I ordered an item from banggood under order number[protected] on 11/03/22.
According to the banggood the estimated delivery date is 02/04/22 - 07/04/22.
But i didn't received that product yet ( today 08/04/22 ) .
And there is no option to cancel the order.
But i don't need the order after 15/04/22.
But banggood customer care says they will going to deliver with in next 21 days.
But was disgusting behaviour from banggood.
I want my money back (full refund with the service charges).

I have ordered a wifi adaptor from banggood.in, the expected date of delievery was 23th june but till now i hvnt received my order and the is no proper customer support for india.. They aint even refund my money

I have ordered one xiomi qin 1s mobile vide order # 68671235 on june 27th theri express delivery mode and paid 6 times extra delivery charge as it was very urgent for me. As per their commitments of terms, it is supposed to be received within 7-15 business days. Now it’s aug 2nd.

So many times i followed, there is no information updated since july 8th on tracking and customer care reps also dealing very casually with out giving any useful further information in my order. Arguing and telling rules after around 37 days. Really fed up and asked refund. Even that also they are not assuring. They don’t even have current tracking number of the item. Simply telling to contact india post without even giving postal tracking number. Very very fed up and embarrassed. Never seen such a terrible customer care service and response.

Pl arrange to give the refund at least. Already committed delivery time as per express delivery is over long back and please don’t cheat and play with customers giving false commitments and taking extra money also for that.

Please solve my issue and give back my money.

Dear sir
I have purchased couple of products from the Banggood website and have made payment using my axis bank debit card. The amount was deducted but the payment status shows pending still.

I have also contacted customer care of Banggood and they say payment has not been received and they will ship the products after the payment only.

I would like to get those products if not i would like to have refund...
