Cancelled the order when the package is in final delivery station

The package is in the final delivery station, and without any notice, the s3eller has requested for return. And banggood customer care says 'Don't worry, your package is still in transit and we will refund if it is not delivered'.
What is the point is waiting for more than a month and cancelling the order at last moment.

I purchased several items with my card online. I never received the items. I contacted banggood.com online. They basically dicked me around and said they had no record of me buying anything. Then I sent them order numbers and asked for corporate headquarters number of banggood.com. They still do not want to refund my money. I have contacted my bank, police and lawyer.

Banggood Attempt Exchange of Defective Beelink mini-PC

I purchased two units of Beelink mini-PC, and one kept powering off and wouldn't boot up, while the other unit was fine. After giving up and trying later I discovered that it was hot because after being powered down it would boot up. I adjusted the BIOS to allow it to run hot and I was able to check the temperature with "sensors" program. The normal unit ran in the range of 45C-60C but the defective one runs at 77C-83C, which causes the fan to continuously run, which is not only noisy but not good for the CPU meaning that it will not last long as-is.
I opened a support ticket on[protected] because the unit wouldn't boot up, which is a symptom of the CPU heat issue. I believe the CPU heatsink is not connected correctly so that even when not busy the CPU is hot. Now it's over 2 weeks of daily communicating with customer support, I'm not sure why there is a requirement to make demonstration videos, this has become a customer service issue - an exchange for a defective item should be easy. I actually would like to buy more of these units for my business, but that depends on this outcome. My customer ID is BG[protected]

I had ordered a product from Banggood.com on june 8th and they promised me that my product ill be delivered within 2 months, since then 3 months have passed and there is no sign of my package . i was helpless and instructed the customer care executive to process my refund, after initiating the refund i was told that it would take 5-7 buisness days, but still i have not received my refund. it has been 3 months and neither i got my product nor my money back. the customer care keeps on making false promises that i will get the refund after 2 days, and then they again keep on dodging me ..please help...!!

I have ordered h96 max rk3318 4gb ram 64gb rom android tv box bearing order no 82208280 on the 21st of mar2020, but it was already 165 days (Above 5 months) expired, and still, i have not received my shipment. They have dispatched the order through india direct mail on 24th mar 2020 but after that no update. After that, i have contacted through chat several times with banggood customer care and also went to the nearest post office to get delivered but still i had not received any update from their end, i had already asked for the refund but they informed that they do not so. Refund issue
I have ordered a projector (Blitzwolf LCD) from Banggood on 25.05.2020. Since I have received a mail from Bangood regarding out of stock of the ordered item on the same day after the payment has been made, I requested them to cancel the product and provide the refund of the same.After that they told me the cancellation has been done successfully and the refund has been initiated which will reflect in my original bank account within 1-7 business days.The refund was originally initiated on 27.05.2020 and yet to receive the refund.when I enquired about this to Bangood they told me that I will receive a mail regarding approval of refund.Already it's been 7 days and they are asking me to wait for another 2-3 business days.So far I didn't receive any mail regarding the same nor the refund.Need my money back.

But its take 15 days for the delivery but after sometime its automatically cancelled and showing my money has refunded but still not refunded. I had loss a complaint in bangood website but no one has ans my question properly. He saying your amount has been refunded contact to bank. Its a crime

I ordered products on banggood.com and have been very disappointed.
1. They shipped one product to my customer with pieces missing and the product did not look like the photo. i asked for a refund 5 times and they finally agreed to refund less than half the price!
2. I got 2 warnings on amazon that there were 2 products i listed from banggood that had ownership claims and that banggood had no legal permission to sell these. i contacted banggood and they told me they removed one of the products and are not selling it but when i asked for a letter from them to show amazon they refused to give me one now my account is at risk of deactivation on amazon.
I would think twice before risking your online accounts and customers by selling this companies products!

