I think Naini branch is a worst branch of BOI. Here customer services level is 0, if peoples are coming to entry there a/c balance in there passbook they have to stand in a Q, if they want the barcode of there passbook they have to stand in a Q, if my card is broken 1st i have to make hotlist of my card then after24 hour i have to come again and stand in a Q, again to activation of new card i have to wait 3 days, if am asking change of 2000...

The ammount was deducted from my account but as confirmed with the merchant did not recived the same amount...

Received a call from [protected] bank of india-civil lines allahabad on april 14, 2017 at 4:00pm.
I have a saving bank account there. On the line was mr. Pradeep who asked me to submit my aadhar card.
When i asked him some queries he started using abusive and unethical words towards me and pm india mr. Narendra modi. Plz take strict and immediate action on him....

I'm using Bhim apps transfer money by another account but transaction is failed and but my account balance is reduced and they are not refund my account no is [protected]. Plz check and give the solution transaction id is[protected]

Last Month I have applied cheques in bank but till date cheques is not received yet. Its almost a One month ago. I need the cheques in very urgency. Please look into the matter. Please provide me cheques on priority basis. Employees of bank is not helpful. Bank not confirm me that when will be my cheques received. Please have a look into the matter of my issue. I have a account in your bank branch bank of india hamdard dawakhana.but whenever i visit the brach for my passbook entry always he deny to do work. .branch work always close after 1:00 pm today 11 april 2017 time 1:00 pm when i go to passbook entry but he deny . i am 50 year old women and i am a teacher in school i cannot go in branch before 1 pm due to my school .

An amount of Rs 1035/- was debited in my Saving Account no. [protected] with Bank of India on 30.03.2017 Ref. BDIPG/IB[protected]/IRCTC. Since there was transaction failure no ticket was issued by IRCTC. Bank has not returned the amount. Complaint lodged with Bank Reference No. was BDIPG_[protected] dated 31.03.2017. Transaction was through Debit Card....

Sir, my aadhaar no. is not linkes to my BOI bank account no. according to NPCI.
but according to bank, my aadhaar no. is seeded with my account number. for proof they have provide me a slip that will ensure u that my aadhaar no. is seeded with my BANK OF INDIA (IFSC code-BKID0005529, Branch-kapuria) account no.
so, sir please linked my aadhaar no with my BOI account no., otherwise my scholarship will be rejected.

Between 27th March and 7th April 2017, I did try to make payment to merchant against shopping through my Bank of India Credit Card, but every time no payment was made by the Bank to the merchant without assign any reason whatsoever. Bank employs are not behaving properly, they have worst behavior even they don't have manners to how to talk with customer.
They force full said for to get demand draft it is compulsory we should have bank account in their branch but itis manadetory according to bank rules.

Sir yesterday i went to bank regarding my bank statement, i requested to all the staff members but they denied and then i went to bank manager Mr. B.B sharma and he also did not help me .
the behaviour of staff member and bank manager was completely rude and unsupportive .
there is nobody in the bank who can guide us. if we ask something to your bank staff they refused rudely .

On 15th march 2017 i swiped my debit card at petrol pump for the payment of filling the petrol of rs 500. I was charged rs 14.04 extra for that by the bank.

Your bank of india, nagbhid branch is very very unsupportive, people are arrogant and delay every labour payments through neft of govt agencies. This is been happening since 8 months.
