[Resolved]  Banggood.com — Refund issue

I have ordered a projector (Blitzwolf LCD) from Banggood on 25.05.2020. Since I have received a mail from Bangood regarding out of stock of the ordered item on the same day after the payment has been made, I requested them to cancel the product and provide the refund of the same.After that they told me the cancellation has been done successfully and the refund has been initiated which will reflect in my original bank account within 1-7 business days.The refund was originally initiated on 27.05.2020 and yet to receive the refund.when I enquired about this to Bangood they told me that I will receive a mail regarding approval of refund.Already it's been 7 days and they are asking me to wait for another 2-3 business days.So far I didn't receive any mail regarding the same nor the refund.Need my money back.

Issue has been resolved earlier by Banggood.Since there is a technical issue from Bank side the reversed amount was not reflected.Now it's been solved.Thank you@consumercomplaints.
