Ordered a box (4) underwear and selected au sizing chart to ensure correct size as previous experience showed that banggood sizing is very weird. Selected size 36 as i know from previous orders that 3xl is the correct size even though 36 does not refer to 36 inches and the waist size in their chart says 29.13, again not sure what this refers to as i am 32 inches. Regardless of this weird measurement system they use i know 3xl is my size. When i received box o[censored]nderwear they supplied 5xl sizing which obviously are too large. I contacted and advised that i received 5xl and not 3xl as ordered to which they referred to a us sizing chart showing 3xl as being tag 5xl. I have bounced numerous emails to their customer service and they continue to refer to this irrelevant sizing chart which was not on their site when order was placed as i took a screen shot at order time. I did tell them that they had numerous sizing charts which were showing different sizing and it appears they noted their error so now they only show one sizing chart. Regardless of all this they continue to state that 3xl is 5xl and i cannot get them to accept responsibility. Recommend buying elsewhere as their sizing chart is crazy and they will not refund.
