Banggood.in — unprocessed payment/amount deducted

Dear sir
I have purchased couple of products from the Banggood website and have made payment using my axis bank debit card. The amount was deducted but the payment status shows pending still.

I have also contacted customer care of Banggood and they say payment has not been received and they will ship the products after the payment only.

I would like to get those products if not i would like to have refund of the same amount. I have also attached 2 images, one shows payments done from bank and another shows payment pending from the Banggood.
