During the lockdown period, i did not get the bwssb bill. When i saw in paytm, i found that the bill has been generated and hence paid the money through paytm. But last month, when the physical bill came, the amount i paid was shown as arrears. I paid all the amount except the arrears with the through that this will get rectified next month. Now this month too, the amount paid through paytm is shown as arrears (With a fine of rs. 100 added). What should i do now?

        Bill break up

        Hi sir,

        I stay in an appartment in bangalore. There are 4 families. Waterbill is not seperate. It is common for all. But i was not there for 3 months. I have not used water for 3 months. But obviously i have to pay for the fixed amounts like meter charge and so on. I want to know in the bill, which is the amount that is corresponding to the usage of water. What is meant by arrears in that?...

        Reg: "no water due to poor pressure"/ rr no: n-333163/40-232

        Respected sir,
        With due respect i request you to resolve the issue of very poor water pressure to my home since february 2020 (Bwssb[protected].
        I have complained the issue several times to area authority, the official visited the spot also, but no solution till date.
        Request your assistance in this regard to solve the problem as soon as possible.
        The bwssb officials not in mood to fix the issue, instead advise us to change the line & lower the level to get water, they say all other residents get water only your home is having the issue, the same dialogue they are saying to our neighbors also.
        The matter need to be escalated to the highest authority & fix the issue at the earliest.

          Hi,

          This is with regards to the sewage problem that we with our neighbour house. Chamber water is over flowing and none of tenants or owner is taking action.

          It is stinking very badly and we neighbours are having such an issue and can't step out.

          Please look into it and take action.

            The following employees who work in the BWSSB of mahadevapura, By mistakely some charges has been mentioned in the Bill to cancel that charges they have been asked the to submit the letter even after submitting letter they ask us Money like bribe... There Names are as fallows :-

            Please suspend this employees ...they ask money like beggars... This both guys are equal to beggars only

            What steps are taken to resolve the issue, to be mentioned here properly. Simply closed means again it goes into the same track. This bribe system nobody can solve.

              This bill was actually generated on[protected]. This bill did not take into account my payment of rs.: 866/- paid on[protected] through paytm (Md-ipaytm) with reference number [protected].
              I request that this maybe rectified and correct bill given for doing the payment.

                I have been handed over BWSSB bill of RS.10, 491/- with a consumption of 2, 14, 000 litres. we are a small family of 4 people staying i the same house paying monthly bill of Rs 300/- to Rs 400/- only. The BWSSB has resorted to hike up the bills unethically to loot from the public during the tough covid times.

                  My rr no. Se299163 / t1-203
                  Bill no. Se[protected] dt.03.05.2020 is for two months consumption, as the earlier bill reading was on 4.3.2020. Our consumption as indicated in the bill is 9000 litres. The earlier bill meter reading on 3.3.2020 was 376000, for a consumption of 6000 litres. You have assumed same consumption for the reading on 3.4.2020, without taking a reading, due to lock down and taken the previous meter reading as 382000. So even though the total consumption for 2 months is only 15000 litres, you have charged me at the higher rate for 9000 litres. Also i could not pay the bill in april because you did not upload the assumed bill till 15 th april and my back will not accept payment without bill and you have penalised me with interest as rs.3. My actual bill should be rs.200= and not rs.237= please give me credit as i am paying the full bill.

                    I am resident of rajeshwari layout, 1st main, 4th cross, jinkethimanahalli, varanasi. This is a extended layout (4th cross rajeshwari layout) there is no cmc connection for all the houses due to that we are facing severe water problem and there is no cauvery connection in our area. Requesting to provide cmc connection to households with that only we can overcome water crisis.. We are sincerely requesting to resolve the problem.

                    We are completely dependent on local water tanker

                    Cmc connection is very much required in the mentioned street so that only water crisis will solve the problem for us.

                      We are staying in btm iv stage (Dchalli 1st main road) regret to inform the illegal activity day & night happening in the adjacent site. Our repeated request to the tankerwalla has fallen on deaf ears. The address & whereabouts of the site owner is not known. Our nightmare continues. Kindly look in to this matter and peace & serenity of the area is restored and we can live peacefully.

                        For the above mentioned rr number, the water bill is coming huge since past two months. Last month it was rs.866 and we paid the bill.
                        But this month there is no one at home and consumption is almost nil and we have got a bill of rs. 978 which is very huge

                        Usually we used to get bill around rs. 400 or so.

                        Please look into this matter.

                          monthly bill payment not updated in website

                          I have cleared my. Bwssb april bill for water consumption for rr no n-101524 through mobikwik payment portal. The bill nois n[protected]. Transaction ref : mk[protected]. Operator ref - mk01009ndwnt. Amount paid rs 1957 on[protected]. But the bwssb web site still shows amount due as rs1957 and my payment is not reflected.
                          Please do needful with mobikwik and bwssb bengaluru to solve this issue.

                            I do not have borewell in my premicess and when i took connection the engineer also checked. And in previous bills also s. C for borewell was not charged. But this month they have charged 1000 as s. C for borewell which i dont have. I raised the complaint online and sent mail also to rectify the bill. So that i can pay. But no response. Cannot visit the office due to lock down. And customer care no is just putting on hold. If i want to write a letter for cancelation of sc why should consumer do it. With out inspection how did they charge it. My rr no is e-378321
