I Ordered A Blitzwolf Zigbee Gateway Hub From Banggood On[protected]. Order No.[protected] Through Upi Payment(Rs 2032). Amount Debited From My Account And Credited To Banggood But In Order Page It Still Show Payment Pending And Ask Me To Pay Again. I Contacted Banggood Customer Care Many Times But They Refuse To Accept That They Recieve Payment. I Show Them Payment Reciept Also. But They Refuse To Process Refund....

I have bought a projector AUN AKEY which is of value more than 20, 000 from. Bang good. The product didn't even function for 2 complete hours and has stopped functioning. I have been tirelessly raising the issue for months together, but there is not one proper resolving response from Banggood till date. They tend to ambiguously delay responding since february 2020....

It's almost a month when i order android box date: 7 january and shipped on 9 january they say they will deliver under 10 to 25 days

I contact to banggood about this but they are saying i have to wait at least 9 march

Its means another whole month i don't have time for this

Ordered a box (4) underwear and selected au sizing chart to ensure correct size as previous experience showed that banggood sizing is very weird. Selected size 36 as i know from previous orders that 3xl is the correct size even though 36 does not refer to 36 inches and the waist size in their chart says 29.13, again not sure what this refers to as i am 32 inches. Regardless of this weird measurement system they use i know 3xl is my size....

I did not get my product yet, it is a delivery that has been showing in trucking details but i did not get yet. How do i know where my product is stuck in. Why is it not coming? The first time the product was coming up to my house.
