Hi.. Kindly help me that banggood is not deliver my product as their customer care is not supporting in anyway. Product is untraceable. My order no is:[protected]...

I have purchased the product from the bangood website.
The product haven't reached me on the time.
The customer service team gives false exception.
That the product will be on time.
They are not even refunding the payment that I have done.

What I received was only Motion Sensor.
Customer care has promised multiple 24 hours for resolution and been almost a month and no resolution.Please help...

The package is in the final delivery station, and without any notice, the s3eller has requested for return. And banggood customer care says 'Don't worry, your package is still in transit and we will refund if it is not delivered'.
What is the point is waiting for more than a month and cancelling the order at last moment....

1. They shipped one product to my customer with pieces missing and the product did not look like the photo. i asked for a refund 5 times and they finally agreed to refund less than half the price!
