Meter issue

Address:No.32, 8th main, Dwaraka Nagar, Hosikerehalli, BSK 3rd stage, Bangalore-560085

Received bill for 27000 liters as on 15th Oct 2020. For 3 days 17th, 19th and 21st of October, meter reading shows 3680 liters. If I check with BWSSB, mentions that in a house 2 adults and 1 child requires 600 liters of water per day. So, the meter reading is correct. Need help....

No water supply for last 7 days

We have not got water supply in R.krishnappa layout, Bhuvneshwari nagar for past 10 days. Please arrange to release the water to meet our domestic needs. Cauvery Water bill

We are at Whitefield 627 Sathya sai layout.RR number E 223721.
We are not getting water bill monthly.We are getting double bill once in two months the bill collector is coming.
Please make him to come every month.
When we asked him he is saying we are not cleaning meter properly and saying some excuse.

We have received exorbitatnt bill amount of 12500 rupees for 2 months during april and may 2020 and consumption amounting to 2 lakh liters of water which is not possible when no one was in the house. We could not go out for bwsssb office since all the offices were closed and no staff was available to speak on this bill. We are not in bangalore from jan 2020 and bbmp offcials are harrsaring us to pay the amount of 14000 including the interest...

no water from march

This letter is to inform you regarding the water issue in our area for the past 6 months. From the month of march we are not getting even a single drop of water through bwssb connection, but getting the bill regularly. We have given several times this complaint to rajajinagar (Je name : narasimha) orally and literally. But no action has taken from the respective authority.
Hope from here you can identify problem.

We have registered a complaint with the sub division and contacted the assistant executive engineer many times and contacted on phone. There was a bill which was supposed to be paid, we were ready to pay it now.. due to lockdown it was delayed...
We were requesting to give sometime, all of a sudden early morning 8 individuals arrived infront of house and created big scene and started smashing the water meter which is really intolerable...

Government has advised the agents not to behave like that still they created a mess... these guys should not be...

Water bill amount too high

Hello, i am resident of vidyapeetha main road banashankari 3rd stage, bangalore. From more than past 10 months, i have been receiving monthly water bill of more than 1800₹ even when i am not using that much of water. My RR no is: s-178202. I waited this long thinking that it might get fixed next month and so on but i recieved a bill of 2448₹ for the month of july which is totally non-justifiable. Wrong billing

I have checked the kaveri meter is constantly reading and rotating even when there is no water flowing at the moment, the tank is full but the meter is still. Roatating and it is causing the abnormal water bill..
Is that even possible that 4 bachelor people in a building can use 75000 liter in a month??. There is no leakage in any pipe in the building...

Sewage Chamber Overflow

When there is heavy rainfall, the sewage tanks are overflowing. Due to this, the drainage pipes of our houses are getting blocked. Many of the houses are affected by this problem. Even after several complaints to the bwssb office, the officials haven't turned up. The waste from the drainage chambers are getting into our bathrooms.