I made a bought on banggood on january 16th (Order number[protected] and i am still waiting for my goods to arrive.
I paid $200 for the product and this price includes shipping insurance that supposedly guaranteed me that my product will arrive until february 10.
The product never arrived. I contact the company several times and they keep telling me that i have to wait.

not getting refund
My first experience purchasing with banggood is very disgusting.I have purchased bakeey GT 105 1.22 inch smart watch for that I have paid rs 1371.70 on 2 nd Jan 2020 but after longtime I have not got product so I contacted to customer care of banggood from there I have got replied that due to shortage of steel belt we couldn't provide you a watch at a time if you would change with silicon belt then we will send you watch immediately so I have changed my order from steel belt to silicon belt which is 72.39 RS lower then they have refunded me 72.39 RS in my account but in my order page they showed me product as refunded while they just refunded me only 72.39 RS so I further contacted to customercare and told them cancel order and refund other remaining money.they accepted my request but since last around 35 days I have not got my money back. 4 to 5 times I have contacted banggood but representive told me they have already deposited money in my account and also told me every time that we will send you reference no through mail but till now I have not got money back nor mail from banggood so please help me to get my remaining rs 1299.31 back.i have attached with this complain of two photo of payment of 1371.70 and refund of 72.39 RS.thank you

payment gate way failed but refund has not been initiated back to my account

I have order a blitzwolf bw-fye7 tws bluetooth 5.0 amount of 3721.71ruppes.
During my first payment attempt amount has been deducted from my card balance but the order got failed.
I have tried to payment for the second using the same card and able to place the order successfully and reached banggood customer support team regarding the refund initiate but the support team said the failed transaction amount will be refunded back to my account with in 7 to 10 working days.
I have waited as per there suggestion and same time i have raised dispute transaction within 2 days in my bank
But my back said the amount is already settled with merchant and asked me a proof from merchant stating that marched has not received any amount from bank.
After that i have lodge a complaint with 2 days of the failed transaction using banggood customer care support using online chat but till now i didnt get any resolution
I have almost 11 times everyday i have rised a ticket to provide a resolution or asking them to provide a letter stating that merchant has not received any amount to bank.
My failed transaction happend on 21th nov 2019 till today my refund has not processed back to my card or no updated has received from banggood support team

parcel still not received.
Order no 74903223. The banggood site is full of fraud right from the start. Ist of all they have mentioned delivery time on their website 15-25 budiness days based on which i orderd from here. But right after payment they send me email according to which delivery time could me more than a month.
Then, i ordered on 17th october 2019 and the very next day on their website i saw order status says shipped. But later that date was changed into 22nd october 2019.
They failed to deliver within 15-25 business days as promised on website. Then they failed to deliver within the date they sent on email which was 23rd nov 2019. When they failed to deliver by that time they extended the delivery time again. Now its 1st dec 2019 and i am still waiting for my parcel. I emailed them regarding order status, no response. Then i cancelled my order via email twice, but they are not giving me refund and only making excuses saying its customs fault. They are not even trying to help. This is my first experience with banggood and certainly my last but what about my already paid for parcel?

My order was placed on 4th of september and i've been waiting since then. On 19th sep when i tracked the package it said delivered. But i didn't receive the package. I'm not sure how it's happened but i want you to solve the issue as soon as possible. I'm highly dissapointed with this unprofessionalism even after i gave perfect address. Below are the proofs and screenshots of the order along with the credentials of the account the product was placed from.

I've bought i tablet and they told me it was out of stock. They gave me 2 options, wait or take the money back. I decided to wait but they didn't gave me the time i should wait. Now i have no option to contact the seller and have no option to have my money back or enithing simillar.

I have paid advance taxes as in customs is prepaid, plus priority shipping. Expected delivery date was 9th July. Its 14th August and still I havent got my order or refund. As per their policy if it is beyond 60 days I should get a refund. But after multiple conversations with their support team, I have not been given refund, all that they do is ask me to wait for no reason, stating issue with customs, which shouldnt be the case in the first place as I have already paid customs, the invoice is taxes included, please help me get my money back and compensate for the frustration and horrible torcher from Banggood.

refund for missing consignment

I had ordered one Xiaomi MI box on 08.06.2019 (at Banggood.com); order no. 67548902. On 8th Jul' 19, I received the package with item missing. There was a folded magazine inside instead of the ordered item.
Also, there was a note from the Customs Officer (Kolkata) wherein it is clearly indiacted that there's mismatch in contents declared versus contents actually found. Immediately, I reported to Banggood ([protected]@banggood.com) with pictures. On 9th Jul, they have again asked for photos, which I have provided immediately. Then on 11th Jul, they have asked me to take up with local couriers for the missing consignment; shunning their responsibility for after-sales service. Is it the customer's responsibility to run from pillar to post for items not yet received?
Also, there was a note from the Customs Officer (Kolkata) wherein it is clearly indiacted that there's mismatch in contents declared versus contents actually found.
