to Domestic and the Previous due amount (which was charged in Non-Domestic rates) was calculated on Domestic rates.

        There are a few female employees who do not respond properly. They are on some random phone call all the time and make us wait for a long time and ask us to come back another day.

          I have paid September bill twice. It is not reflected in Oct month and I paid full amount in Oct as well. Please check and adjust the amount in next month bill.

            I have been complaining about poor supply of water to 28th Cross, Poornaprajna Nagar, uttarahalli, Bangalore since 15 days. We could bearly get alternate days water supply for 30 minutes. Complaint raised orally to Mr.Murthy inspector BWSSB ( mob NO. [protected]). Despite our complaint, no issue was resolved. We are facing very difficult in managing water resources. It is learnt that there is sufficient water is available, but not releasing to clients.Please take action on the authorities and resolve problems at the earliest.

                Bwssb did not record the readings of my water bill during the previous month
                (Sept 17) and billed on 17th of october for both the months at a time as a result my bill came high, when asked about this, they replied we must record the readings, but we were not informed of any if this.

                This has happened to our entire locality/neighbours.

                    Received bill for 27000 liters as on 15th Oct 2020. For 3 days 17th, 19th and 21st of October, meter reading shows 3680 liters. If I check with BWSSB, mentions that in a house 2 adults and 1 child requires 600 liters of water per day. So, the meter reading is correct. Need help.

                        We have not got water supply in R.krishnappa layout, Bhuvneshwari nagar for past 10 days. Please arrange to release the water to meet our domestic needs.                                   We have received exorbitatnt bill amount of 12500 rupees for 2 months during april and may 2020 and consumption amounting to 2 lakh liters of water which is not possible when no one was in the house. We could not go out for bwsssb office since all the offices were closed and no staff was available to speak on this bill. We are not in bangalore from jan 2020 and bbmp offcials are harrsaring us to pay the amount of 14000 including the interest using online payment. I really want to pay the amount for my consumption but not for this unrealistic bill issued by bbmp. I have requested the concerned bbmp to consider the avarage usage to bill me for the month of april and may and not 12500 rupees, bbmp has disconncted my house sewage connection.

                                  Please intervene in this matter and instruct the bbmp to provide me the realistic bill so that i can pay and they can resume the connection as soon as possible.
