Banggood — money not refunded

I ordered a smart watch (Xiaomi amazfit bip pace youth gps bluetooth 4.0 ip68 smart watch international version) paid money (Rs. 4, 714.01) by upi on 23/10/2018 but after 1 hour order status showed that stock is not available and a option appears that either i can wait or i can cancel and get my refund, i choose on cancel and on next day order status showed refunded but till now i have not received my money in my bank account. I contacted bangood customer agent several times and requested to fix the issue but on reply got same answer again and again that they had already refunded my money and i have to check with my bank.
