Bank Bazaar is issuing Credit Card by telling to clients false benefits. They did same with me. Apart from this they call 15-20 by different person. Its annoying...

Few days ago i got call from Bank Bazaar representative saying i am eligible for lifetime free Indus ind band credit card and they explained me the benefit of CC, where she mentioned one benefit of Card to card payment, means i can pay other banks credit card bill with this Indus ind band CC, however later on i inquired and found that actually bank don't provide that benefit, now i got that CC and if i cancelled it, that will affect my credit score, I contact Indus ind bank regarding this and representative said that is the third party who provides false information, the thing is they know that someone providing false information but still they don't want to take any action against this.

Requesting you to please help me with the issue and also share this indecent so that people may aware about such frauds.

I getting upset to getting call from the bankbazaar.com, i have inform that not to called me even i am not interested at all of all these offer. kindly make a note of this and take up the action against them.

As per my request you confirmed me that my account/ personal details are removed. Again and again i got recieved promotional sms from bank bazaar. Today also i got sms from bank bazaar. How this happening. Please review this matter seriously and remove my account from bankbazaar. I am again requesting you to do not send me any promotional sms / emails / calls.

I am not interested in credit card but after assurance from bank bazaar that approval chances are high based upon my credit profile and status approval in 1 day, i applied for indusind credit card through bank bazaar on 7th april on priority basis. It's already 25th, there is no status regarding my application and i called bank bazaar umpteen times regarding status to no avail. I am frustrated becoz of lacklustre approach of bank bazaar. I want a resolution to this.

I felt very bad and in future I won't apply loans through bank bazaar and also I won't recommend others to apply.

This is not the right way to provide the loans to the customer just for bank bazaar profit.

Check all the call recordings that we have spoken with the mobile number [protected] and [protected].

How many time I have asked the customer support to give me the information correctly if any information goes wrong I will reject the loan. You finally making me to reject the loan.

Wrong informations
1. No physical documentation.
2. Wrong processing fees.
3. Wrong timelines.
4. Once applied the documents through online to bank bazaar no calls from customer support even if the customer is very urgent In need of money.

Escalate this issue to the higher authorities. Let them know about it.

I applied for home loan from Bank Bazar since they are giving Amazon voucher worth 10K whereas if i bypass bankbazaar i was getting a deal where i don't have to pay for loan fee which was 5000.
Since Bank Bazaar deal was good so i have taken Loan from them with HDFC bank.

Due to paper work from builder side disbursement got delayed by few days and now bank bazar is refusing to provide me the vouchers. i have sent them all comunication and asked for help too but they didn't .

I have all emails which i sent earlier and all proof that it was not delayed by me it was bank and builder issue.

Bank bazaar got their comission from HDFC since i have taken loan via them but now i am in loss . i would never suggest anyone to take Bank Bazaar .

If you hist their website they are still saying that Amazon vouchers are free for Home-loan but its a bluff since they also know home loan require some time its not a one day thing that sanction and disbursement will be done in a single day.

please could you take action against it ? i still have mail of 14th June where i have sent them all my proof and today its 9th July still i have not received any calls or any communication.

I applied for personal loan in bank bazaar and got call from the agent i already had a loan and wanted to know if i can get a top up amount... The executive of bank bazzar are so dumb they keep blabbing the same thing congratulations ur loan application is submitted etc... And i asked two times if i am eligible they said yes and then said will update with the application no and they just vanish no call nothing this company is a waste never try anyhing there go for apna paisa or paisa bazzar bank bazzar is a waste and fraud company

I applied for hsbc credit card through bank bazaar.com. They have an offer to get 750rs. Amazon voucher after successful approval of credit card application till 15th feb 2018. Hsbc has approved my credit card application and i have received credit card also. But i have not received any amazon voucher. They are also not replying to the mails or requests from phone. They are just luring the customer with their false advertisement.

But we have set many times cancellation request throw mail/call/what up.but till time not cancelled.

I had availed personal loan from bank bazaar with the offer of 1500 amazon gift voucher. They have sent only 1000 and remaining 500 they told i will get after 50 days.

I tried contacting them through all possible means of communication, but they do not respond. Even last time they told me that i will get call from bank bazaar on monday, i neither get call nor any email.
I just want to get my amazon gift voucher.
They are also harassing me like not reply on my request, do not receive the call.

I renewal my car policy from Royal Sundram thro bankbazaar and after I make the payment they did not provide any policy and when I ask for the same they are not providing any proper answer.

So please do not buy any services from bankbazaar.

Got car loan from them and was promised vouchers from amazon as soon as the bank approves my loan . Surprisingly Bank Bazaar doesn't even have a customer care number. applied for a fresh loan to get in touch with customer executive .. did this more than times and every time i got a reply saying we will let you know. Pathetic service

Got a car loan from bak bazaar and was promised rs5000 gift vouchers from amazon. . However after getting the loan neither did i get the coupons nor do they have a call center after speaking to a customer representative for almost 3 days the only reponse i got is we will get back to you shortly. This is sad that a reputed company stoops so low. Bad service
