I felt very bad and in future I won't apply loans through bank bazaar and also I won't recommend others to apply.
This is not the right way to provide the loans to the customer just for bank bazaar profit.
Check all the call recordings that we have spoken with the mobile number [protected] and [protected].
How many time I have asked the customer support to give me the information correctly if any information goes wrong I will reject the loan. You finally making me to reject the loan.
Wrong informations
1. No physical documentation.
2. Wrong processing fees.
3. Wrong timelines.
4. Once applied the documents through online to bank bazaar no calls from customer support even if the customer is very urgent In need of money.
Escalate this issue to the higher authorities. Let them know about it.
