This is to inform the very bad behaviour of bank manager of bank of baroda, branch: pallimukku, ernakulam.. The behaviour of the manager is very bad towards customers.. He treats us as a burden when we aproach with a complaint.. Today i have gone through such an experience... He thinks that the bank is from his family... He need to improve much more in his behaviour... A single person of a firm can destroy the good name of that firm...

    Hi,

    My wife is 6 months pregnant with little complexity. She recently got a transfer order and she submitted a transfer hold request along with medical certificate. Her branch manager also agreed and send his representation to hrm and dgm. Initially they said okay and warned her that she has to go to another zone after maternity and we agreed for it. But no suddenly they called and forcing us to take ml right now or go to the new location.

    Are they really following f. No.4/9/1/2014-ir? At least under humanitarian grounds they should excuse my wife but they are behaving like dictators. We don't even have support from our parents as they are too old and i am working it professional.

    How can she stay alone there in this advanced pregnancy? Is the bank really worry about women safety and especially when she is pregnant or recently became a mother? The answer to it is obviously no. This time they transferred lot of women who recently gave birth and not sparing pregnant women too. I advice her to resign but she studied hard and get that job.

    I have booked a train ticket of Rs. 190 through upi on PhonePe app on 18 jun 2019 but the transaction failed and money deducted from my account. It is about 8 days that the amount of Rs. 190 is not credited back to my account. Please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged. Thank you.

      13 june 2019 from my debit card rs 501.40 deduct twice via paytm because i were booking railway tickets but due to some technical reason the ticket not booked and paytm customer care told that the amount will be refunded and from their side the amount is refunded but in my bank account the amount is not yet credit so please credit it soon.

        On 25th june 2019, i went to bank to deposited 17000 rs and after that i asking for passbook print to anupsing sir because from last 6 months bank not printing my passbook 8 times. So i told him that every time you are not printing my passbook and only one reason is given by him so he told that "i will not give you print in future and you don't have any option and if you want to complaint against me so do it"

          Dear sir,
          As the time of direct bank transfer i used my debit card at a petrol pump at jamnagar (Gujarat). As per pm sir said no extra cost will be charged on the transactions through debit/credit cards, when i swaped my card for rs.300 at raja petrolpump, jamnagar, i got mesaage from bob banking service that rs. 311.8 is debited to a/c...1324 on 16-05-19 and again i swaped my card for 340 at petrol pump at 27/05/2019, i got massage from bob banking service 351.8 is debited to a/c...1324 on[protected]:38:06 at pos for petrol charges. I already complaind at my city bob branch, but i did not get any good responce.
          Please rectify my complain.

                Myself swapana devi d/o veeri singh have an account with bob, katra nadbai, bharatpur. I recently visited my branch for my name rectification. Staff has advised me to give an application with adhar card. I asked at the counter no.1. That does adhar card need self attestation. He replied with no. I send my husband to give my application to the bank annexed with my adhar card. When my husband gave the application at counter no.1 to the same candidate whi advised me not to self attestation of my adhar copy suddenly asking for self attestation. My residence is far from branch. It was really frustrating for my husband. When my husband told to staff about self attestation doesn't required according to you and now you are saying it is required. Sir who is responsible for this.in this 48 degree temperature far away from my home your staff is misbehaving. This is your branch that welcomes us with frustration. I need solution now when once i submitted my application with correct details than why my name was wrong. And if it's your mistake we are tolerating than what the misbehaving of your staff to us when it is totally your mistake. I need my grievances solved as i am member of your bank.

                      I have applied for a limit under mudra scheme, in Bob belanganj, branch agra,
                      I had submitted all related documents like
                      2 year itr gst registration, estimated and projected balance sheets with govt.stamps to the credit officer of the branch as she asked on 12/06/2019
                      And when I went to bank credit officer was changed, at 24/06/2019
                      when new officer bring my file in notice of branch manager Mr hukkam Singh
                      Without seeing he pussed my file towards me and said u don't have a current account with a turnover in our branch so why u come and open account in our branch (is it mandatory for mudra loan to have turnover current account?)
                      And asked many insulting and questions
                      I had running current account one in corporation bank and get easily mudra but this manager behavior insulted and away me from bank of Baroda my file still in the branch and I requested the Hr or Ro officer
                      Just see the file and get me the actual reason or I assumed that without bribe or commission managers will not take interest in applied loans
                      Hope this complain work as an eye opener
                      For those people who sit on managers chair behave as they like and insult customer.

                          On 21st June 2019 (Friday) at 08:52:30 am I place an order with Snapdeal .The item is hair straightener.The order placed too successfully with order ID is-[protected] and sub order ID is-[protected] .By the mean I made a online payment through bank of baroda through debit card amount of 499/-.The payment gets successfully completed with transaction reference number is[protected].But unfortunately I got my Railway appointment mail so I'll have to go for it another state for which I can't receive the parcel so I have cancelled the order but my money was refunded initiated by the Snapdeal but my money doesn't reflect in my account till now.

                          Mene 9/5/2019 ko CDM mashin me paisa jama karvaya . 1 mahina hogya abhi bhi koy reply nahi he. branch menejer ke pass time nahi he. mene 2 bar comlain karvai. mujhe paise ki jarurat he. mere paise abhi tak vapis nahi aye.mene amreli branch me bob.k pass vale CDM mashin me paisa dala tha.

                            Regarding refund from amazon they have intimated that my refund is processed if i havnt got refund i can charge a dispute with my bank.. But no option is there in mob banking or anywhere whre i can file a dispute.. This is the message i git from amazon

                                I deposited 26000 on 24 june 2019 at 11 a. M in account number [protected] but the bank deposited 20000 only afert calling the branch sevral times they responded me to come to the branch. They argued for minutes thet the amount was 20000 but when the extra slip with the bank the amount was 26000 in words and figures then they deposited the balanced amount. This all caused me a half day off and a trust factor which i borrowed the money from which cannot be claimed.

                                  This is to inform you that on june 21, 2019, i have visited bank of baroda atm at jhansi, sipri bazar, where i have opted for withdrawal of ₹5000. I have not received the amount but the amount has been deducted from my account due to some technical error.
                                  I have not received the amount back uptil now. Kindly look into the matter. I am also enclosing the screenshot of the mini statement, where the transaction has been shown at last at 12:05 noon.

                                      On dt. 6/11/18 the branch premises were locked before the allotted public dealing time at 03:35 p. M. As per branch head orders. Proof of snap shots available with exact time and location. The regional office not ready to take any action giving false excuses. Registered mobile number change request not fullfilled pending since 28/11/18. The complaint made against the branch head for misbehavior and harassment being manipulated with the help of a lady official. False allegations of misbehavior with lady official being imposed on the complainant. Demand of personal hearing not fulfilled by the management for the disclosure of bribe demanded to provide clearance. No resolutions done to the complaints made till date. The complaint of demanding fulfillment of shortage of cash from the cashier mr. Purshotam has not been investigated and replied.

                                        A refund 10000 💰 has been made by amazon on 8th of june regarding a amazon pay balance which i've added from bank account to amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
