Please could you let us know the current status on the complaints that we have raised for accessing our current account [protected] through internet banking. I request your immediate attention in resolving the aforementioned long pending issue on high priority, as it is becoming bottleneck for our operations. We been following with your staff multiple times in this regards, but still we the issue seems to be unresolved till date.

Tekylabs would be forced to take a decision to unwind banking transactions with BOI as it is impacting our day-to-day operations in more than one way.

Appreciate swift action from your end in resolving this high priority issue, so that we would share you all the requested details by you in below email later.

    Despite relations of 40 years, opened 650 accounts in a single day & never taken a favor from the Bank, my cheq of 28 L was returned despite there was a balance and very clearly indicated to the AGM that if it is unclear, we can give you a RTGS. The AGM assured that the cheq will not be returned and that we will call you in such eventuality. They didnt approach us nor called us & the cheq was retuned despite a balance in the account. For the first time in our life a cheq was returned that too after having a balance.
    If no action is taken, we are closing all our accounts and taking to another bank which cares for us.
    Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My a/c no.[protected]. 2000 rs was deposited in mithchowky malad west branch around ngt 9.30 but machine was not working in between t process of deposit so I cancelled t process but t money didnt came back nor t deposit entry is shown in pass book. Pls help ...

      Received multiple messages from dm-boiind that *boi star sandesh*some amount has been credited in your term deposit xyz a/c (Given account number). I don't have any account with bank of india. If any one doing any type of fraud with my any document or with my mobile number, kindly stop doing this. Request to bank of india to keep check on this type of fraud communication spreading in the market as many people received this type of messages....

      Dear sir,
      Complaint about bank of india services
      I have allready paid my income tax (Ass year 2014-15) amount rs 19650- from your junnar (Maharashtra) branch on 11 dec 2015, through challen but it is not subitted to my pan, yet. I allready infirmed to branch about this issue by giving complaint in writting many times. Meanwhile, income tax gave me notice, about not filling the tax amount, and also charged fine,, with ref. The tax amount have to pay rs 19819.
      Its your fault, that my money deposited as tax amount, not properly submitted to proper head. Though i allready

      Complain this issue, to zonal office pune, but the problem is not solved, from last 14 months.
      O pls look in to matter seriously.

            Sir,
            I am holding my PPF account in Bank of India Pashan road Pune branch since 1999. It was matured in the year 2014. I further extended this account for 5 years i.e.2019.

            I have withdrawled 60% ammount i.e.88, 000/- in 2015. Now I need money and hence I want to close my account. But the bank does not allow me to close this account before 2019.


            Please let me know whether i can close my extended PPF account before maturity period and can i get the remaining amount.

              I am receiving sms on my mobile [protected] about BOI Star Sandesh accounts credit and debit of amounts however i dont have any such account. in Bank of India.

              I have been getting these messages from last 3 months, sometime back it was stopped and suddenly it has been started again.
              Kindly help to stop such messages. It may be fraud messages but stop it.

                I have an sb a/c [protected] in bank of india and i have transferred rs 50000/- using imps on 19th april 2017 at arount 9.40m to pnb sb a/c:[protected]. The imps ref no - imps/rrn/stcon/[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I didn't got any msg for my balance deduction. At the same time payment has been deducted from my account. And trasiction is not completed in pnb account. Either initiate the tranc or refund the money into the account.                       I think Naini branch is a worst branch of BOI. Here customer services level is 0, if peoples are coming to entry there a/c balance in there passbook they have to stand in a Q, if they want the barcode of there passbook they have to stand in a Q, if my card is broken 1st i have to make hotlist of my card then after24 hour i have to come again and stand in a Q, again to activation of new card i have to wait 3 days, if am asking change of 2000 rupees, finding the ans no don't have change. If bank will not give the changr then where people will go for change. Branch manager Mr. Suneet aggrwal i think he like to see Q inside the bank. One thing u should no that by giving good customer service, by customer satisfaction only u can improve your bank standard not buy showing the Q inside and outside the bank.                       Incorrect balance amount being carry forwarded in above pass book.
                      Bank authorities at Bilaspur (CG) having no time to correct even after passed an year.

                      Sir, more than 20 time I visited the bank for the same purpose in last one year but still my account being carry forwarded wrong amount in each time.

                      Sir, finally on 21.04.2017 I asked complaint book to Branch Manager, but instead of giving the complaint book he told to meet some other officer and then I will see.
                      Sir, in each time the same thing officers are telling to come in free time but I don't know when free time will come (sorry to inform you that one year already passed).

                      Sir, today one of the BOI officer in the branch, asked me "how you know your amount is incorrect reflected in pass book"
                      Means customer have to tell every thing
                      I don't understand why improved devices facilitated in the bank if customer will tell every thing.

                      Lastly, I would like to tell one more thing, Officers at BOI Bilaspur branch are not bothered about any complaint what I think otherwise they will not make harass to the customer for such a longer period (one Year).

                          I have a saving bank account there. On the line was mr. Pradeep who asked me to submit my aadhar card.
                          When i asked him some queries he started using abusive and unethical words towards me and pm india mr. Narendra modi. Plz take strict and immediate action on him.

                            bank of india shujalpur mandi branch pine code 465333 not provided in better service is branch me log bahut galt baat krte hai. baat tak karne ka tamij nhi hai unko. mene apna account is branch me open karwa liya hai. soch rha hu bahut badi galti kar di mene sab bank achhi service deta hai but bank of india ki service lene me koi fayda nhi mila mujhe 10 minits ke work ke liye baar baar branch ja kar chakkar lagana padta hai fir bhi waha work nhi hota hai mujhe nhi eise bahut sare customers hai jinko problems hoti hai but vo jaye kaha sikayat le kar apni. Helplines numbers pr bhi call nhi lagta hai. bahul buri halat ho gai hai shujalpur ke adhikari log bina baat ke customer pr naraj hote hain abuse words ka use tak kar lete hai. but problems yaha he ki kahe to kahe kisse kaha ja kar sikayat kare apni or se me mail daal rha hu mujhe bhi pata nhi hai yaha sahi hai ya galt hai dear sir/mam but kuch achha hi soch kr send kr rha hu mujhe akele ko nhi bahut sare customers ko yaha problems ho rhi hai plz aap kuch kijiye nhi to hume apna account yaha se band karwa kar kahi or open karwana hoga jo hum nhi chahte hai KINDLY HELPS ME PLZ SOLF THIS PROBLEMS

                                Last Month I have applied cheques in bank but till date cheques is not received yet. Its almost a One month ago. I need the cheques in very urgency. Please look into the matter. Please provide me cheques on priority basis. Employees of bank is not helpful. Bank not confirm me that when will be my cheques received.                                       An amount of Rs 1035/- was debited in my Saving Account no. [protected] with Bank of India on 30.03.2017 Ref. BDIPG/IB[protected]/IRCTC. Since there was transaction failure no ticket was issued by IRCTC. Bank has not returned the amount. Complaint lodged with Bank Reference No. was BDIPG_[protected] dated 31.03.2017.
